Nice lady, great prices. I paid $70 for my two mini aussies. I left a $30 tip. You do have to be accurate with what you want on your pups though so keep that in mind

I went here to have my dogs nails trimmed, I tried to do them myself for months but never came close as she always kept pulling away from me but when I took her here, it was done in less than 5 minutes, amazing! It was very fast and they are definitely great to have around! This place is well organized and clean!! Thank you for trimming her nails, she badly needed it!!

I have been going to Romero's Pet Grooming for about 3 years and I really like how my Sadie looks after she is groomed.I RV at Wilderness Lakes in Menifee and there are a few of us who go there. One of my friends went by there today and they discovered that somehow a car recently went through the cyclone fence and right through the front door, I believe, of Alda's building!!So she will be closed for a while. I pray she will be able to rebuild & reopen very soon.Thoughts & prayers that no one was hurt. 🙏🙏🙏💓

This was our first time with Romero's grooming, They did a beautifull job on our older dog, Misty needed a makeover,and you could tell she felt better,strutted her 18 year old body. We will definitely send our other furbabys, great job, and great affordable price. We highly recommend this awesome establishment.

I have been going there for years. It used to be owned by another lady that we didn't like. But when it changed hands I thought we would try again. The dogs are always happy when they come home. She treats our older dogs with special care. And she does just the nail trims on some of the dogs. My mom, dad, and several friends all use her. Sometimes the older ones don't look as perfect as they could, but I love that. It tells me that she takes into account their tolerance and stops when they have had enough.

If i could give zero stars i would. do not take your pets here, they shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a groomer.the first red flag was that they didn't ask for vaccination records for the dogs, but i waved it off because the prices were cheap and we could get in right away. there were a lot of dogs in there.we came to pick up our dogs at around 2 after dropping them off at 10, our schnoodle being the last dog to get cut that day.In the car, he was crying and we didn't know why. when we got home we noticed a few nicks and a cut in his skin. my labradoodle had water coming out of his ears, but we waved both off.the next day, my labradoodle was crying when we tried petting his head. we looked into his ears and noticed colored gunk was seeping out and all over his ears, it smelt really bad. we had to get ese drops for him and he cried the whole time we were putting them in.The day after, however, my schnoodle started walking into walls and had excessive drooling and had lock jaw and was seizing. all symptoms of tetnis. we took him to the vet where he had to be put down. I know for a fact this groomer is the reason why. They have many dogs with no vaccination records and they use the same clippers for all, not sanitizing in between. their mistakes costed us our beloved dog we've had for years.on a smaller note, the haircuts were bad. our schnoodle didn't even look like himself in his final few days thanks to them.Sticking to petsmart or petco, more expensive, but worth it obviously.

I've been using the services of Romero Pet Grooming for over 2 years now. They are compassionate, efficient and VERY reasonably priced. It's not a "fancy" place, but they are great with my dogs who love going there.

First off, my 7 month old puppy is a WHINER. When I called I was very specific about his age so they would know what to expect from a puppy. I brought him here and when I came to pick him up he was still getting his cut done. Now, before I dropped him off I showed the woman a picture of how I wanted him to look. I come back and not only is she pulling on his elbow very tightly making him whine even more, she’s slamming the comb against his body as she brushes out his fur! Now I’m not a pet groomer but I for sure know that’s not how you treat a puppy!! Lastly, the hair cut was no where as near as what I wanted and she still had the audacity to say she couldn’t finish the job because he wouldn’t let himself. I normally take him to PetSmart and they do tell me he is a whiner but they still manage to do an outstanding job. This haircut is TERRIBLE. Completely uneven. But I was on a budget this time but I’d rather pay more for BETTER QUALITY SERVICE. Never, ever coming back here again!I’ve never done these kind of reviews but this time I’m really upset with the service I received today. Just terrible.

I make the 30 minute drive just to bring my Smokey here. Theyre always very kind to me and my pup. He comes out looking fresh and clean everytime, like a brand new pup. Now, do keep in mind this is not a fancy place but what it lacks in fancy they make up for in quality service. Also, weekends can be busy so make sure to set up an appointment.

Took my poodle to have her shaved down and as I was picking her up another family was picking up there 2 white dogs, the dogs layed down for the owners to pet them and the kids commented they saw flees on the dog..... Guess what my dog brought home with her??????Now all my animals are infested with flees!!!!;;I have not had flees on my pets for more than 10 years in 3 different homes 😖😖😖😖😖Very unsatisfied with this groomerWould not recommend then to anyone

My husband took my maltipoo here on Saturday. She ran into her carrier beforehand and when he got her home she wouldn't put any weight on her right front leg. When he called to ask about it they acted like she was like that when she got there. It is now 3 days later and my usually yappy and energetic dog has not left the couch except when we take her to go to the bathroom. She hasn't made a sound except for the occasional whimper when we pick her up. It pisses me off enough that they hurt her, but even moreso that they lied about it. She will obviously not be going back there!
