Have boarded our single dog here probably a dozen tines in the last 2ish years, always comes home smelling nice and well-cared for. We recently adopted a second dog, and I picked them both up today after a 2-week stay. They both look excellent, were very happy and aren't too stinky, even after being there 2 weeks. The folks who work there are friendly and competent, we've never had any issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs to board their pet. Pic is on the car ride home today, she's smiling😍

Read this review if you are having any doubts about sending your beloved animals here. You will NOT regret it!!!! My family and I were wary of ever sending our two dogs to a pet hotel but after sending them here I am happy to tell you that our animals loved it! We have two dogs a 60 pound lab puppy named Crash and an 80 pound pit mix named Molly both of them enjoyed it so much that after they came home anytime we went anywhere for a week they were disappointed to not be going back. Everyone who works there is so friendly, it is obvious they love animals. We were able to tour the facility before and at pick up we were able to observe our dogs without them seeing us they were having a wonderful time. They came home smelling better then at drop off! We didn't notice till pick up that you could add on different grooming options so will be using that in the future. To anyone reading this you will never regret letting your pets come here!!

My doggies love staying here even though they are my clingy. They do a great job with both my pups when they stay there. They have stayed there about three times now and I don't plan to take them elsewhere whenever I can't take them with me on trips. They ladies are great - even with my big energetic baby (I have two dogs one that is a lapdog and one that believes she is a lapdog).

We had a great experience here, it's an awesome facility and conveniently located for us. They also charge a very reasonable rate compared to other places I've looked at, and I love that they don't try to nickel and dime you with all types of random fees.They handled my 3 year old intact male boxer with no problems. Not that I expected any from him, but sometimes he can be a little much to deal with. He came back calm and happy , and having a safe place for him was a great load off my mind while we were on vacation.All things considered: good value, great facility run by conscientious and knowledgeable folks. I recommend them and will be back soon.

My dogs get extremely happy as soon as we start driving up the hill to the hotel. They know they are going on vacation. When they arrive they walk straight to their cage. Their cage is huge and they have so much room to run and play. They act like they are in Grease and are the cool kids in school. The staff is wonderful and always accommodating. We have tried so many hotels, but this is the first my babies start dancing when they arrive.I read the negative review about sending pictures and dogs looking scared. If the staff had time to send pictures of all the animals in their care the. I would be concerned that they were not spending time taking care of my two but rather trying to appease people with taking pictures. If your dog is looking scared at this facility then perhaps your pup is not socialized enough to be away from home and if they need their pics taken then send them to a different facility. I need the staff focused on my pups not conducting photoshoots and Public Relation opportunities.

This place is efficient, friendly and safe. Two of our three fur babies vacation here on occasion and they’ve enjoyed it each time. Their first night back home they’re. A little worn out but it’s from all the chatter they’ve had with their fellow dog mates lol. Lori is great she’s so helpful and and friendly. Everyone welcomes our fur babies with smiles and patience.

Homeland Pet Hotel truly deserves the name “Hotel”. It is definitely 5 Star! My Stella Mae loves it here. It is always clean, well kept and the staff is exceptional! The entrance is inviting and the grounds are well maintained. My fur baby gives this hotel 2 paws up!!!

We just boarded our two Maltese and one Chihuahua at Homeland Pet Hotel. They were there 4 nights and 5 days. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism, and manner in which they cared for our babies.Six months ago we boarded our dogs at a very well known boarding facility in Murrieta and were horrified when we picked up our dogs.I am so glad we tried Homeland Pet Hotel. We will always board our girls here from now on. I called each day and they gave updates and even sent pictures.We are very happy with the entire experience!!!!

Homeland Pet Hotel is always our go-to facility for boarding our two Shiba Inus.We always have received excellent service whenever we board. Our dogs are always well taken care of. Great, clean facility at a reasonable price.We highly recommend Homeland Pet Hotel.

The owner of this facility gave my wife and I a tour. He showed us the indoor kennels and the outdoor dog runs were the dogs get to exercise. Everything was clean and well kept. The owner is friendly and answered all of my questions. My dog has a new pet hotel to stay when needed.

It is a very nice facility. There was plenty of outdoor space for the animals. They took excellent care of my dog during my trip to the east coast.Prices are reasonable. I will use them again if I need to board my dog.

I can’t thank the folks at Homeland Pet Hotel enough for their kindness and service. This is the best place for my three dogs to stay. They love the large outdoor area and privacy away from busy areas so they don’t stress. It’s their home away from home.

I have 4 Belgium Malinois 🇧🇪I used this kennel for a trip to Portugal 🇵🇹my dogs 🐶 stayed 12 nightspicked them up healthyI dropped off chew bones and dog 🐶 toys I am not sure they were given to them

They take very good care of our dog. He's a little neurotic and can be difficult to care for when his "mommy" is not around. They are professional with him and I never have to worry when he's in their care. I recommend this place highly. I was also happy to see at our last drop off, they added grooming services! The groomer was also very professional and worked with our dog and me to trim his nails.
