I’ve been a customer for about two years now. Couldn’t be a nicer group of people who care about their customers. Hay is always high quality and available. We also switched our dog food to Kahoots brand because it’s all sourced locally and made in Irwindale. Check your ingredients. Do you know where your dog food comes from? Too many recalls on dog food pushed us to find another brand for our dogs and Kahoots had the best selection. It’s also always available. The guys that load hay are great. If you can’t tip them, a bag of gummy worms and an energy drink is gladly accepted too. I can’t say enough good things about Kahoots and all the people who work there. Feels like family for sure.

Daniel was amazing. He brought a huge stock tank out to my car and then helped figure out how to get it strapped down and safe to transport! Super nice kid. Plus my kids love looking for the store kitties and petting them. Everyone is duper nice there.

Had everything I needed for my dog, but I can not wait to go back to back.The store was clean, and employees were nice, happy, and knowledgeable. We had an excellent experience.

Lets start by females at front were rude. I asked a simple question an notified of a locked animal in car out front. The rude responses from hispanic long pony tail woman was not necessary. Btw i am the cow treat person so next time you think being rude an makin fun of customers just know the treats would have been for sherrifs cows but you would rather huddle up an make fun of me an my friend customer service training is needed or work in back. Other feed stores around dont use this 1

Was a bit understocked but I'm guessing was due to maybe the variety, nonetheless went for chicken essentials they had thebbare minimum for it so l guess was pretty average. I'll stick to the 395 feed store TBH.

First time going to Kahoots in Hesperia and didn’t get a good vibe. I’ve been wanting to check them out and saw an advertisement that they would have pictures with Santa so I took my toddler. When I walked in I asked if they would be doing pictures with santa and the lady looked down at my son and said yes, but for your pets. I said so my son can’t take a picture with Santa and she again said it was pictures with Santa for your pet. Definitely got a vibe that they didn’t want my son to take pictures with Santa so I walked around with my son a little and when we were leaving, I noticed that all the stuff in the front were staring at us when we were leaving. Won’t be back, vibes matter. For their information I have a 15-year-old dog but she’s old and it’s hard for her to get out around so I did not bring her.

Lots of options considering the store is smaller especially if your pet has allergies, some is cheaper than Petco/PetSmart. Many kitty options

We like going to Kahoots because they have a wide variety of pet/outside animal needs. Treats for the goats, and the dogs/cats too! They had in some fresh hay they had just gotten in that day!

Excellent store with an amazing selection of goodies for your pup. I love how much care goes into their brand. Their dog food has nothing but good ingredients for your pup and none of the tricky additives you find in most dog foods. I feel like whatever food or treat I give my girl from this store will be nothing but the best.And the staff are always so friendly! And they give military discounts which is always nice to save a few dollars.Kahoots is my go-to pet store 💛

GO TO TRACTORSUPPLY!! MY MISTAKE WAS NOT GOING TO TRACTOR SUPPLY. They don't know what they are talking about when asked about chickens. Sold me meat chickens when i asked for egg laying chickens. You shouldn't have employees who can't give accurate information to customers. My mistake was taking them at their word. I went to my car and looked up the chickens, and they are meat birds!!! And i specifically asked for egg layers! I went back in (minutes later) and told them they sold me meat birds, and they said sorry sales are final. You give me wrong information and sale me the worng birds but it's my fault..? I won't recommend this place nor will i come back!!! Definitely will let everyone know not to come here and go to Tractor Supply

Went for puppy shots that is available once a month. The woman checking is very knowledgeable about all the necessary tests and shots. Answered all my questions. She has a great personality. My 5 month old puppy only needed one shot. Will be back in May for one more shot and to be chipped. There was a long line but went quickly, staff very efficient. Thank you Kahoots for having this available.

1st time going and it was great! Tons of different brands and very healthy food/treats. I love how they have brands like Fromm, stella and chewy, victor, orjien, and primal. Good prices too. Highly recommend. 10/10 I'm definitely going here whenever I need supplies for my corgi pups. Very clean environment as well.

So disappointed that they no longer let you exchange chicks when they don't make it. Funny how when they did allow it before, the chicks would be ok. Now that there's no exchange half of my chicks did not make it. Not so sure I will purchase chicks from kahoots anymore😔

My dad and I went there to purchase a new collar for our adopted kitty, staff is awesome, very friendly, prices are reasonable, the store is set up very well, very clean. Definitely recommend to our friends to shop there instead of the "Big Brand stores"

As far as the selection of food for my dog...great! They have good raw and holistic options. The customer service was excellent. The ONLY reason I took off a star is due to the sad Beta fish I saw in the containers, they looked so sad, almost dead. I had a hard time shopping here after I saw that. I wish they would show more care for the animals they choose to sell.

This is my new favorite pet store. From the instant we walked in, we were greeted, and treated better than we've ever been treated at the pet stores we have gone to before. Our dogs loved the Kahoots brand of grain free dog food and it's less expensive than what we have been buying. Having 9 dogs on a grain free diet, that is a huge deal! All of our dogs are in heaven with all the treats we bought them, and we received so many free samples! Not just milk bone treats that our dogs don't eat, but real grain free samples of food and treats! Next time we are bringing a couple of our dogs in, so they can experience what a pet store should be!
