Amazing! Had to change our Bella’s nickname from Bella Smella to Bella Smell So Good! We have tried so many groomers in her 14 years and every one of them she comes home shedding just as much as before she went in but after a visit here we can pet her non stop with hardly a hair shedding off her, I won’t take her anywhere else. We have taken her here several times now and every time has been fantastic.

Where do I begin? This place is so amazing. I only bring Kim and Kadu to Oui Paws pet salon. It’s the most friendly magical, gorgeous little pet salon, and all of the people that work there are just truly amazing to Kim and Kadu, that’s one of the main reasons why we bring them there over and over again. The other reason is I like the way that they cut their hair. They’re little Yorkies, so the haircuts are pretty particular, and all of the people that work there give them so much love and care and affection that they come back looking incredible. Definitely recommend visiting Oui Paws pet salon if you ever need grooming for your babies🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can't say enough about Oui paws!!! I've tried several other groomers and was never happy with the outcome. The owners are amazing and always treat my fur baby with ❤️love!!! Definitely recommend if you are in the need for a groomer!!

The first groomer I've tried since moving to Huntington Beach and the only one I'll be using going forward. I took my Great Pyrenees mix there for a full groom, including a sanitary trim and a haircut. She had lots of mattes in her fur from the beach. She was done in 4 hours and she looks perfect. No more mattes, hair is reasonable length and very soft. Will be returning!

I have taken my little girl to Oui Paw twice and both times were great experiences. This was my girls very first grooming experience and the staff took very good care of her. Well priced and very quick. They even sent her home with a complimentary little bandana. Here is a before and after.

We decided to check this new spot for our baby. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by the friendly staff. We gave them instructions on how we want Boba to look. When we picked him up, we were very happy with the result. They did a great job! Boba was incredibly cute. He's definitely a stud, and we couldn't wait to bring him to the dog park for the ladies to check him out. :)

I am extremely happy that I found this place! I have a standard size golden doodle (60 pounds) and have been taking him to the groomers since he was a puppy. For years now I have been having bad experiences finding someone that new how to groom him and groomers at other location always had something bad to say about his behavior. (He is a very rambunctious and anxious dog with extremely frizzy thick hair). However when I dropped him off at this location they immediately took his leash off and allowed him to sniff and walk around, he didn't even cry when I left (he usually cries and barks when I leave). 2.5 hours later I got a call saying he was ready, I was shocked that i got a call already since it usually takes 4+ hours at other locations. when i picked him up he was walking around the store with other dogs and he looked so happy and not stressed/ anxious AT ALL!! his groom was 140 dollar which is pretty expensive especially if you tip but it was so worth it!! The groomer informed me that he had no bad behaviors and that he was a very good dog. This was the first time i've heard a groomer called him "easy" and a "good boy". I left extremely happy and will be coming back!

This was our first time using Oui Paws. Our 12 year old has moles by his tail, which other groomers often nicked, that would become uncomfortable for the little guy. They also gave him a shaved face that didn't bring out his cute eyes. Oui Paws gave Barley an adorable cut which brought life to his face and no nicks! Oui Paws was on time (actually ahead of schedule) and on budget - awesome! Great customer service and Oui Paws will be our go to groomer from now on.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I was really impressed! I a 75 lbs german shepherd, who sheds like no other. I called to schedule an appointment for her and they were able to take me right away! They even worked with my schedule to make sure she would be done before her vet appointment later today. She’s so soft, and they did an awesome job with the de-shed

I wanted to leave a one star review, but because they do such a good job grooming, I had to give them an extra star. We’ve came here a few times with our golden doodle and we’ve never had an experience like this before. Our dog has extreme anxiety, so we don’t like her being dropped off until they’re actually ready to take her. We had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM and when we got there, they told us they weren’t ready for her yet and we waited with her for 20 minutes before they took her. We don’t mind waiting, even though it was past her appointment time. We just don’t want her left alone until they’re ready to attend her. We made sure they were ready to actually start grooming her before we left. It normally takes them 90 minutes to groom her. After two hours I called them to get an ETA and they told me it was going to be probably another two hours. It ended up being only 90 minutes more but still, it was over two hours longer than every other time we’ve taken her. And when I pressed them for answers, they said they got really busy and basically they were not able to groom her when they told us they would be able to. Super disappointed with the service they gave us. If you are not able to take the dogs for grooming because you are not properly staffed, don’t make appointments. When I told them, we would not be coming back anymore despite the fact that we really liked how they always groom her, nobody seemed to care at all. If you are OK with untimely and rude staff, but want a good groom for your dog, then this is the place for you.

They just opened and had 25% off their services! What a great deal! I chose Oui Paws because they responded almost instantly to my inquiry and even booked me the same day. I tried bathing our 10 week old pomeranian pup, but he absolutely hated it and was super mad at me after. No matter how many videos I watched or articles I read to try and bathe him myself, nothing compares to a professional groomer. Our little Nugget was scared and nervous of course but our groomer and the owner were so so good to him, giving him lots of attentive care and positive encouragement. The facility is super clean and minimalist in style. Our groomer was amazing and has over 4 years of grooming experience. She was so kind and patient to our puppy! He looks and smells great now and even though it's a bit of a drive from us in Irvine, this salon is so so worth it!

This place is the best!!! Spoke with the owner on the phone about scheduling my pup and she gave me a great price compared to all the outrageously overpriced places around. And on top of that they have great customer service, and took the best care of my golden doodle, Skye, and got him all cleaned up looking very handsome. All the pups in the salon looked like they were having the time of their lives! The owner even recommended me some great tools to help with Skye’s matting. We will be back very soon! I had a little bit of a challenging time scheduling an appointment. Voice mail needs to be set up! I even left a message through Yelp that wasn't responded to. However, I'm so glad I was persistent!! The staff members were all kind and professional. Our former groomer never trimmed the inside of our Labradoodle's ears. Being a new doodle owner, I thought that was normal. Here, they trimmed and cleaned all the mats and wax out! It is so much better! They also called to let me know that one of his thick ears was matted on the outside. They wanted feedback about how to proceed. When I arrived to pick my dogs up, I was so glad to see Finn just roaming around, having a nice visit with others! My maltipoo is a different story. She 'grumbles' often, which sounds like a growl, but she's never been aggressive with people. They were hesitant to pick her up. I don't blame them, but I was surprised as I've never had that reaction before. Overall, we were so pleased with the service. Both dogs look fabulous! We will definitely be back. My only regret is that I didn't already schedule a follow up appointment! 😬

They are the sweetest! My rescue dog is very skittish around new people but no problems here. He let them hug and hold him as soon as we walked in. Both my pups looked amazing and so ridiculously happy when I picked them up. Definitely best new grooming place in town.

Treated my pup like a family member. Her cut was exactly what I asked for and they did not butcher he like the last place I took her. She spent only an hour or 2 there. I didn’t have to worry about her getting anxious or upset being there too long. The conditioner they use smells great and lasted through out the week. Highly recommend this groomer!

Han was extremely responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was so flexible in squeezing in my dog - I am not the person to be able to plan out weeks in advance when my dog needs grooming next, so she was so helpful in being able to accommodate to my schedule. Oui paws is affordable, convenient, and fast with their service. I'll be continuing to go here for quite some time!

I have been using mobile groomers but it was getting harder to be able to schedule appointments. I saw a recommendation on my next door app for Oui so I took my dog to them and was very happy with the results. The people are warm and the atmosphere is welcoming. I like that when they are done and the dogs are waiting to be picked up they have a open play area so they aren’t confined to cages. I will definitely be going back.

Omg ! I absolutely love this place . The girls who work here are pleasant and you can tell they are animal lovers . They treat my Maltipoo howie so gently and sweet . The place is clean and adorable . I can trust them with my pet . They also have cute outfits they sell at the shop for pets . I couldn’t be anymore happier with a grooming place . Every-time I call they answer promptly and are always available to see my howie . My dog also loves it here !!!! Ten stars for this place !!!! I highly recommend

Wife and I just moved to Huntington Beach, we tried every place between here and Irvine, including mobile groomers and nothing came close to how great the dogs look after leaving this place. One of our pups has leash aggression but this is the only place I’ve seen her running around with other dogs, must be the whole vibe.

I was really upset with my experience today. I went in for a nail trim for both of my dogs. I expressed my thoughts on how I thought it was completely unprofessional for them to hold my dog down on the ground while having an OFF leash dog try to mount my dog and mount the 2 groomers working on her. They had asked me to hold my dog, myself, and I simply told them that my dog never resists and ask why they just don't put her on the table. I made that suggestion to avoid any confrontation between my dog and the off leash dog or worse the groomers. I trust my dogs to not be aggressive but they should never be put in that situation. The owner apologized, walked away,and didn't even offer a refund.

I have a small Yorkie and I am very picking about where we get her groom , and Oui Paws Pet salon is by far the best groomer that I have ever used. Better than Petco /Petsmart. Than are more on hands with your pet , our shampoo and hair cut was the best. We will never go anywhere else but here and I recommend everyone else dose too. P.s they also sell pet accessories.

Our cat was incredibly matted after a couple years of being unable to groom himself. When we had tried to groom him he ended up biting and scratching. With the help of the girls here we were able to get him showered and shaved for the first time in a Long while. They are very good at what they do and they are very professional.

My husband and I took our almost 1 year old Maltipoo to this groomer and we were so pleased with how they cut her hair. We showed them a picture of what we wanted and she came out looking almost exactly like the picture. I highly recommend them! 👌🏻

Friendly and communicative pet grooming. I have an 11 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that tolerates grooming but seems unhappy afterwards . After grooming here he came back looking great and was happy. Definitely coming back again.
