Always have an excellent experience with Felicia as my groomer. She checks before hand to confirm my expectations. She always makes my Milo feel comfortable being left with her.His trainer Lila from Jan/February of 2023 always greets me and Milo by name when we come in. She always shows concern with how he is doing.Love working with the staff at this particular Petco.

My very picky pup, LOVES this place, if she didn't, she wouldn't let me leave her! I always feel comfortable leaving my Gemini in the hands of the wonderful staff in the grooming department. I'm always met with a welcoming smile, they answer all my questions and make Gemini feel at ease. And the amazing customer service doesn't stop there, it is a consistent experience throughout the entire store. Definitely worth the 45 min drive for me and my fur baby.

Marley (Hesperia,CA) I've been going to Petco grooming for about 3 years. Marley loves and takes care of my dogs as if they were her own. The personnel are all very friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad cut or complaint.

Marley is the best groomer at this Petco location. Marley does a great job with the de-sheding of my Boston Terrier Lucy. The works: wash, cut, nail trim, teeth cleaning & even nail polish. Note: I don't just trust anyone with my furry baby. 😌 🐶💞 Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

Consistent and friendly. We have had a great experience working with Raquel who always happens to remind us early when we forget about our appointment. It is a quick check in and out process and they give you a call when your fur-baby is ready! I have yet to leave disappointed after picking up, and we have been working with them before they moved locations.

We love bring our 3 year old Labrador to be groomed at Petco. Their personalized attention and friendly handling make Jeter and his " parents" feel confident and glad we've chosen them to keep his paws, teeth and coat healthy and clean! We highly recommend for large dogs for sure!!

Melinda does a great job grooming our doggie. Blackjack tends to get really scared and she handles him very well and makes him feel comfortable. He does not come home seeming traumatized like he used to when we would go to petsmart. Also, Melinda always does exactly what we want and blackjack always turns out perfect!

The manager I didn’t get her name was able to squeeze me in which was awesome cause my dog had just came out of heat and the manager at Hesperia Petco made my dog look so pretty she smelt good and was evenly cut and her breathe smelled liked peppermint. I couldn’t not get enough of how great my dog looked definitely the best groomer I have ever had!

It's been many months since my dogs were groomed and one was really bad with knots. She is a poodle, with fur like cotton. They were able to save her fur instead of shaving it off. I'm grateful for that.
