Usually I have had good experiences here especially considering the price but today was not so good. I have two cats that I had dropped off for hair cuts, one was returned with scrappy shaving, and random tufts all over him, and the both of them came home with half of their whiskers cut off. One of my cats is missing an eye and the whiskers are especially short on the side where she’s missing her eye. Traditionally you’re not supposed to cut whiskers and considering the shave job I’m not sure that I would come back here. Additionally when the cats were ready for pickup, I had be working and would have been able to pick them both up before closing time. The cat groomer called me and said that he was closing early so I needed to be there to pick up my pets, I told him I was going to get there before four which is the closing time listed and he wasn’t kind on the phone about it. I understand people have places to be and things to do but if your business is listing a closing time for 4 pm you shouldn’t be threatening to leave when your customers pets are still there??

Quick and easy! They’re highly communicative and ask how your pets hair should be cut. Was pleasantly surprised when I got a call to pick up my pet after a few hours. Super happy with how my pups hair turned out and will definitely be coming here for every cut in the future.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUSSIE HERE. My dog came back unrecognizable. The haircut was choppy and uneven. They shaved him and gave him a bear cut when all he needed was a trim and a sanitary cut. Regret paying.

I called in to have fleas treated on my puppy. Woman there kept talking over me the whole conversation and told me she could treat my puppy but I’d have to bring her in and she’d put her in a cage for 3 hours before they would even attend to my pup. I told her my dog doesn’t do well in cages for 3 hours in strange places and I asked if I could schedule an appointment instead…and the horrible woman told me, “Maybe this place isn’t for you.” Horrible customer service; dog groomers are a dime a dozen in this town. I will happily take my business elsewhere as the crazy, rude lady recommended!

This is the WORST Pet Groomer anyone can go to, I specifically asked them to give my dog a cut but NOT to SHAVE him and they shaved all of his hair off PLUS gave him very bad razor burn. When I called to ask for my money back they simply said no and were so rude!I am marching my ass in there and showing him what he did to my dog and getting my money back.DO NOT GO HERE.

Do not take your pet here. The owner is not gentle, he keeps animals in a cage because he overbooks and his services are sub par. I made an appointment 10 days in advance for a puppy cut on my 8.5 year old sheep dog. He came back almost shave to the skin with no shaping of his face. He said he didn't have time.

Took my labradoodle in for a wash and a trim and they shaved her to the skin. It will take 5 months to grow her out. After reading the reviews, it’s seems like a common issue. We won’t ever return.

The Staff at Bow Wow are amazing with our four legged friends of all shapes and sizes, Jose and the team and have been making our pets catwalk ready for decades (pun intended). Passionate about what they do and always take the time to get to know the dogs. Couldn't recommend any higher.

We have been using them for years. Our dog loves going there and is immaculate when we pick her up. She is ready when they say and their prices are very reasonable. Whether just a quick bath, minor trim, or full cut they always do a great job.

I took my 2 dogs in at 9:10a and asked for a wash and trim. They said should be done about 1p - little longer than I would like/expected but ok. Asked to keep the dogs together too. I go to pick them up at 1:30p to find only ONE DOG got a bath with NO HAIR CUT and the dogs were separated. They were working on 3 other dogs and said “they got busy” - was charged for a FULL cut and wash.

I have going to Bow Wow for over 20 years. All of my pets do well here. They are very careful with my current is a chihuahua and nervous but she comes out all happy. Wonder place. And Jose is awesome.

I have never written a bad review until NOW !My dog came home with razor burn all over her body , hair cut was choppy and it looks like my 3 year old niece did the grooming.I hate doing this but my dogs is in pain !

This place used to be great, but it's gone downhill recently. The last three times my dog, a 9-year-old, 65-pound Ridgeback mix, was bathed there she came down with diarrhea. The first two times it lasted only a few days and I attributed it to anxiety, even though my dog had been there many times and seemed comfortable with the place. However, the most recent incident was more severe and included vomiting. The vet was concerned and ran a number of tests, which cost me over $600 total, and diagnosed my dog with pancreatitis. She was on meds for 10 days, which thankfully cleared it up. Yes, it could be a coincidence, but the last time I was there to pick up my dog I had to park in the rear of the shop. I entered through the back door and saw that the place is FILTHY! Not going back!

So frustrating and such a disappointment. I constantly try and come here for something as simple as a nail trim and they repeatedly close whenever they feel like it including the last two days in a row I've tried going. I literally called them today to make sure they were staying open until their advertised time of 5pm and when I walked up there and arrived at 3:48pm they were CLOSED AGAIN. What a joke, tired of this place and won't be going back.

Very upset...Took my pug to get her anal glands exspressed and took her home and she still seemed very irritated...i waited a week she was crying and rubbing her butt..I thought maybe they didnt get it all or do it right...When i took her back they said everything was out....that night she was squealing going nuts soI took her to the vet...They said one anal gland hadn't been touched apparently there are two it was so full and getting infected...so now im stuck with a 150 dollar vet bill for a visit and to get her anal gland expressed properly.....!!!! Even when I looked I could tell the top one was full and looked infected and sore! This groomer should not be offering this service if they do not know how to do this properly,they caused my dog more pain and me more worry and a big fat bill.....!!!Take it off your service menu! Or make sure you know what the heck you are doing!
