They have a ton of cute stuff always in rotation. A lot of home decor, clothes and kitchen ware. One of my favorite stores in town there’s always something new. If you need cute or quirky furniture I’d come here. Things are pretty fairly priced and never have had problems with staff.

I was in the market for new towels and found they carried the Hotel brand. Very pleased! Also picked up some cute blouses and a light jacket, all of good quality. Prices were reasonable. Only complaint was the sounds of multiple toddlers and small children having meltdowns throughout my shopping experience. Could have done without that. Employees were nice and helpful.

Shoppers! Be aware! Be carful what you purchase at TJ. If you purchase an ítem, and it becomes defective, even if you have your reciept and it has not been 30 days. They will Not Return your ítem! AND You will NOT get your MONEY BACK! Purses, furniture etc. Expensive items! Also when your trying to return something they treat you very rude and disrespectful! After they said they were not going to return my ítem. I continued to wait to make a purchase for some items I wanted to buy. The same girl that said she couldnt do the return. Told the cashier that was helping me, to go do something else. and left me there standing with all the items I was going to purchase. Waiting for somebody to help me with my purchase, that same girl demanded I stop using my phone, to go outside. I told her I was waiting for somebody to help me with my purchase. Then she wanted me to move all my stuff to another register, if I wanted her to help me with my purchase. REGISTER 4, CAHIER # 1005. Verry bad Customer service!

My daughter and I went to shop opening day and bought some items, one of them being a top for my daughter who was excited to wear same day to work. As we were leaving the store she spotted a purse that she really liked and said she would go back to buy because of the long line. When she went back to buy the purse she had on her new top but forgot to take the tag off the top. An associate went up to her and accused her of stealing the top and demanded her to take the top off in front of everyone. My daughter explained that she had purchased the top earlier and forgot to take the tag off, the associate continued to taunt her and humiliate her by saying "who comes to TJMAXX to steal?" As this is going on my daughter is still in line taking the accusations while buying the purse that she liked. I went to the store showed proof of my receipt of everything purchased including the top and returned my items back. I will not support this store, its very unprofessional, lack of customer service and loss prevention training. What an experience on "Opening Day" to be treated like this. I had to put a star to leave a review but they are not even worth that star!
