First ignored red flag was the long wait of just one person in front of me yet I watched 6 at taco bell go thru. Second was the 5 min no response at the speaker. Then as if that was not enough they told me to get back in line at the window because i didn't wait long enough. I've got a two year old that needed to chow before he fell asleep after a long day. I went in..... empty and six employees working. Of the three at the window "too busy to acknowledge the speaker" I read told.

I’m sorry I wish I could say it smells better than it looks but believe me when I say it stinks and looks bad. It’s clearly poorly made and the chicken didn’t taste cooked at all. This was $7 for the burger and I’m very disappointed with the experience I got. I ended up throwing it away instead of returning… When my order was taken I’m glad to say, it was in a respectful manner, but the food is just not giving. The waffle fries are good and ice cream is as well.

The most expensive place ever for what a little chili dog, small cheeseburger, small fry a small drink and medium shake $34.99Then small fry,small shake and large shake $28.00 not from here and don't never want to come back after seeing those prices. They should close it down

I was very disapointed with their strawberry shake, used to taste so natural and super good and now it taste like cheap ice cream flavor🙄 still expensive but very bad quality!!

I never been to this location before, stopped here on my work day. Surprised they had a drive thru, I haven't seen one for this establishment, food was good, ordered the double patty burger, it has a sauce that was kinda sweet almost like a thousand island sauce, pickles didn't seem right on this Burger, or the pickles put on it didnt match taste, fries were good, crinkle cut, hot and crunchy, unfortunately the lemonade did have a soot taste to it, maybe faucet water or unfiltered water, all in all, it was good, however the price was pretty tasty...at $16 , I could've done better. But , know you know.

Great store and the food is good. We went through the drive-through and ordered a burger, 2 sundaes and a triple berry sundae. They gave us the ice cream first and made us wait almost 5 minutes for the burger. They specialize in ice cream and don’t know to give you the ice cream last? That’s my only complaint.

I got the pumpkin cheesecake twister. It was okay. There was a single overwhelming spice in it. It didn't quite taste like pumpkin. Suggest adding a little pumpkin spice to it. Helps to calm the intensity of that spice

This place will always hold good memories for me as someone who worked here the food is amazing Gina and Jared run an amazing place with amazing staff. Kinda pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend eating here.l and definitely recommend a Big Boss or Chili cheese fries with a strawberry shake.😋👍

My burger was fine but was near flavorless. My fries were delicious. My ice cream was delicious. My problem was the ranch was kind of tangy. I don't recommend this location. We have one back home that's so delicious.

Yummy food. Super clean indoor dining. Staff super kind, helpful and overall happy. Relaxing atmosphere listening to them interact with each other. Also loved the 80's music being played.

Service was great, nice people but….. I found hair not only in one item but in two items! :( Deep inside the twister cup, three scoops in and I saw a hair in the ice cream. Decided to move on fries, ate a handful and I almost swallowed hair. The hair color was brighter than mine, I have black hair. After that I couldn’t eat no more :( Like come on. Not once but twice? I did see a girl not having her hair tied correctly and having hair strands hanging off the hat. Please it’s called a ponytail for a reason.

I just ordered 2 banana splits and 2 sundaes and I will say that the customer service was very respectful but the bananas used for the banana splits were very green, bitter and inedible. They were very hard and there was still a piece of the peel attached to it. I could not eat the banana pieces and I had to throw all of them in the trash so that made me a little upset that this happened and I didn’t bother going back since I have already gone home. I wish fosters held a little bit more of a standard in quality of the food that goes out.

This is always on my menu when I am in Hollister. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier offered me the "special " which is a burger, no fries and a small shake. Goodness, that was exactly what I wa thinking! I had an original buyer with a Passion Fruit ,... Wow-zer! Best cheat meal ever!

Always a great place for a late night shake and fries! We took our pups and they gave us some pup-cups (small cups with whip-cream). We all got to enjoy a late snack.

Walked in feeling like a sundae, we were met at the counter right away, he was clean, presentable and knew his register and menu. There was only one other customer waiting for their order and received it while we were giving ours. Two other customers walked in while we waited. The table was clean and the restroom was as well. Our order came up and it was correct. I just love their foster sauce on my fries and neglected to ask for it. We went back up and got it right of way, there was plenty of condiments and seasonings. The French fries were perfect, not to crispy , not too soft and piping hot. The sundae was presented properly with cherries on top. All in all it was the perfect little snack/desert date. Will continue to go though. Note drive thru is very popular.......

I don't visit this place often but if there is one compliment they can expect it is that they are consistently disappointing. Doesn't matter if you do drive thru or go inside. For some reason your food is always cold. It sticks to itself like it has been microwaved 3 times. There is a combination of overly salty that is trying to be compensated with a strong amount of sugar in everything.

Went through the drive thru to buy chocolate shake and was charged almost $10.00 by Aaron S. I got to the window and asked for a glass of water he said what size? Large I said then when I got my receipt I was charged $1??? But was never told the price so talked with Marilyn the manager and she was insulted that I should have known it was going to be a $1 for water and I didn't. Wow a new level of ignorance that she has. I've never worked there how should I know their prices??

I only really stop to buy their chocolate dipped vanilla cones. Have enjoyed them since I was a child. Back then living in San Jose going to the Foster Freeze near Japan town. Now here in Hollister going to this location. Friendly staff very helpful and yes dipped cones are still fantastic and a fun treat.
