It was my first time taking my husky to any groomer and I was really concerned at first. When I picked up my dog he looked so good and I was so happy with the services and attention they gave my dog. Highly recommend this place to all my husky owners! I didn't get to take a before and after picture but will post one next time !

My dog is constantly turned away from multiple groomers because he is very hyper. They were very patient and did a beautiful job on my pup without putting him to sleep and for a very reasonable price.

I love the old Scottish gentleman. However I feel that his employees run the store. Every time I bring my doggies to be cut, they are there all day. I can understand they are busy. My biggest concern is that they don’t supply water for my dogs when they are there for 8 hours. Every time I pick them up. They drink water like they have been stuck in the saharas for 3 days. Won’t be back

Robert is like family to me and my dogs. We affectionately call him Uncle Robert. He has taken excellent care of my dogs for many years and always provides caring service. I don't trust my dogs to any groomer except the Mutt Hut. Robert is very accommodating too because sometimes I forget to call in advance and my dogs really need a cut. He tries to get them in as quickly as possible. My dogs and I love the Mutt Hut family!

It's been three years since my last review. I still love the Mutt Hut. We moved 75+ miles away and have to drive the 91 freeway to bring our huskies to Robert once a month... but it is worth it. Having a clean coat makes them healthy and happy dogs who always smell good so they get lots of petting and snuggles for us and other human friends, which they thrive on! Thank you, Robert and your great team of groomers!

The owner, Robert, has unnecessarily verbally accosted my 82 year old grandmother multiple times because he didn't have a good experience with her dog. After telling her of his bad experience with her dog, my grandmother did not bring the dog back. She went into the Mutt Hut recently to ask a question about her dog's rabies vaccine, and Robert acted rude and brash toward her, telling another worker not to help her as the young worker tried to assist her. She felt extremely uncomfortable. It's disappointing because as family, we've brought our dogs to the Mutt Hut for over a decade.

This is a great place to have your dogs groomed. I've been taking my dogs here for 10 years and they always do a terrific job. Robert is always kind and puts welfare of the dog first so they don't get stressed out.

I took my dog there to get groomed, she did seem sad when we got home but maybe she missed us. Only reason its not a full 5 stars was beacause I wanted her trimmed very short but her ears were still kept a little long, she gets hot easily so I like keep her trimmed as short as possible. I will still be going back however because they do ask about your dogs history so they know to be careful with them.

Oh my. This place is fantastic and careing. We were late for our appointment. All at first wasn't going well on our timing. Time is really running out. I was about to give up. Robert, the owner Loves Dogs and is very conscientious and grooms our Shiba Inu Pachi beautifully !! They have a very caring staff. We've been going to him for 8 yrs total for our Cali dog too. I highly reccomend Mutt Hut for dog grooming!!

I have been taking my dog to PetSmart to have her groomed. The last time I had her groomed at PetSmart they completely screwed up and had the wrong phone number to contact me then they called me and told me that they were going to call the pound to have my dog picked up because I wouldn't come get her which was not true! PetSmart was so unprofessional I didn't know what to do thank God my dog is okay from that situation. I spoke with my aunt who had been using Roberts grooming service the mutt Hutt and she said nothing but Praises about this place so I took my dog in and it was wonderful it was more fall fordable than PetSmart they did a better job than PetSmart and the service and staff are so nice! I highly recommend this dog groomer.
