I have gone to this Dollar Tree for years. In recent years, things have gone somewhat downhill. There is always a line and the store can be unorganized at times, but they do have a great selection of items. There is always something good to find. In the recent months, they have hired new cashiers, and they are not friendly. I used to never have an issue, but the last few times I have been, I have had issues. This evening I had an incident occur with a cashier named Michael. We bring in our reusable bags, it has never been an issue. This evening, Michael had an issue with our reusable bags. He glared when I placed them on the belt, looked at me like I had done something awful, threw my bag, and then refused to bag my items into my bags. I have never had this issue, and i thought it was quite rude. I understand that people may not want to touch other people’s items from home, but this is something that can easily be communicated. I would have gladly bagged my own items (I had to anyways) but a simple ask would have sufficed. No need to make me feel like my items are disgusting even though we had just bought these bags! Or to make us feel bad for trying to do our part in reducing plastic waste. Management never seems to be there to support their cashiers. Although this Dollar Tree is close to home, I have had better experiences at other ones, and will shop at those stores in the future.

Great little store that has almost everything you could think for $1.25. I found some awesome name brand items that sell anywhere else for $10 to $15 each. Same size, same brand, same quality, but I only paid $1.25 each... needless to say, I bought waaaaay too many lol

I spend way too much in this store! Even if I go in for one item, I leave with several bags! With the way they do they're carts, its difficult if you buy a lot, but staff help me out to my car. I buy a lot of items for feeding elderly residents. I still resent the .25 increase in price. It makes some things not that great of a bargin. It adds up fast in a hundred dollar order. Now you have to watch the prices, too. Many things are more than 1.25. That's why I quit going to 99 cent stores. Too confusing.

Jason the manager its really RUDE The cashier was busy and ask him to help, he let me wait for around 10 minutes I ask again if he can help me he raise his voice and toll me that I'm not the only customer that he has moore people I remenber him that I come first and he said I should call the corporate to get moore employes he is gross really rude even my husband never raise his voce like this rude mam never will come back again to this store.

There is always something going on when I go to this fall or tree.First, the line is ALWAYS long! It is rare when they ask for back up because they always say the manager is "very busy" if I am trying to go into and out. Already know what I want or need, I am there for at least 15 minutes because of the long line.Second, one of the guys that work there acts like he hates his job. Which I understand how it is because Redlands Dollar Tree was my first job.Third, I understand the policies for checking IDs. I work in retail as well. Anything that is $20.00 or more needs to be verified with an ID. One person at the store verifies for $3.00 transaction? Why does one person ask for a small amount of a transaction? If everyone would have been on the same page, I would have brought my ID.

I'm a cyclist, and Redlands is a bicycle friendly city. Hard to believe that the dollar tree has no place to lock up your bikes and how rude of them to tell me that's not there problem. Very rude

My children and I were shopping this afternoon. It was chore day and we needed to grab some new supplies. My 3 year old son was picking sponges, he went to reach for a different package and a mouse trap snapped onto his fingers!!! 🤯😳I can not even imagine what they were thinking, placing a trap set to spring on a shelf! They excused this by saying that the traps are normally "under the shelves." That is a terrible excuse. My son was hurt. There was no apology from management. There was no offered aid. No first aid, no ambulance called! And they sell food here!!! This is so disgusting! I can not reason out how your doors are still open.Sincerely an aghast mother.

A good place to go. They don't price gouge on 99% of stuff in their store like the 99 cents store does. I do think they could clean it better .

These stores are great for inexpensive items, snacks, drinks and party supplies. Even craft products.

Smells like poop literally. Go in for yourself and try and buy food or battery's with that smell. I don't understand. It's wet dark smells crowded and it's unorganized. Wow go to 99 cent store in redlands

What a great place. It is so stocked up with Christmas decorations, cards and candy. Shop early! And have fun.

This place is a dollar store. You need something simple and in quantity this is the place to check. Helps if you need work or school supplies or small school projects.

Business hours are inaccurate it said it closes at 10pm but says 9pm on the door and they always have 2 or 3 max working
