Yesterday afternoon, I arrived to make a return a cashier greeted us and as soon as my request for a return was made, The cashier did not want to assist my request until a receipt was provided. Her attitude towards the exchange was unprofessional. I was okay with the denied request of return however, Michelle keep making inappropriate comments with laughing and telling me the cashier no longer works here. She did not only laugh and make unnecessary comments but when asked about the return policy, she would speak over me, and keep mentioning the cashier did not work there. The customer service was so terrible I communicated with a customer service representative instead for clarification on the return policy as I fully believe this cashier had no intention of helping to begin with and was extremely disrespectful.

So apparently there’s only one line for cashiers. I unknowingly broke the rule and was made aware by the cashier, incredibly loud and incredibly stern. Having worked with public for 20+ years, I know a thing or two about letting a customer’s know when a rule isn’t followed. There was no smile and tone was as if I was a two year old. Also, I was carrying a thirty pound bag of bird seed and I was let in by the person in front of me. Not the way you treat customers.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. And have never had a bad experience. I have however seen this particular cashier be rude and disrespectful to customers . Luckily I never had to deal with her until tonite . She absolutely has no business dealing with customers her demeanor and attitude are so repulsive. I left everything there except my dog food . Because of her attitude. She will destroy a business . By the way cashier or employee's name is Michelle. Tuesday at 8.32pm April 19th.

This is the second time in a row there are no carts for livestock feed. I waited out front to follow another customer to their car but I found myself in competition with other cartless customers. Do you have to many customers? Let me help with that. Bye.

It is always a pleasure to come here. Staff is friendly always greet you at the door always seeks you out to help you as you questions to make sure you're getting the right products. Prices are very reasonable.

Great customer service I used to buy good for my dogs and chickens but I stopped buying my fur babies food from Victorville and Hesperia store after I had to return a total of 6 bags total of food, due to mold in the dog food and chicken feed

My wife & I drove from the Apple Valley store down to Hesperia for a smoker that was showing one available in stock but ended up being a used unit. Woody went above & beyond looking in the back to double & triple check. While Woody was out back scouring the inventory for the smoker, Jeff was checking the web & online inventory. Woody found the one we came in for. We are happy customers! Thanks again for the top notch customer service guys!

Disappointed with their customer service! The staff in the customer service desk did not even acknowledge me standing there and asking for help and when I finally got their attention they were upset. Only 1 cash register open and a huge line to be checked out!

Referred by a friend for a Well Named Brand Puppy Food and found it easily on the shelf. Price was $30.99 for a 20lb bag which is tight on the pocketbook but felt it was a necessary purchase for my seven week old puppies health. I absolutely LOVE this retail store! Anytime I can get an excuse to go look around, I take that opportunity. It's a clean store with helpful and friendly employees. Some prices on some items seemed higher in price however, all retailers have spiked osts

Great place to shop for all sorts of items. I normally shop here for dog food as this is the only physical store I can find that carries it.Staff is always nice and helpful. Lines are never super long. Social distancing measures are in place. Store is well kept and clean. Rarely see empty shelves as merchandise is always stocked.Will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future!

So the online said that they had food in stock for my cats. But very few places upkeep there online availability accurate. I called the Hesperia store and the young man found it and put it aside for me and when I got to the store I had my cat food waiting for me the Apple valley store even though their system wasn't upked, he still looked everywhere that he knew the cat food could possibly be and didn't find it and let me know before it actually drove to the store. Pretty good customer service if you ask me!

Staff needs more training in products and customer service. Store needs to be stocked it’s always missing items in dog department and live stock area. Staff needs to be faster getting it to the floor why do they save it in the back?? Don’t they want to sell it.

I love this store but it could use some improvements. It is a busy store. The lines are long especially on the weekends and they are frequently out of stock on a lot of items, which is odd because they always seem to be restocking the store at the same time. Convenient location and the workers are super friendly.

I love this place. They special order Rabbit pellets for me. And a Special Shout out to Kayla, I met her once. I went in and she had my order all ready for me,I was so impressed, what excellent customer service,you don't see that many places, I wish all people were as kind and helpful as she was,hopefully the company treats her well. She made my day!

The folks working here we're really nice. I was surprised at the odd variety of things the store had. There were more horse products than I expected but nothing I actually needed. I was able to pick up a valve I needed for a trough drain and Jerry was super helpful. I was interested in some of the farm gates and other large items but was surprised that they do not offer delivery services. The prices were also the same or a little higher than Hemmed, Lowe's, or some of the other local suppliers of feed and hardware that do offer delivery.

They used to be well fairly well stocked on canned dog food but not anymore. It's disappointing that they can't seem to stock the shelves which are COMPLETELY EMPTY. Finding toilet paper is easier! Other than the dog food issue which brings me into the store for other things, the staff is friendly. Please folks at tractor supply, stock your shelfs the way you used to!

When we lived on the east coast we loved this store. So we were excited that we got one here. We went in there not to long after it opened, saw some things we were going to go back for. We got a sale ad from them and there was an item my husband wanted. So we were at the store before it opened to make sure we got what my husband was looking for. We went in the store and immediately asked the cashier where we could find this item and much to our surprise the didn't have any in stock. He told us we could get a rain check and asked another associate to get it for us. So we waited for the other associate to come back with it and that was when my husband overheard the cashier telling someone else the we needed to go to the desk in the back of the store. So being the first one to ask for the rain check we were the last to get one. Why would you advertise something and then not have any in stock? We live on the east side of Apple Valley, so it's quite a drive and then this happened. Very disappointing.

Outstanding is all I can say!! I ordered a pressure tank for my well. They had it loaded in record time. Everyone was pleasent and smiling. The price was the best in town. And they have a great selection of things to do repair with. I'll be back again!!!
