Suzie is always busy probably because her prices are reasonable. We have been taking our two dogs to her for a couple of years. Before that we had another groomer in Hemet who did an excellent job but our dogs hated going. After COVID we decided to try Suzie Q and have found her to be very patient and loving to our dogs. No more problems getting them to walk in for their appointments. Highly recommend this groomer

I wanted her anal gland done and a deshedding plus nails and hair cut they charged me 25$ because all they did was wash her and that's it I wouldn't recommend this place

My pups and I love Suzie! My girls would shake and yelp when we took them to petsmart, petco and small animal care grooming and then we finally found Suzie on a referral from a friend. She is the best, If I ask my girls "where's Suzie" their tails wag and they go looking for her. If I tell them they are going to Suzies for their groom, they go to where their harnesses are to get ready to go. I recommend her to my friends and anyone who see my dogs and ask me where I get them groomed.

They didn't do her cut the way I suggested. Also...they cut one of my poor fur baby claw to low. Which caused her to bleed uncontrollably. Dropped her off at 10 am & didn't get a call to pick her up until 3:30pm. The receptionist had the audacity to tell me that they would've called two hrs sooner but they couldn't stop the bleeding claw. I'm really disappointed with the service. Never again will I put my fur baby through this again with them. Thumbs down.

Thank you to Suzie and her girls!! First timer and not a last timer!!! I found a dog in neighbors yard and he had been neglected buy previous owners.. I just needed his nails done but noone would do it without vaccines. But Suzie said no problem. They did and amazing job!! We will be back!!!

My dog Petey HATES this place but that's because he's such a baby. Howls when he gets his feet touched, let alone his nails clipped. But the staff here is phenomenal. (Tito loves you guys.)

Husband called to see if they can trim our black labs nails she says “oh boy” not in the greatest tone. She says yes you can take her in tomorrow. He explained he wanted to try to make a appointment for next week because we weren’t able to do it that day. She says no no we won’t be here next week? Like we would know that? She just approached sounding rude I will take my business elsewhere

I had an early morning appointment, but when I arrived the assistant told me she takes in the dogs and gets them " ready" and the groomer arrives "later". I was worried about leaving my two Yorkie as I wanted to get them in and out as quickly as possible as they get nervous. When I got my dogs back it was about 1:30 pm. They both looked GREAT. I was very happy with the grooming and will take them back again. The cost was a good value and I even got $5.00 off as it was my first visit. I will ask them to speed it up next time, but my dogs seemed fine and relaxed, so I know they were treated fine.
