I had a very good experience at PawSpa! The customer service is friendly and caring for customers as well as my puppy. I was extremely satisfied with the grooming basic package which includes a lot! I will definitely be taking my puppy back. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve taken my dog here since they first opened in Hesperia. They treat my dog with respect and I’ve never had a problem with them! They answer the phone right away and respond to you within seconds (if you send them a message). Definitely recommend!

First time ever taking my dog to a groomer. What a great experience. We are new to the area and have an Akita. My little bear was in dire need of a bath. I was totally blown away with their level of customer service. The groomer did such a good job we can not believe it. Akita's can be intimidating to some but this groomer had no fear and interacted really will him. My little bear was not stressed out when we picked him up and was happy as a claim. Customer for life!!!!

By far the best experience here!!! My frenchie got the Frenchie Buzz Down and it was the best decision I ever made! I know alot of people have their own opinions about the buzz down but for my pup and I it was definitely worth it... It helped so much with shedding 🙌🏽 and its been over a month now and his hair has fully grown back! Thank you Paw Spa for the best experience 💕 will be definitely coming back for grooming needs 👍🏽

Great spa, ive took my puppy twice here and he has came out looking stunning pretty much everytime. Friendly spa and he seems to be getting more comfortable getting groomed and i like how they were patient with him. These are pics from today before and after his visit.

Don’t bring your Frenchie’s here they will try to push you to shave their hair, Frenchie’s are not supposed to be shaved ,can’t believe they’re dumb enough to do it in the first place they just want money and could care less about the dogs

Dog came home multiple times w/ major cuts and knicks on bumps. Very unprofessional when it comes to timing/communicating the actual time you can pick your dog up. They do not value your time or your dog's health. Suggest finding anywhere else.

Called about bringing a couple frenchies in for a bath and nails and tried pushing me to shave my Frenchie down for extra money to “ lower shedding “ lol their fur is not suppose to be saved down guys tighten up with some grooming knowledge , instead of shave downs

Just the best experience ever for my labradoodle! They took their time and made sure that I would be completely satisfied with their service. My lab had matted fur so they had to shave it all off. He is very playful so I’m sure they had a rought time keeping him still but even with that they did just excellent! I will definitely tell my friends about Paw Spa and will definitely be returning soon.

I did my 411 on this place, Family Own business since 2015, It was our 1st time taking our pup to a grommer and I know he was a lot of work, The outcome was awesome, the customer service was on point and the care and patience they had with our pup was fantastic. Wow!!! such great groomers, very patient with my dog, and incredibly professional. Its been awhile since I’ve been here, since last year my dog had passed away, she had health problems. I now have a new dog and I will definitely be taking him to this Paw Spa! I usually have to get my shears out and make some adjustments but this place , no need to bring out shears , It was PERFECT!!! This is my go to place and I highly recommend this groomer. 💯 percent!I live down the hill and I am more than willing to take my new dog up to this establishment.

We've been taking our dogs (Summer & Winter) here since 2013, hands down the best in the High Desert! They are professional, honest and their business is always clean and smells clean! Highly recommend this place for all of your dogs grooming needs.
