Stopped in on Xmas eve after leaving friend at Oakland airport to pick up whiskey for family party on Xmas. I said hello andhad ID and credit card ready. Scowling old lady clerk told me to turn ID around. Instead of scanning ID she deliberately blinded me with scanner waving it back and forth over my eyes, then smirked when I said "Oww!". Old witch with a "b" has no business working with public.I was patient, as not rude to others by nature. I had never been at this location before and will NEVER go there again. Do better Rite aid management.

Had most of the items I wanted in stock. Had really good sale on vitamins, buy one get one free! The associates were super helpful and friendly too.

Great local store! Employees know customers by name and are friendly and helpful. Hours are convenient and open daily, including the pharmacy. With costs rising for everything, the cones are no exception but the occasional ice cream is still a treat!

Terrible! I was browsing the hair products and makeup, next thing you know I am being questioned by the police for shoplifting? What? I’ve never shoplifted. Is it because they didn’t recognize me, is it because I was browsing? Then the officers that came and humiliated me were not only rude but accusatory as well. Maybe the approach is why there is so much conflict between civilians and the police?

I've been to Rite Aid in Hercules for vaccinations and now go there to get blood pressure medication for my little dog.I have had great service at the Hercules Rite Aid Pharmacy and have recommended it to numerous folks.

Awful 😖..doctor called prescription in. Went in 3 hours later and they claimed not to have received it. A week later they called and said it was ready. It was an antibiotic and they call me a week later?? C'mon PEOPLE!!! Before leaving rite aid I had my doctor call CVS canyon rd pinole. It was ready within 20ins of leaving rite aid.

I agree with recent reviews that employees are rude including older lady at front check out. Google should have zero stars option.I got yelled at for requesting help. I had to raise my voice to stop the lady from yelling. I told my wife and she said she has never seen me raise my voice in public places.1 star to the one good employee who cared to help a customer.3 stars overall does NOT represent this store. They have a LOT of 1 star ratings particularly about rudeness.

FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN ADs. Went in for this and they expect to get more than double the price 😂😂😂 they say they dont price match but its not really price matching when its an ad for that store so...... Ill never shop there neither will my family and Im telling all my freinds as well. With over 2 million views on my reviews I hope this kicks them where the sun dont shine. From now on Ill go to cvs or Wal-Mart or drop dead before I set foot in any of your stores again. Hope to see you file for chapter 11 😀

The lady working at the pharmacy on the night 6/10 is actually really rude 😍 along with the cold shoulder attitude she gives customers, she couldn’t even perform the basic function of greeting a customer! Not to mention, being across the pharmacy trying to ask me questions, and of course getting upset when I let her know for the second time that I can’t hear her from where she’s standing. I’ll give her 5 stars for the perfect example of poor customer service tho! Bring Jonathan back ❤️

Drove for over 35 minutes for an appointment only to be told that they don't have the medication in stock. Pharmacy did not make an effort to contact me. I know my number is in their system because they texted me to confirm the appointment. I will not be using Rite Aid if there are any alternatives available in the future.

Pharmacist Margie is really rude on the phone. I was calling in a prescription for a patient. The way she asked information about the patient was very abrupt and blunt. She did not read the prescriptions back to me. She just hang up the phone when done. It is as if she was in a rush but that is no excuse at all. Zero star!

The lady working at the Rite Aid pharmacy is rude and isn’t helpful working with customers. She has difficulty processing insurance info and takes it out on people.This is a great place to overpay for prescriptions and have a terrible experience in return.I noticed she only gave the guys ahead in line an attitude but not the women.

The store is off top very professional but what I didn’t like is that the assistant manager was helping me she then asked a male cashier to help a customer that needed assistance in the cosmetic department he refused to help the customer stating that he didn’t know anything in that department so basically the customer had to wait until the assistant manager was done with me to help her keep in mind the cashier was not assisting any customers at the moment that was very disrespectful towards the assistant manager & the customer

That place some time better than Walgreens. Except pharmacy Rite Aid have more additional commodities and better and cheaper assortment than Walgreens. Also at register you don't wait long. This place has self check out.

I would give zero stars if I could!!I came to rite aid to shop for toiletries as I do every other month. After I had the few items I needed in my cart, I realized I had a sweet tooth and decided to hit the candy isle before checking out. "Coincidentally" enough at the same time an employee came into that same isle to drop off an item 5feet away from me. After about 30 seconds I realized the man was still standing there doing nothing. This lasted OVER TWO MINUTES before I looked over my shoulder and made it painfully obvious to him that I was onto what he was doing. After I got my candy I decided to scan around the store to analyze other shoppers; Filipinos, other East Asians, and some white people, NONE of which had any employees breathing down their neck to make sure they don't steal anything. Not only that, but the purse I had with me was very small and could only fit my wallet inside. Where would I have stuffed these items even if I wanted to steal? I guess it must be store policy!Being a Hercules resident, I usually prefer to shop locally if I can even though I know there are other places with much better prices nearby (Walmart). But thanks RiteAid, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

This store is very over priced. I bought an item that was $27.00. I found the exact same item, same size, brand, and fragrance at Walgreens for $12.00. This Rite Aid is located next to a senior complex so to know that this store is over charging the elderly and the venerable is sick and sad.

The ICE CREAM here is Wack and a waste of time.SUPER SMALL SCOOPS.SUPER SOFT ICE CREAM.AND YA SIGN WOULD BE NICE.
