I have been craving a German Chocolate Cake for a while now and Albertsons is the only place that I found that sells them. I was in luck and bought the last one! It was so delicious and decadent! Their bakery department had many dessert choices to choose from. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

I haven't been doing much shopping in store. I've been using instacart. But today was such a wonderful experience. My cashier was so helpful. The box boy was so careful bagging my things. The only thing that could be better is the app. I wish the app just gave you credit for the things you purchased and you didn't have to "clip"the coupons. I found some great values.i love the quality of the products and the variety in the selection.

I have been coming here since 2005 and it is never a let down. From the fresh produce to the variety of options, you will always want to make this your store.Deli and bakery goods are top notch.Public bathroom needs a code, but that's normal post pandemic. Albertsons is all of our store. The liquor selection is more than optimal too.

I had the salad that I just showed. It was absolutely wonderful $8 it's big definitely delicious and FRESH!! I ALSO SAW THAT THEY HAD FRIED CHICKEN BUT I OPTED FOR THE HEALTHIER CHOICE YAY FOR ME!! The restrooms are quite clean. The service is great everybody's happy smiling and the place is bright n clean! So it was a pleasure. Enjoy!

When I need to go to the super market this is my go to store. Their staff is nice and they are always well stocked. Plus if you are a member of their app they have great deals and you accumulate points not only for free food, money discounts but also for gas discounts at Chevron. A must visit supermarket.

I was on my way to Ralph's and missed my exit so I kept driving and wound up at Albertsons. I used to shop here about 10 years ago and I used to very much enjoy it. Since I am comparing this Albertsons to Ralph's I can admit this might not be a fair review. The store was well stocked. It had a nice aisle of water toys for the summer and other things besides groceries. I can admit I seen this fresh jalapeno cheese bread in the fresh bread section that I for sure picked up. I was specifically looking for lavash bread and they did not have any. I as well was expecting to see a bit more options in the vegan/plant based section.

There are never enough registers open and the cashiers are more interested in talking to the people bagging than talking to their customer. I always feel as though I am bothering them by standing in line for 15 minutes and buying food from them.

Wow, I did not realize shopping and paying good money here required me to bag my own groceries at 7am on a Sunday, when I was the only customer. Store was well organized and clean. Employees on the floor stocking were helpful and nice. Employees at register and front area: no greetings, not very helpful and no goodbyes. I felt like I was working, trying to be nice and helpful for my own sake! Thank you all for the wonderful food. I know it is Sunday morning but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way.

Ordered a cake over the phone. When I went to pick it up. The lady didn't explain that I wouldn't get the cake until I payed. Me not knowing I waited for a while to get the cake after she showed it to me. She then mentioned that I would have to go pay for it first before receiving it. I was like wth! You could've explain that to me instead of having me wait here! (Fyi I hate wasting time.) Anyways the cake was delicious but customer service was weak.

For day-to-day shopping, this market is excellent, having a great selection and friendly workers.But…When it comes to renting a shampoo cleaner, it wasn't very reassuring. I called in an advanced asking if they rent them, the price, and the hours. I was told I could come anytime to rent a shampoo cleaner. I went to the store 30 mins later to find out that’s not true. The 2 check-out young women looked so lost for my request to rent a shampoo machine. One girl had no idea what it was. It took 3 clerks to discuss renting me a machine. Then one girl tells me, “one manager is deli. One manager is on lunch. For me to come in an hour.” She twirls around and walks away. Doesn’t end the conversation or seem apologetic. Another worker saw I was upset, and we talked about it. She was very nice about it. I didn’t want to come back and deal with them again, so I send my husband to rent it an hour later. Their excuses they didn’t have the keys. It was super ridiculous and a waste of time.

You are better off going to the sister store, Von's, in Redlands. Albertsons sells out of sale items fast, and employees don't care you've made a wasted trip. Only good for sale items and items you can't find else where. Over priced compared to Walmart, Food4less and Staters.

Went to the Customer service desk between 7:58 - 8:03 ish time frame on 8/9/22. Two cashiers saw me walk up to the customer service desk and looked at me and said nothing. Every few minutes they both would glance over but neither one would say a word. Eventually after 25 minutes I asked for assistance but the lady seemed bothered or as if I was a nuisance. She told me that customer service closed at 8pm but there was no visible signs saying they were closed and why not just tell me when you clearly saw I was at the customer service desk seeking customer service ? I just don’t understand. I drive 20+ minutes just to go to albertsons and I love this store but please acknowledge customers when you see that they are clearly seeking help. Or else why work in customer service.
