No complaints, about as regular as any other fast food. The asada fries are pretty good. The mocha Boba was okay. And all around it was pretty pleasant. 6/10 recommend

An important factor though not critical is the that it's open 24/7. The main component of course is Quality and Portions (my faves are bear claw, cream filled horn, breakfast burrito) of which get top marks, AND if you have to wait a bit there's some funky old arcade games waiting for you LOL

They never pick up the phone you literally have to order in the store and expect the slowest service. February 19th 2020 7.:00pm - 7:30pm. Place is gross also the dirty tables. let’s say there is 3 people ahead of you expect 10-15 mins before your next. I’ve seen McDonald’s and jack in the box with way more people at least the lines move and it’s sanitary. I don’t understand why this place is still in business other than they are usually only ones open because it’s a 24/7 business in a small town.

As a truck driver, a place to buy food to be open 24/7 is a plus. Place is well kept, clean and the smell/sight of doughnuts/pan dulce had my mouth watering from the moment I entered the establishment. I showed up around 10:30 pm and ordered two items. Cashier was very respectful and patient as it was my first time visiting the place. I ordered the Breakfast burrito-Supreme and a Carne Asada Burrito and both were very delicious and filling. After I complete my delivery tomorrow morning here in Holtville, I might return and try out their doughnuts and other items on the menu.

This town has two donut shops! Place has about everything from beer to doughnuts, however, mine was state. Local place across street has sweet- might be a better choice.

The food is good, the service is quick sometimes, because sometimes they forget to put the orders but their food is the closest to the food you make at home. Love the Carme asada fries with white cheese, de menudo is really good too.

Well, very disappointed for tonights service. I called and order and since i had no menu I kinda couldnt figure out what else I wanted. The employee asked if that was all with my order which I was not. So i couldnt fi ish my order from on top of my head. So she kept rushing me, I understand how busy one can get but there is a propervway to let the customer know that you are busy. I di not like her customer service skills through the phone. I use to work in fast food restaraunts. Customer service front counter and drive thru. I knew how to handle congested drive through and front counter sevices. And this night was very unprofessional. Need to retrain your employees. Or get new employees. And i did not get what I ordered instead I got what rhey thought I had ordered.

Service is always just ok. I came tonight, 10/18/20, and had a semi big order. The gentleman helping me in the front was kind and patient but when I received my order it was wrong. I asked him if he could fix it and the lady behind the counter started berating me saying that I got what I ordered. I work customer service and I understand that sometimes the customer can mess up too but I know what I ordered and he repeated. Back to me. Maybe he’s new and didn’t ring it in right but he kept saying it was okay that they’d fix it. The lady seemed annoyed and just glared at me so I took what I got and told him it was fine. When I asked for the lady’s name, she refused saying she didn’t have to give me her name that it was personal and if I had a complaint to go to calexico and complain.

Not very good food. I got 2 soft tacos, was told after I paid they were out of flour tortillas?! Got corn tortillas, which were soggy and useless, the chicken tasted 2 days old , hope I don’t get sick, and overall just bland. Donuts also bland. I wish I’d gone somewhere else

Good food and good service... But sometimes a little busy... Mexican seetbread and tortas, Mexican cuisine and hamburgers , fries, hotdogs, and a few other side orders are all delicious...

I mean not much choices in Holtville. The service all depends on who is there when you go. For example, if I go at like 3-4 am for a coffee and some early morning break fast i know it's going to be that one lady with the black hair that's usually slicked back in a pony tail who only speaks Spanish. She's sooo nice. And such a hard worker. She does everything by herself during her graveyard shift. I gotta give her props.

The food is good there, but the dounuts are better. Me and my friends come offten to hang out. It has a friendly vibe and sells many things. If you ever visit, buy the Leomonade tea, it's a big cup for $1! The ladies be working there are very nice 👍.

For holtville food it's one of best. But you got 4 food places to choose from in this town so not much choice. But donuts and coffee always good here. I also like breakfast burrito after morning hot springs nearby

Its a very great place to order pastries and refreshments i highly recommend if you go for a refreshment order an arnold palmer tea, its delicious ! They also have a very nice menu to dine, for take out, burgers, plates and more
