They didn't trim my dog's nails because he flinched a few times. He's gotten his nails trimmed plenty of times at other places, but for some reason this place was unable to do it.

Stephanie is the best! She always goes the extra mile to make sure Elvis looks great and smells even better! You can see that she truly cares for our fur baby. All 105 pounds of him! Her crew is also fantastic. We are so happy that we found her! Not only the best groomer in town, but reasonably priced too. Thank you!

Pawsh wash takes great care of my pup and her needs. She is not a big fan of “spa days” but she always comes home with a great cut and smelling clean and fresh. I know that Stephanie and Chelsea take great care of my pup while they have her.

I have a new groomer! Love these ladies! I have a large goldendoodle and they do an amazing job with him - from the minute I turn onto their street my dog is practically jumping out the window with excitement. He stays clean for weeks even with his long hair. Definitely recommend them and will never change groomers again!!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST GROOMING IN OC! not only are the stuff the nicest people I've ever met, they love my dog and they take the best care of him! I was met with the RUDEST woman ever. I entered the store and there was no one at the front desk. I said “hello! Is any one there?” No one appeared. So I said it louder… no one came. A third time very loud. An older woman appeared and snarls at me, “ you don’t have to scream!” There was a lot I wanted to say but I simply said well no one was here and I have a 9 o’clock appointment. She looked at me and in a rude voice said “ well you’re 10 minutes early!” I couldn’t believe it. I just looked at her and said I’ll take my business elsewhere. I would never go there again.

They cared so much about my dog. She is 13 and doesn't like when you touch her paws. She needed her nails trimmed and they were so careful about cutting them just right. I can't think them enough 😕

Today was my foster fail's 1st time since he joined the family. I tried bathing, clipping & cleaning his teeth several times unsuccessfully. He's missing a leg so trauma is not something I want to introduce. He looks & smells as great a senior pup should.
