I gave them one star because I can't give them any less. I just called the Pharmacy department to clarify an insurance issue for one of my prescriptions and they disconnected without answering the phone. Wait times for prescription fills are long and they cannot even tell you when they will be filled. I had to wait 24 hours for a anti-inflammatory med for my knee. They have said repeatedly, "We have 200 orders to fill before yours." Worst Pharmacy ever! We are looking for another.

After moving to Highland from 20 years in the Palm Springs area, I transfered my CVS pharmacy needs to CVS Baseline and Palm, experiencing three years of very poor service and many mistakes.I didn't realize the Highland Walgreens had a drive thru (handicapped) or I would have switched sooner!The staff is kind and caring and they've gone out of their way to help me with prescription issues. Something CVS NEVER did! I'm so grateful for this service.

Bad service at the pharmacy, your prescription will not be ready at the time given, your phone call will not be answered, if your having a emergency just dial 911. This pharmacy is a joke 👎👎

They need to work on their website, their app is useless. The pharmacy tells you one thing but when you get there it's another. Very disappointed. AND can you explain how your info is supposed to be secure when you get messages like this from them?

It’s officially my last pick up at this pharmacy. I have been in line for over 30 minutes and 2 people have been checked out. There is honestly no excuse for a drive-through to be this slow. It is just inefficient and they don’t know what they’re doing, so I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. After 15 years! I tried to see if things would improve, but they are getting worse. Definitely do not use this pharmacy!

The staff here is great with their interactions. What is lacking is the number of staff... resulting in long periods of waiting and horrid times to complete transactions.Honestly not sure why I jave stuck with this pharmacy when others I jave used are 500 tines more efficient.The reason I chose to finally write thus review is the fact that I have been siting in the drive thru for over a half hour and moved 2 cars, with 2 to go...

Typically I feel pretty neutral about pharmacies, you go pick up your prescriptions, maybe grab a snack, or some over the counter meds and are on your way. Today changed my mind in regards to this particular Walgreens in a very positive way! My wife's service dog, who is a very loved senior and retired from working now, had to have an emergency vet visit today and needed a fairly high dose of pain medication for her arthritis. The veterinarian office (Alapalm Animal Hospital, they're amazing) doesn't carry her meds so we needed to find a pharmacy that did. They told us most pharmacies in the area will fill pet prescriptions. We tried CVS on Palm first, but unfortunately the pharmacist there treated us like we had brought in a fake prescription and were just trying to get strong medication for nefarious uses. We were devastated and left to feel like our sweet dog was going to be left to suffer until the vets office opened again on Monday to tell them she needed the prescription and it was real. We decided, for the health and safety of our dog, that we would go to Walgreens and see if they'd be able to fill it, even for us to pick it up the next day as they were closing within twenty minutes of our arrival. To say that Walgreens, and particularly the pharmacists Thomas and the tech Tonya, went above and beyond when we arrived would be an understatement! They stayed after their normal closing time to make sure our dogs prescription was filled today so she wouldn't have to be in pain for another day. They were both so kind, Tonya helped the last few customers that came in while I waited so that the pharmacist Thomas could focus on getting our sweet girls prescription filled as quick as he could! We talked about dogs and how we would do anything for our fur babies while he worked on the computer to get everything set for us and he was even able to suggest a place I could find a coupon to help with the cost. I could have cried happy tears from the kindness and care they showed us today, we were so afraid that we'd have to wait until the weekend was over to get the meds our dog so desperately needed, but Mr. Thomas and Ms. Tonya went above and beyond what we ever could have hoped for! This pharmacy is the place to go for compassionate care that's so hard to find now!

Would give 0 stars if i could stopped to grab a couple things on my way home. Walk in a grab some items one item I needed was locked up which I normally just go somewhere else because I hate to inconvenience the employees! I seen there was a buzzer to ring for help so I rang it and waited patiently about 5 minutes no one came so I went to check out and I asked the female employee who was restocking if I could get something from the hair aisle. I asked nicely, she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her at first grabbed her keys and just walked off I was hesitant to say never mind but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I showed her what I needed she grabbed it and walked to the register she did not say one word and to me. Another customer was waiting to check out she started to help her and the system was malfunctioning and wasn’t taking her card. The employee calls what I assume is the manager and she comes over to void the transaction and moves the employee to a different register to ring up the current customer. I’m standing waiting patiently and manager asks if I’m paying cash because the card system is down. I said yes but I only had a certain amount of cash and would have to pay the remaining with card. She rolled her eyes and d said well out card system is not working. Ok we’ll ring up my stuff and see if I have enough cash. She rung me up gave me my total and give her the cash and says my receipt will be emailed and walks away, no thank you, no smile. She didnt even bother to give me my bag of items I had to reach over the register to grab my bag! Lol horrible!! Do better! Next time I will go to CVS!

It was great bcuz the Walgreens I usually go to didn't have my medication in stock. So I was able to have it transferred to another Walgreens. Everyone was wonderful.

Every time I go in the drive thru pharmacy line it takes so long to get my prescription. Yesterday I got behind the line of six cars at exactly 10:20 in the morning. I got my prescription at 11:13. That's 53 minutes! There was one lady in a red shirt working the counter and the drive thru at the same time and they need more help when it's busy. Any time of day that I go it seems to be busy. They need to move the line faster. The people inside have to wait longer also with only one person working.

Edit 9/13/23Well they answer the phone now-i asked to speak with a specific staff member- Peggy said she would be happy to help me and immediately transfered me to a voice-mail, no forewarning-I don't know if that was on purpose or not. But it was to a rx refill line after I asked to speak with a staff member, Jennifer told me to ask for her as my medication is a special order and needs 3 business days notice to order- how do I know when these messages will be checked? Totally rude to not even say your transfering-and you didn't help me...2023 JuneI wish they would answer the phone so I can request my rx. As their automated system and online won't accept it. They also don't know how to use good rx. I have had to call and have them be walked thru it to find out they typed 1 # wrong and trying to charge me 100$ Over what it has been every month for YEARS.The male pharmacist is very nice but there are several females that are lazy and rude.

I've had so many unpleasant and unethical experiences here. I thought the new staff was cool. Until today!! I just went to add funds to my Chime account and was looking at makeup while waiting for my boyfriend. Then I heard someone say are you guys actually gonna pay for anything or just put it in your Pockets!? I was caught off guard and stunned looking around to see if she was speaking to someone else. I asked her if she was speaking to me? She said she saw my bf putting something in His chest pocket. He wasn't wearing a coat with one. I asked her again if she was speaking to me. She rudely said to make our ways to the register. Not to leave the store. You put two and two together. So I checked out &PAID AS I ALWAYS DO EVERY SINGLE TIME!! SHE NEEDS SOME GLASSES! OR TO NOT DISCRIMINATE!!

My wife and I scheduled our Covid-19 booster shots today online for this evening and drove 25 minutes to this the closest Walgreens location to our home. When we arrived we were in a very matter of fact tone without any signs of apology told that they have not had any vaccine for 3 weeks! When I asked why in the hell we were able to schedule an appointment we were told that they have been reporting this issue to "higher ups" but clearly they took no blame. We tried to call the number on the appointment email confirmation but that number would not go through so my wife called the general customer service number and that employee was even less help and blamed/referred us back to the store saying she couldn't help!This is ridiculous and cost us time and money we will never get back! I am done with Walgreens!

I would give no stars if I could, this particular Walgreen's staff @the pharmacy can never seem to give out accurate times for picking up medicine, "Always" a wait above and beyond, told my husband 3 hours from drop off, went in was told another hour. Heard customers grumbling in line entire time, and had a really long wait in line at pharmacy just to be told not ready, and couldn't get the Walgreen's app to work so we didn't have to waste all that time, I understand sometimes they get swamped but it's every time there's a problem I personally take my medication refills and new prescriptions all the way to another town because this Walgreens is never on time and the place across town I go to I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes and it's always ready when they say it's ready sometimes beforehand fixed.I will never recommend this Walgreens for any Reason to Anyone, ever!!!!

It's a great convenient store. I had to buy wax for wearing braces( not for me I'm to old for braces), ha . I went around 9:30,10 pm. I feel very safe shopping at this Walgreens at any hour. They always have a great selection of your standard items. They also have unique items as well. They employees are always , cheerful, helpful & kind. It's a great store.

My prescriptions constantly get held up or have issues and I am required to call. Upon calling it takes about a whole hour to finally get assistance, I highly recommend going to any other pharmacy you can find instead of this location, getting your medication shouldn’t be such a stressful or slow process.

Worst pharmacy I've dealt with so far in my life. One person working the drive thru is the same person working the inside counter. Waited 45 minutes in line for a pick up then the close for an hr for lunch. Dont bother calling they just hang up on you.

All the employees are extremely nice and helpful!! I can always expect to hear welcome walking in and while I'm checking out, I hear how are you doing today? Making sure I found everything I was looking for, even have gone as far as to say oh there is a coupon for this items let me get it for you!! So great to have such amazing, helpful, always a smile on their faces customer service!! I won't go to any other Walgreens!! I enjoyed every trip I have made to my baseline Highland Walgreens!!

Not sure about all these bad reviews but I have not had any negative experiences at this store and I have been coming here to shop since 2016. The employees have always been helpful and friendly, not incompetent in any way. The pharmacy hasn't been an issue either.

The pharmacy at Highland and Del Rosa closed early (they are supposed to be open 24 hours) because they didn't have staff and refused to give me a prescription that I had waited over an hour for in line - phoned in by the doctor earlier in the day. They told me to go to the pharmacy at Baseline and boulder. I got there just as they were closing at 9:00pm and the pharmacist was kind enough to fill the prescription.

The man working today 7/17/21 at 4:45 tall, brown hair ,glasses , I didn’t catch his name I wish u would have .He was running around doing everyone’s job . This Walgreens is clearly short handed due to no one looking for jobs at the moment.But the man that helped me was so polite and had such good customer service, it’s rare nowadays especially for someone that is running around doing everyone’s job .He definitely deserves a promotion. We need more people like him !!

Terrible at Walgreens in Redlands said the store here in highland had the prescription I need it just to show up and be told there’s nothing in stock . When in the system it prompt it there was stock in the shelf!

Located off of Boulder and Baseline.I've been going here for year. Safe area. Awesome photo Dept. I mainly come here for prescriptions. The pharmacy techs are absolutely amazing. They are very professional, respectful and helpfum.I love this place. Would miss it if I ever moved.

Henry the pharmacist was INCREDIBLY helpful to me! He was willing and able to look up my insurance coverage, since I forgot to bring the correct insurance card. When we found out my insurance wouldn't cover my prescription right away, he helped me find a way around at a very low cost. He also helped me figure out the right syringes to use. The whole time he was very nice and knowledgeable, and made me feel assured. Thanks!

I don't know why I ever come here. I send my photos over for print with the app. I come in and there's NEVER anyone at the photo area. They even took out the button to call somebody over to help me. The kiosk is out of order and there's scary looking homeless people constantly harranging people right outside the front door. So very pathetic.
