The self-service dog wash is a back saver. You also don't have to deal with the usual cleanup, and you can easily stock up on supplies while you're there.The staff is also great; they are quite knowledgeable when it comes to their various products and can oftentimes give you multiple options and recommendations.

Checked this place out for the first time and had a very nice experience. Sarah helped us out. We went in to purchase food for our English Bulldog Charlie. Sarah made us aware of the reward program they offer as well as other services.They had plenty to choose from for your pet. It was very clean and organized. Parking was easy and the overall service Sarah provided earned a customer today!

Love this place. Most of the staff are really knowledgeable, all of them are friendly and helpful. The prices are great and they have a wide selection of products. Today I bought 4.5lbs of candidae pure dog food for $10, thats half off.

Excellent customer service at this location. Melda went above and beyond to help me get my dog’s particular brand and protein food, while most surrounding locations were out of stock!We experienced technical issues on the Centinela website but Melda put tireless effort in towards navigating the technical issues and for what seemed like an impossible task, she figured it all out! Big thanks to Melda and Mary Ellen for being so patient, kind, and understanding– I would return to this location and recommend it to others.

I always end up coming here for my pet food and treats.They have a great selection of healthy food/treats and usually always have some good deals going on.The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable too!Rarely go to pet smart or petco since I found this place.

This place has a grooming room where you can bathe your dog. They provide everything! Towels! Shampoo! Bath tub with sprayer! Blow dryer! All for just $15! You've gotta go! This is our grooming place for 2022 and beyond!

Awesome place! Taylor helped me tremendously today with a new food for my puppy. He was literally a walking encyclopedia when it came to all pet food/supplies. He gave me his time for all the things I needed and I couldn't be happier with his help!Ask for Taylor when you go in! If he's not employee or the month he should be!

Great store with great prices. Staff is unbelievably trained on all aspects of pet care. They carry tons of raw pet food brands. Big wash area in the back only $15 bucks and everything is supplied!! Super clean store and they always have treats for your pets.

Smaller pet store. It's very clean!! They have a back area with bathtubs set up to bathe your pets yourself with everything provided! Staff seemed nice and they have a great membership you can sign up for for free that gives you some great deals in the store!

I was pleasantly surprised. At their old location, I kind of avoided this store because of high prices and limited selections. At this new location, I find their prices are now competitive and they have better selection of pet foods.

We took our puppy for a self-wash on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were so very inviting and helpful. We just left the dog beach and wanting to clean our soaked puppy. They were a perfect solution. We live in Anaheim but will definitely come back for their wonderful service and very clean wash stations.

Best place to get all your pet needs and customer service is outstanding! Found out our dog was allergic to shell fish and had to return the food. One bag was halfway gone and the other new. They took both bags back and gave us a full refund no questions asked. We will be back for sure!! Thanks for the awesome service! 👍🏻
