Nicely decorated with artifacts from an earlier time. Very quaint and beautiful. It even has its very own moose.Prompt and friendly service.Wife had feta, spinach, and sausage omelet.Came with home fries. She asked that they be done extra and they came out wonderous brown and tasted like pototato chips that had gone to heaven.Needless to say, she was quite happy.I had the blueberry cheese blintzes. Tart cheese, and sweet and juicy blueberry compote. I had the same done to the potatoes that came with my dish and was quite pleased with everything.We will be back.Parking: Plenty of street parking today, winter, off-season.

The Bluebird Cafe is a nice spot to stop in and have breakfast.They offer interior and exterior seating, though we always prefer to sit inside. It has that awesome feel of an older diner, complete with bar stool seating and vintage posters and antiques displayed on the walls. It can get quite busy at times, so it’s best to get there early.The food is very tasty, and the portion sizes are generous. They even have complimentary cinnamon rolls for the tables on a certain day (I believe Sunday). The prices fall in the $15-$25 range.Parking can be challenging as there is no official parking lot for the cafe. You’ll have to park on the main road through town, or one of the smaller side streets and walk.

What a find! Thanks to the other reviewers, it made for the perfect breakfast stop to break up a long drive. You’re not going to walk away hungry, that’s for sure. Everything was delicious. I’d get the scramble again just for the side of potatoes… super flavorful! Great service, too. Will be back again the next time we’re passing through.

The Bluebird Cafe is a fantastic American diner in Hopland. The food portions are generous and filling without being too greasy or salty. We had fish and chips and a root beer float. They were both amazing. A great low key place for some great comfort food!

Great restaurant. Today I had the Bison Jalapeño/ Spicy Burger. It was delicious and the flavors of the bison and spicy ingredients were phenomenal. Get here early if you want their homemade scones. I will definitely be coming back.

My mom and I got there at 10:45am and the place is closed. The hours said it was supposed to be open from 7am-2pm on a Monday. What is the reason why the place is not open?

I love this place, stop everytime I roll through. After a hard partying music festival no better place in the highway home to penngrove to stop and carb up. I highly recommend everyone order exactly the breakfast of their desire and get a short stack of pancakes with just powdered sugar and the blueberry compote to share and chocolate shakes 1 4 every 2 guest..One of the greatest waitresses of our generation will get u a table asap, just relax..

Probably one of the most popular local Breakfast "go places." If you don't want to stand in line on a Saturday morning for a place to sit get there by 8AM or be prepared to wait. Other reviewers have already mentioned the great food and generous servings, I'll add to those "a friendly great staff!"

Great food for a great price. The service was a commensurate with the quality of food. Specifically,Very fresh salad ingredients like from a garden next door. The burger was perfectly cooked. It seemed like a family owned restaurant with near gourmet quality.

I have been probably 30+ times and every single time is always amazing. This place is basically a part of hopland history. Also huge portions of perfectly cooked foodm Next time im driving down from tahoe i might go the super duper long way just to stop here. Omg why am i crying? Lol 🤣🤣🤣☠️💀 haha love this place and seriously the food is amazing!! I'm not really a pancake/ waffle girl I'm like a egg/ potato type of girl but the pancakes and waffles here will always tempt me into trying some. You will not be disappointed no matter what you try. 😊

Delicious food and fast service. Huge portions so bring your appetite. Relaxed atmosphere with no pretension. Four stars only because the bathroom could be cleaner, but I would definitely come back.

Really yummy food. It's hard to get out here unless it's the weekend bc of the short hours but worth it nonetheless. The coffee was great and they have mimosas too.
