I went here to get my propane filled. Was told that they don't fill propane when it's raining. It had rained earlier and the ground was a little wet. But even if the ground was dry it was just after 6 and they close at 7 . So, the tractor supply company doesn't fill propane an hour before closing or if the ground is wet so I was told by an employee. He then said to try Home Depot or Lowes

I was at the store recently and the manager lyss and cashier Alexis where very helpful they resolved my issued . I love the store atmosphere an customer service-they provided. make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend the store to anybody for your pets needs !!!!!

Once again, the Hemet store disappoints. As usual, the horse feed shelves were mostly bare. There were only two kinds of Standlee hay pellets. There was more of the Dumor product, but that is probably because most of us know it is an inferior product and avoid it. I did get two of the three bags left of the Teff hay, but I pity the people after me who need it. I have had this same problem in the past with both hay pellets and other bagged feeds such as Seniors. I did get an employee but he said they only get deliveries on Thursdays; I was there on a Tuesday so that left quite some time to be out. The employees I talked with were polite but I could tell they did not really care.I will also add that the Standlee products are not all they claim. The chopped hay is mostly dust and the pellets have a lot of dust. There are other brands of hay pellets besides Standlee and Dumor.I will no longer waste my time at the Hemet Tractor Supply store but take my business to the local owned feed supply stores.

Came in looking for an item that repels rodents from eating car wiring that was recommended by the dealership. The workers immediately knew what I was referring to and brought me to the item explained what I needed to do and helped check me out at the register. Wonderful customer service! He even took the time to show my daughter the baby ducks and chickens in the store and answer all her questions. Amazing options of all types of items and wonderful customer service.

Sells sick and dying chickens :/ they don’t even last two days weak and barely hanging on when u bring them home. Some are already really badly injured or dead in the tubs at the store it’s really sad and sucks to waste my money

I I only just discovered Tractor Supply. I had heard of them, but seriously thought they sold tractors, until a friend told me I could get my pet food there. They have such a large variety of basically everything you would need for any animal. Plus they personally deliver, and will set up the item as well. Andrew, who delivered and put together the dog kennel I purchased was so polite and incredibly helpful. He took his time to show me exactly what he was doing so that when I want to move the kennel I can take it apart and put it back together myself. I am so impressed by both Andrew and the rest of the Tractor Supply staff in Hemet that I took the time to write this review, qnd this is coming from a person who might have written 2 reviews in their life time. I will never go to Petco or PetSmart again!

Went to go refill our propane tank bottle. We were told they wouldn’t refill it because it was raining out. What? It was only drizzling. Went down to the gas station by Home Depot and they filled it no problem. Wont be going back to Tractor Supply.

I have gone here for years and after today I will never again. I went to purchase a greenhouse topper and the last one they have says $18.99 on one side of the pull out and $21.99 on the other side of the pull out. I ask an associate which price is correct and I was told because it's miss priced, I will get to purchase for $18.99. When I left the store I noticed on my receipt they charged me $37. I come back and show pictures of the price and the manager tells me that she will give me $2 back or I need to get a refund.Terrible feedback for a long time costumer.

I've shopped here regularly for the last five or so years and have had generally exceptional customer service, however this last week has been an exception. I'm not sure if the supervisor Kevin is new to management (I've only had interactions with him the last few months or so) but he could certainly use some coaching on customer service. His condescending tone doesn't go unnoticed - it's just simply unprofessional to be rude to customers, let alone in a supervisor role. The other workers are generally very helpful, so it's a tough situation when one employee affects the experience for the customer to the point of feeling compelled to leave a poor review.

I'm sure it's a great place to shop. But would never spend a dollar here . as I was waiting for my car to be worked on across theLot I thought I'd just browse the store as I wait.maybe I could find something on sale that I need . I was not greeted as I walked in. Person behind me was. Then I was fallowed around the store and I even walked into the conversation about me on what I was doing in the store . This is pretty low of them to judge me this way. other people where in the store and I was target as a shoplifter .

Best price on bird seed. There was only one cashier and he kept on paging for a backup cashier but no one came. He started running 2 registers himself. No help on the sales floor. Normally I am happy with the service in this store.

I love Tractor Supply Company. I was skeptical at first but dang it they have everything and their prices are good. Quality and selection are top notch. I can get my clothes, animal feed gardening supplies and hardware stuff all in one place. Their staff is always friendly and helpful too.

I love this store! I get lost looking at all the different stuff they have from animal supplies and food to gardening and tools. They also offer limited Vet. Services for small animals in store. Vaccinations and such. I always find what I need and more of what I don't need but want.

Phenomenal service from a young man named Juan!! I stopped late about 8:20 on Nov 11th. They were low staff, Juan rang me out and assisted in loading 20- 50LBS bags... The other young black man who just returned from his break didn't even bother in assisting ... employees like him should be fired. Juan, thank you again!!

Came in for wild bird seed and found great deals. Pound for pound better prices on bird seed even better than 99 cent store. We needed pricing and a employee came out from the stockroom to assist us. Our cashier was friendly and engaging. Definitly will come back

Good for quick stops. Friendly service. They carry a decent variety of cat and dog food as well as chicken, meat bird and horse food/supplies. Not sure on their selection of pig, goat, or sheep food. We don't own those critters at the moment. Haven't really gone in for the other items they sell so i can't help with any info on that but they are definitely convieniant for those busy days when you forget that the chickens need food.

My daughter calls this place the "cowboy " store 😂 we love to come in here every so often they have the best quality work attire and the friendliest helpful staff i give thos place 10 out of 5 stars! Definitely will always bring my business here. 👍🏻

I have been coming here since it opened about 5 years ago. I have never been disappointed. Everyone is super friendly and always greet you when you come in the door. For the first time this year I did a lot of my Christmas shopping here. They had something for everybody. Deals on their flannels and toys were great. I always get my great niece her rain boots. No one can beat their prices. Yesterday when I was at Walmart a lady was buying about 10 pair of rain boots. I told her that the Tractor Supply had them about 6 dollars cheaper. So she put all the boots back and said she was going there to get them. I hope she did. Standout employees are Bill, Christina and unfortunately I don't know the name of another one that is really helpful and friendly. I will add her later. About the Christmas shopping. .. You can shop on line and delivery is free to the store and you get an email when it is time to pick them up. I love this place. They have a really great variety of unusual gifts. Hope you go there.....trust me .. you will be a "be-back"

Great experience. They were out of the product I needed on the shelf so the associate searched through four boxes on the floor and found what I needed. I got to the checkout and the young cashier girl was so upbeat and happy I thought she just won the lotto. I will definatly shop there again

The aisles are entirely too close together. Today with my 1st experience at this store and I was constantly bumping into somebody else or having to navigate around them. The other annoying thing that I failed to mention earlier was that I was unable to browse the items who offer because there was always someone waiting to enter the aisle I was on which force me to leave The Isle Without fully Appreciating all you have to offer on that particular Isle. So well I ended up spending a little over $70 I may very well album it up spending a $100 or more who knows. Please forgive my Typos I am too lazy to go back in repair them. Thank you.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. I go here for my dog food. It's the 4health brand and love the results I get with the health of my dogs. My service dog, Rudi, loves the treats he is given by the cashiers.
