The ladies that work there are very kind and helpful. Even the one that yelled at me for not asking her for a bag before she rang me up. (It's not like I can't afford 10 cents.) My fault, I assumed she would've known that I needed one, you know for the 20 items I just purchased. You know what, silly me! She probably hasn't heard that I gave up juggling for the new year!

Lady here never gives me the discounts when I use my phone number and the items are on sale. 2 Gatorades advertised for $4.75 but charges full price.. instopped coming here because she did this to me with Bang energy drinks. She always charges me full price.

Terrible customer service no receipt paper in the could not get my money back after spending $200 plus to put on my cash app cashier made an error and I was out $200 no receipt and needed to wait till the owner counted out cash the following day to get my money back 🔙. It took over to 23 hours to try to convince them to let me have my money back and it was not happening I needed to leave the store with no proof that I purchased $200 on my cash let me tell you was an ugly feeling I could not sleep just knowing that I got ripped off by this register and she was in training supervisor that was there teaching there should have did it it was a rough night not knowing if I was going to get my money returned thank God that next morning at 11 they returned my $200 plus and a muffin for the inconvenience of this incident...... Very bad poor customer they do not explain anything correctly and you do not have any receipt paper and the cash register it was a total mess.. 😖😤🤬😡

My husband my son and I visited this 7 eleven store for refreshments, we didn't find the lids for the drinks we got, they will handle them to you as you pay , we ask for straw and the cashier pointed to an open jar with a mix of open straws, this was disgusting. Visiting this city wasn't pleasant. Not coming back😒

When they get deliveries, they allow the driver to park in the handicap spot- making it impossible for a handicap driver to park there. That’s illegal. They also leave boxes blocking isles-making it impossible for a wheelchair to fit in an isle. That’s illegal too. There’s a blonde Mexican women that works there that’s very unprofessional and annoying- her voice give me a headache. She speaks Spanish with friends and employees which shouldn’t be just like that of nail salon employees speaking in their language.

The humble convenience store. Always convenient in almost every facet of the word, if you can stretch it enough atleast. It's on the after-school path of many a student from the local highschool. It has it's ups and downs. Never impresses but never disappoints (at the very least in my experience). I've had quite a lot of memories here, be it with friends or family, of just taking a stroll to get snacks. Sometimes there's the local homeless hanging out behind or to the side of the store, but I've never really had much a problem with them. All in all, a rather convenient store (wonder what you'd call such a thing) to walk into when you're feeling like getting a quick bite.

Was sold wrong cell phone card and told right after I paid and got receipt (which is when I noticed refill card was for something called H2O not verizon) NO REFUNDS!!! You come back tomorrow and talk to owner 2.p.m. now I work 7 to 5 so I'll lose more money than the $60.00 is worth

They are not friendly here. They make you feel rushed at checkout. It's either a long line or they are doing other things like online orders before helping you.

We were asked to leave they do not allow support animals. There is no visible notice of this policy outside or inside. Even after explaining the law we were asked to leave.

Hey! It's 7-11, what do you expect? Every time I've been the service has been good. It's the area that sketchy. Always seems like there's ruffians around the parking lot.

I was over charged by $12 and the lady yelled at me and said it was my fault and that I made the line long even though she couldnt figure out how to refund me the money. Very dirty inside and the parking lot was full of trash.
