Terrible management. They decided to have 2 lanes open and the manager doesnt care to open more lanes. I've already been wating 15min in the same line. Theres 8 people behind me and the lines keep growing. Big fail here on that. Prices were decent though for the food

The staff is very warm and welcoming and I'm sure that the security guards have it hard but they should hire ones that can understand and speak English well and understand that some people have certain disabilities that make it hard to shop like me I have siezures caused by a Brian tumor so I have my service dog with me it still makes me upset when they tell me no animals allowed I'm homeless with my husband so I can't just leave my dog anywhere

On Monday evening around 8:30pm there was only 2 lines open that both went to the back of the store. I don't understand at all why there would only be 2 lines open. I spent about half an hour just in line. Many people were just leaving full carts behind and saying forgot it. The only reason I go here is because they sell Sushi Nori.

Prices are descent and selection is very good. However it's not the place for quick in and out, and that's due to a lack of cashier's, God bless the employees, I'm sure it's upper management (#$##@$) cuz I've never seen more than 2 or three and usually 2 cashier's opened at once... Always always always a long line people and carts backed up to the hilt. People's temper rises and not always a pleasant feeling. So if expediency is what you're looking for, trust me you won't find it there. But if your not in a hurry then hey you'll like it. That's all I have to say bout that.

There’s no complaints other than that every time I come into the store there’s long lines.Whether it’s a holiday or a normal day like today.I understand that every other place in California is understaffed.I even relate the store to its location.I don’t think any of that should matter.Any business that wants to provide good service will. Whether they’re in the ghetto or not. I hope my review of this place makes a difference. Hell if anything hire me to manage the place, and I’ll make one

Long lines of carts waiting for checkout with only 2 registers open. Asked one of the cashiers to have the manager on duty have more checkout stations open but was told that they only had 2 employees. Seems like food for less is in competiton with walmart to have several checkout stations availabe with only a few open for checkout. Aseem Soni needs to look into the incompetency of his managment system.

This store has been going downhill for a while now. They never have cashiers available making the lines exceedingly long at times. They don't always have decent stock on hand and the prices are going through the roof recently. The place looks dirty at times. The cashiers are mostly friendly. Some more so than others. Just a shame there's never enough of them most of the time. Pretty soon I won't be going there anymore

Real busy when I went on Saturday. Thanksgiving items are out. Some Christmas things. Seems like there was a meat sale going on unless people were running out of meat . Friendly staff. Produce was pretty well stocked. Lines moved normally so.

It is a nicely kept store, but there is always a lack of cashiers so you end up waiting an average of 30-45 minutes in line. Absolutely unsatisfactory, my mother went today 11-17-21 and she spent 40 minutes in line. I don't know what they are doing there, but it seems like they want that store to close down. It wasn't like this before, must be new management or something, this was my go to store now I go to a different one farther away.

The population at this food 4 less is extremely abrupt and ghetto. I stood in line for 30 minutes with 4 items and still having 6 people ahead of me just to be bombarded by a rude customer with her two carts filled up to the top with food, just so she can start arguing with me and the 3 people ahead of me that she was next in line. This woman was nowhere near the line and really had the audacity to argue with everyone because she demanded that she'd be next. 1) open up more lanes. 2) The customer isn't always right especially when an old, uneducated, Karen throws a fit to get her way. 3) where's security at to handle these issues.I had to walk off. I left my items there in the middle of the lane because I did not have the energy to deal with such a combative, argumentative, negative being and to deal with the incompetence and disrespect. Whatever, the items that I was going to buy were almost each $1 cheaper at Walmart than they were at food 4 "less". I guess I waisted a trip and my time to save $4 elsewhere.Avoid this place as much as possible. This is usually my experience here, I just finally had it with this place. The prices, the customers, the service costs you more in the long run.

Their custome cakes need to be order 24 hours ahead of time for them to bake. It's the regular cakes price plus 8 dollars for the extra pieces. I didn't see a big fresh fish section. However they do have a Chinese food restaurant inside that closes around 8pm which has very delicious food.

Been going to this store for years. Now that I go they look at me like I steal and I never stole in my life. Every store I go to they say I have a twin. I don't have a twin I know who my mom gave birth to. Is it because I'm of color? My uncle says to keep shopping and if they wrongfully accuse me of something I didn't do I can sue. I also show my receipt to the security guard and they still follow me to my car. This is racial profiling and racial discrimination.

Cheapest gas in the area! They're 30 to 50 cents cheaper than all the other gas stations. The inside of the store is huge and well stocked. I deducted a star because I had to wait at the register at 9:00 at night for about 4 or 5 minutes before they cashier came. The produce was very fresh, and even the pre-made sandwiches looked pretty fresh.

This store always has long lines it seems, and then they don't enforce the 15 item lane to just 15 items so when your in a hurry don't come here. I live just a few blocks away and I will go to Redlands food 4 less instead of this one, the people who work there are very friendly and they have good prices but the lines are just too long.

It was crowded so I ended up leaving because there were only two Check stands open. The store is always clean and they always have what I need but this particular day the store was crowded and there was only two cashiers.
