I had a bad experience buying women pants.One attendant was rude when I asked for help and a second attendant wasn't in the mood of helping when I asked for a size comparasion European vs inches.I ended up google it and trying ro resolve myself.I ended going with my business to other place. And that place isn't that accessible $$$ vs attention.

Of course I'm happy, okay, Ecstatic that we finally have a Boot Barn!! Ordered boots online, and picked up in the store. Items came within 3 days, and staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. If you ever order clothes online, they are true to size.Highly recommend.

Will if your looking for boots this is the place to go. As you enter the store the first thing you encounter is the smell of leather. Not only western wear boots but other styles of boot footwear. Western wear apparel for both men and women. Hats, jewelry and accessories. It has a large inventory of items. Your bond to find something you'll purchase for yourself or as a gift for someone. Christmas is just around the corner. Go look and explore.

Seems like a good selection but the kid working in the boot section knew nothing about boots no help all the other employees just standing around the register gossiping and no sales on boots Black Friday weekend SMH!

Fun adventure, lots of good shoes to try on and we found d a pair for a guy with an unusual foot size. Staff Haverstraw a lot, I assume they're on some kind of commission.
