Absolutely loved this place. First time here and certainly not my last. As I arrived I was pleasantly surprised that they were open even before 9am. Stephanie was the one who was there and she was so nice. I explained that dog was a bitter and even had his muzzle with me but she said let me see if we even need it. They didn't even use it and let me know when I picked him up that he was a good boy. My girl pup was a little bit more jumpy but yet they still did an awesome job. I explained my concerns of the bad experience I had with a previous groomer and she did her best to actually put me at ease. She also let me know that my pups nails were bleeding and the precautions they took to stop the bleeding and what to do if they kept bleeding which I appreciated. The staff is all around super nice and welcoming. I truly recommend this groomer.PS. Added before and after pics and what a difference.

Had a wonderful experience. Staff/owner were very friendly and remained very professional. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. Felt super comfortable leaving my granddog Fluffy there and was overwhelmed with delight when Fluffy was all cleaned up. Wish I would have taken before and after pics you would not believe how good she looked after....will be returning and most definitely would recommend to all my family, friends & anyone else in search of a safe, clean, friendly, get 'er done, not expensive dog groomer! Thanks guys I loved the way she looked!!

The service here is great! I was able to get my Coco in with no problem! They were super understanding and caring to my baby. I felt at ease leaving my baby with someone else for the first time :) The work they did on Coco was amazing! I will definitely be going back to take all my fur babies ❤️

If you really love your dogs please don't take them here. Horrible place to take your dogs for grooming. They take way too much time to groom dogs. My dog had 5hrs there and yet they still said he was not ready that they had 3 other dogs ahead of him. The way the lady raised her voice just because I question if he was ready and around what time would he be ready was rude and disrespectful. I was just concern because my dog has been there 5hrs without eating. We go there for our dogs to get groomed and just for asking a simple question they start raising their voice and being so defensive. I immediately went to get my dog even though he was not ready and paid. Please take your dog somewhere else if you really care for your dogs.

I took my baby here for the first time about a week ago. They had cut my little bear so many times. Under his tail and his little legs. $65.00 is alot for my dog to be getting hurt when he's supposed to be getting pampered. BEAR WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

Horrible experience. They try to upcharge you and say your dog needs something that they dont and when u decline they say it was already done. It looked like all they did to our dog was put on some deep conditioner and brushed her and probably just used a thinning- out comb. One of the girls will talk to you with an agressive attitude like shes ready to fight you. They said my dog was really bad and ive never heard about my dog being bad from a groomer...Ive been to other groomers and never ever had this bad experience and i paid the most i ever had at this groomer... I do not recommend!!!!

I love this place! My dog come out looking good every time. The owner is sweet. And they work well with my moms feisty dog.My only complaint is that when they cut my dogs nails, they’re left pretty sharp but it quickly fades after walking around the patio at home.They get booked up, schedule in advance.

We had been going to Best Friends Groomer for several years. Loved them in the beginning. But quit going last November. We took 3 of our dogs there. Last few experiences were not good. Told us one of our dogs were matted and over the phone then when we hot there it was a different price again. She would be ok if she wasn't all about the money. Also, we picked up our dogs and one was not completely groomed. She was in su h a hurry to leave. Then stop over booking.

My dog loved it. I was scared at first since hes still small and its his first time getting a grooming that he wasn't going to like it. They were super nice and friendly. Welcomed as soon as you get in. He loved it and got the groomers trust. I definitely recommend to come and bring your little ones. ❤👍🏼

I recommend this place to every person that wants to get their dog groomed. My dog Coco went for her first grooming here and let me tell you she wasn’t afraid at all the team members were super gentle and super friendly with her! I will definitely be taking my dog here more often.

Took our baby Luna for a groom and haircut. The ladies did a wonderful job. Our dog looked great and you could tell they treated her well because she didn't want to come home. We found our new groomer. Highly recommend.

My Rottie actually loves going here to get groomed. I used to use a mobile service because it was easier for me, but knowing that my girl is treated like the little princess she is, I’ll continue to go to Best Friend Dog Grooming. My girl loves to spend that time with Jen and Steph. Thank you for treating my girl like family and sending her home looking and smelling beautiful.

Two of the sweetest gals you could ever meet. They were wonderful with my special needs best buddy. I don't have to worry about my 5yr old being scared while in their care. They are Reasonablly priced, flexible & professional. I've finally found a groomer that is gentle and understanding to my dogs behavior.

Best friend dog grooming is a scam. They’re prices change from what they tell you. Mr Friday the multipo was bathed on Monday and was done right COMING from a past groomer. He was NOT matted whatsoever and the price you charged was absolutely ridiculous for just a trim. Everywhere else I’ve ever worked for grooming was never that expensive for just a trim on a dog who already had shorter hair. They asked for just a trim from you guys and you guys straight up shaved him bald. That’s not a trim it’s a strip. It’s was unnecessary since he was not matted. It’s obvious you guys are hiding the fact that he wasn’t matted since the last comment made on him you guys blocked her from responding. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you are new looking for a grooming salon THIS IS NOT THE ONE TO GO TO. The prices fluctuate from what they tell you and they don’t do the cuts you ask for. They really just do what they want. Everyone is better off doing mobile grooming.Responding to your comment you put under mine. I am no where advertising for anyone since I have not put any company name. And for a groomer. Do better

Best place ever for your dog. My dog has been through the worst when it’s comes to pet groomers I mean she’s had her ears snipped at, tongue cut in half, butthole sniped at, little cuts on her body she’s been through enough pain. And once I brought her here of course she was scared until the owner let my dog smell her hand before touching her and was calling her by her name and petting her I mean I’ve never seen someone care as much as she does and my dog came home with no scars, nothing. Her hair cut was perfectly done even when she was all matted it was still a great job. I recommend this place. If you care about you dog a lot and want someone to care about your dog as much as you when they cut their hair then I recommend this place.

When you go here ask them if they give the dogs Benadryl or cbd , because when I texted the employee there that what she told me to give my dog , I’ve been taking my dog here for two years and now I’m starting to think they have been giving this to the dogs to calm them down before getting groomed
