Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We purchased 40 waterers for stalls, and at least 3 are already broken. (One was permanently damaged the very first time a horse was in the stall with it). I have been trying to deal with them on getting a replacement, as well as repair kits for the others for months and they are nearly impossible to reach to get the answers you need.

We ordered one of these to try it out and absolutely loved it. We ordered 3 more a couple months later. No issues with any of them and have been wonderful for the foal. Have had them all over a year now.
