We’re from Phoenix AZ and we went on a vacation to Southern California. We visited Redlands and had the opportunity to visit this store. The staff were amazing (Mina and Johnny). Every isle was fully stocked and in its place. Just a wonderful experience at this location.

This store has some pretty good stuff but had got to be the most disorganized, messy, and dirty store I have ever been in; Almost every isle had something blocking/in the way. I will give them a second look after New Years to see if it was maybe just Holiday madness and will edit if anything changes.

Stopped for lunch. Not bad. Has a bike rack.And you can eat in. Has outdoor tables as well

3 visit in a row with merchandise wrong price posting today I had an item that clearly said $8 was charged $10 wrong for r a manager to override price Only one cashier with just 4days was alone in the store waited more than 45 minutes for manager would not honor posted price saying they ate behind in their price change is that my issue No watch your receipts!!!! Got a corp number what a joke! WENT BACK 03/23 They have new management and really an improvement store is stock well, isles are clear prices are more accurate Nice to see!!Baseline in Highland store.

This isn't Megan it's her boyfriend.This place does need to either change their prices to what the price tags say or change them because it is called false advertising in pricing. And tonight they charged me twice for one item. Corporate for family dollar needs to do something. Or it's family dollar who is wanting to steal from it's customers.

The store has very little employees working. There was 1 outside and only one inside. There was a lot of merchandise that needed to be put away, and they need to have enough staff to stock and cashier. I notified the cashier that there was a spill on the floor, she didn't bother to acknowledge me, she made me feel like it was an imposition that I told her. She left me at the cash register, then took 5 minutes to clean it up while the line at the register continued to get longer. If they had more than 2 employees working it would have better. There are no refrigerated items here, and if this place can't keep there merchandise stocked, I would definitely recommend going to another store than does.

I really hope San Bernardino County Weights and Measures reads this post. I went to this location today. Apparently if the price rings up one price and the one shelf tag is another. They WILL NOT honor the price tag or sale tag. The young lady I was dealing with said she was the Assistant Manager and it was not HER to make and decisions. So I asked to speak with another manager. I could tell she was having a bad day. All in all. Not giving the customer an item for the price on the floor IS a violation. So I really hope this gets read by SAN Bernardino County weights and Measures.

Dirty, workers acting like you're trying to steal some already opened product. All prices mislabelled and they will charge you more at the counter regardless of what the price tag or promotion say. And then other products are extremely overpriced for what they are, 4$ for a pack of kool aid jammers that are expired? NO THANK YOÚV SKIP THIS STORE AND MOVE ONTO THE NEXT

I have been going here for years. This is worst store. The employees are terrified of some backroom manager. Ive seen many customers go through some sort of ordeal simply making a purchase. I saw a guy walk in with a mask covering his whole face and they chased him around the store. When he took it off they grabbed the stuff from his hands and asked him to leave. Any store employee that tries to play tug of war ought to receive some better training. Im glad shes ok since he could have been sick or prone to escalating violence. I would never go here again except their juice is cheap.

Place was a total mess. Hard to get around most shelves were empty. Could not find half of what I was looking for. Christmas stockings candy and such. Overall still a good place to go.

Grab two items that were put on a shelf marked $1.25 and it rang up for $5. I bought them anyways, but I will be taking them back. And I brought it to the cashiers attention.

Every time I go to this store they always have products that other stores don't at a great price.The staff on team is always very polite and helpful,The store is always kept very clean as well as the parking lot.

Well I love family dollar it has reasonal price and alot of good deals. The clerks are very nice, but there's one she's a manager she must be good at what she does but her attitude stinks.

This store has gone down lately. Long lines with only one checker, they used to always get a second cashier. The store is always cluttered, and the outside parking lot is always dirty and trash everywhere. City of Highland needs to do something about the filth at this store. You dont see cvs or bakers with trash and filth everywhere.

Its always jamm packed with boxes due to restocking? Very easy to trip over things... Funny how their is never any new merchandise always see the same items. I do like their prices so i will keep coming back

I love/hate this store (Baseline and Palm location). Went in to get hydrocortisone cream and triple antibiotic ointment. Spent $60 and didn't get either. Too much eye candy. Love it.

Lots of items, but prices can be beat on food definitely at: Walmart, 99 cents only stores, dollartree, and some grocery stores(Food4Less, Stater Bros)

Not a dollar store! Pretty interesting place tho, they have one of everything. I usually go here because it's closer to my house than the grocery stores. I'll pick up things like a can of beans or other random food items I forgot I didn't have before starting dinner. Kinda like a mini 'big lots'

The store was nice and the cashier was friendly. The cashier had a long line and didn't call for backup. There was another employee doing a planogram but didn't come to help get the line down.

Long lines, new "manager" kept coming up but not helping with the line. Its a horrible mess up in there. After 15 minutes in line i go to the one on victoria, waaaaaay better.

I've always been able to get in and out easily at the one on baseline. I've been there 5 or 6 times n never had to wait my re then 5 mins.
