Sadly I came in with my dog to see if they had a certain food. The employee for no reason grabbed my dog who is a champion breed and costed me well over 5 thousand dollars forcefully off the floor and said she's not allowed in the store because shes so small. I mentioned my dog being fully vaccinated plus she was on a leash like the sign said and both employees proceed to interrogate me for seemingly 5 minutes asking me invasive questions about my dogs shots and stuff about my dog like they owned it. Very disrespectful and rude and I will not tolerate another person grabbing my dog without permission. I will never come here again and I would give it 0/5 stars if I could. If any store managers read this, please tell your employees to stay in their place.

The owners are always friendly & patient, and very knowledgeable with all the products they sell, you can ask them anything Pet related and they always have an answer or recommendation. We recently moved to Highland and tonight I realized we were out of dog food. I hopped in the car prepared to drive to Redlands. A quick google map search lead me to Pet Empire just .3 miles away. Javier and the young lady at the counter were very knowledgeable and made a few suggestions for food and bones. We will definitely be back. Gus, our Bassett Hound chowed down the food and is working on one of his new bones as I type this. Thanks Pet Empire!

Love this place! So convenient and staff and owners are very helpful. Recently bought some Boss Dog Frozen Greek Yogurt from here. My Boston Terrier loves them. Several flavors to choose from. Perfect treat for him. Will definitely buy more on the next visit!

We love this place. They always have amazing service and they are very knowledgeable. I've never ever run into a rude employee here. They have a lot of cool per supplies. We have a leopard gecko and we get her crickets here for a really good price. Better cricket prices than petco, that's for sure. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I purchased one type of harness for my small dog and it was a little big and there was no issue in returning and getting something smaller. I highly recommend this establishment for pet supplies and advice.

I understand they have to sell their food, but bashing WSAVA compliant foods isn’t the way to do it. Employees spread a lot of misinformation and dangerous advice regarding pet food. When I presented the employees on social media with facts and studies showing why their claims are false…they blocked me lol.
