The store has great prices but don't always have what I need. I receive a monthly voucher of $100. I walk out of there with more bags than any other store. So I am very grateful for them!! Staff is friendly and courteous.

Average, basic local grocery store. Bargain my donkey. I didn't find any difference on pricing and selections. Snobby employees. Not good customer service. However, at the register there's an African American lady who is very nice and friendly.

The place to get great bargains on groceries! This is our go-to spot! Fun new items every time! They carry a lot of discontinue or closeout items among other regular grocery staples. Prices are reasonable! Same loaf of sourdough bread is twice the price across the road at the regular grocery store!

If theres one thing I dislike, its when stores say they close at a certain time and they close 30 minutes before that actual time. Grocery Outlet claims they close at "10pm" EVEN FOR THE HOLIDAYS, and I showed up at 9:31PM to a completely closed store.. NOT OK. So Safeway got my business tonight

Really like this store! It's always clean and surprisingly well stocked with just about everything you need. Good selection of organic produce and products. Some well known brands as well as lesser known for everything. Prices are excellent, far less than you pay at the bigger stores. Produce is fresh! You can find most anything you are looking for or a close facsimile. I highly recommend this store!Consistently good produce at reasonable prices. The scale wasn't working, but one of the produce dept guys went and weighed my peaches for me! 👏 All the employees I've interacted with have been super helpful and very nice. Great store!

Beware of incorrect prices on display and what actually gets charged at the register. In early Sept, they had a sign for 2 lbs strawberries for $4.99. Cashier wanted to charge $3.49 per lb. A manager on duty came and made the poor non-sensical excuse that since the sign was not directly in front of the strawberries, there was nothing she could do. The sign may not have been centered but was just a bit skewed, with neighboring fruits NOT being strawberries or even a different species of strawberries so there was no confusion whatsoever. It was clearly their fault for putting out false advertisement, and although she admitted to it, she wouldn't honor the price. IF they're going to make that excuse at least be coherent and say something honest. You could clearly see that the manager was flustered because she knew the excuse she used was totally invalid. I called to speak to store manager but he / she was out for a week and they took my name for a call back. To date, no one has called back! They also said they were leaving a message for the store owners, but to date, they haven't called either which translates into them not caring about their customers. It's very simple, customers make your business, and they have choices to take their business elsewhere. There are so many grocery stores here in Hollister, Grocery Outlet is just one of them. We try to support our local businesses for community strength and growth but expect to be treated fairly and with respect. Grocery Outlet has definitely failed in the Customer Service department.

A wonderful store for bargain hunters who enjoy seeing new things from time to time. Some terrific deals here. We really like the seasoned pre-packaged roasts they offer. Perfect for amazing crock pot meals.

This is what it looks like 25 minutes before closing... Unshoppable. If you guys don't want people shopping why don't you just adjust your hours and close at 9:30pm instead of preventing your customers from fulfilling their shopping needs?

I don't generally shop here because selection is limited, but the prices are pretty good on most things. You do need to know your prices, like with any store. Some items are more expensive here than at a regular grocery store.

I love this place. I can find so many bargains. Where do I start. I enjoy my Philadelphia cream cheese with my morning bagel but with everything else the price is nearly 5 dollars a tub at our local primary markets. However, when Grocery outlet has it I save more than half the cost. I can also find produce and catfood items within my budget. Great place go there first before going to your favorite primary store. The savings can really add up.

With prices unbelievable in grocery stores I always shop here first. I love when they check you out and tell you how much you saved. I need to here that. I stopped by to pick up some dairy and walked out with my cart full..love this place. At the check out they had vanilla coke....and cherry in the small bottles.. be sure to check out the cold cuts so much hard to find quantities. I love this store...best store in Hollister. I need this store in my life.

Clean, lots of interesting stuff, friendly staff. The premise of this store is that they buy overstock, close outs, and near expiration items and sell them cheap. You never know what you'll find and it goes fast. They also stock produce, dairy, etc. It's kind of fun to see what they have as they often have things other stores in town don't carry. You can't count on filling your complete grocery list but if you're flexible you can find must of what you need at great prices.

Have you been following me?Yes, I am disabled and poor.I can't walk around those big grocery store's so I like my Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree is right next to it. Both are small, affordable store's. If you se it on the shelf, grab it while you can because the stock consistently rotates. Buy a spare.

Not only are there great deals on all different types of food and produce, but everyone in this store is so nice and helpful. They all work cohesively which results in a great shopping experience. Its refreshing to see a team of people get along so well. Always love shopping here!

I look here before the other stores. They don't have everything, but what they have IS CHEAPER. Many name brands but other brands just as good. Cheeses are great, lunchments abargain, and frozen foods andfrozen fish and meat specialsfantastic! Produce is always cheaper.....nothing wrong withthe brands being local or quality. If you want to pay more, be my guest......I shop here first.

This store has organic food and vegan also, but it is a hit or miss. They also have great supplies for gym protein, or even super greens powder at a good price. The staff are really nice and friendly, and even well organized. This is my second favorite grocery store in hollister and I only go to two grocery stores.
