The store is always neat a clean. They have a pretty good selection most of the time. I got my pets Halloween costumes here and they are one of the few stores that had a costume for big dogs. I wish they had other clothing options for big dogs other than costumes. I have several large dogs and I also get their kibble at this location and there are often no shopping carts for the 40lbs bags. I always have to get someone else to go with me because I can't carry this giant bag of dog food. Staff members are friendly.

PetSmart has a great selection of items including high end dog food. We feed our puppy Instinct dog food...not everybody carries. Petsmart has the complete line with comparable pricing to Chewy. I like the convenience of this location. Service is good. Always somebody available to assist with questions etc.

Asked to use the bathroom they gave me the code and it didn't work I told em hey didn't work then they said they would call someone to help 10 min later still nobody so my wife gave up and went to Marshalls and when I went up front to finish paying for all my items the lady said "oh not trying to steal are you? No I ain't had the products up front in there face ready to buy it was ridiculous and the lady who made the comment took her name tag off before I could make a complaint

My pup was trained there for 12 weeks, I know a few of the employees by name, I called ahead for specific details about the self-service dog wash, and when I finally get the time to go use the self-service, the head dog groomer wants my papers, never mind the countless hours we've spent in the store and the trust I thought we had between us, my papers were all that was separating us from (self-service)washing my pup. Why wasn't I told about this when I called ahead? These store policies are ridiculous, the trainer in the same store checked his papers recently, and the unbending attitude of the employee was why they get this rating.

Once again had a horrible experience going to this location due to the rudeness and horrible customer service... I worked a long night graveyard and had to come to PetSmart to get some things for my daughters kitten, mind you I spend a lot of money at PetSmart because I do have other pets of my own... There is one particular lady that works in this PetSmart some chunky white lady who always has an attitude problem and is very rude and if you ask her any questions to find particular items in the store you get a quick answer with an attitude as if she was talking to her child...no smile nothing welcoming..customer service is completely out the door... I used to work as a mystery shopper years ago and I would get a lot of people like this fired from the company due to how they treated their customers.. I'm extremely irritated and disappointed by how I was treated this morning just to get a few items ... Even after a long shift with no sleep I still was pretty friendly to these people and still got an attitude. I asked for the information of the manager because I did want to speak to Teri who is the supervisor at this store to discuss the attitude I received from this particular employee... I will call and discuss this with her most definitely but in the meantime I just wanted people to be aware of this lady who has the most horrible attitude towards the people who are coming in to this location... The last thing I need is someone at the store giving me an attitude when I'm spending a lot of money and asking a simple question to where the item is located in the store... if you don't like your job definitely get another one period!! Lose the attitude cuz that will get you nowhere but fired or receive aattitude right back... Yes I could have escalated the situation but like I said I'm extremely tired from work and in no need to get into it with someone who clearly doesn't like her job... Yes I'm talking about the chunky white lady with the blonde hair who was wearing a red shirt I believe it was a company shirt...definitely you!!! You just never know who you're talking toso definitely check yourself before being rude to anybody who walks into that store asking for your help...isnt that what your paid to do???

Though I don't go shopping for myself it's always such a joy to go through this store. There are always specials on discounted items. I love visiting the fish and rodent population to say 'Hello!' Even if they ignore me I know I feel better. It's fun to visit because deep down I am an animal lover!

Every time I walk in the staff immediately recognize my pup and call her by her name. Nothing but great things from the staff and trainers. Tater Tot loves you guys and she is a better judge of character than me!

The store itself and animals are always well kept and clean, however, positive interaction between customers and employees has greatly declined. I have been treated very harshly within the store by employees. The first time the young lady in the fish department displayed a bad attitude from the moment my family walked. I asked for two colorful guppies at which time she replied that I would receive whatever I was given. The second time my one year old daughter wanted to pay the cashier who then snatched the money out of my daughter's hand. My toddler was unaware (luckily) of the hostility and was not bothered. However me as the parent was extremely upset. I called to complain but I feel as if my complaints are not going anywhere. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this particular store anytime soon. Hopefully they are able to do some training with their employees on how to multi-task under pressuring situations as this comes with a job such as theirs.

They have cute animals, but one of the Bata fish's was already dead, and they were selling it for 19.99 my daughter let one of the workers know about it they told us het were going yo take care of it and one tank had a lot of fishes but also dead ones in it

I have been going here a about 8 months getting my dog groom. It been a couple of girls that cut him right but when they mess up they don't take accountability I called and complain the Manger said she'll call me back never did. Plus it was a 5 hour mess up hair cut never again will they see my baby unhappy customers 😒

Shout out to Stylist Kammie of Petsmart in Hemet for doing the best grooming of my poodle ever! Very professional, compassion, excellent artistic skills. She achieved exactly what we were asking for! I would give her a 10 out of 5 if only possible. Will now always look for Kammie!!! She is the best stylist in town!!!

In general you should not buy frompetsmart. Most have a history of mistreating their fish, goldfish do NOT do well in small tanks. While they may be surviving they are absolutely NOT thriving. When goldfish or fish in general huddle up in a corner there could be many reasons as to why, and none of them are good. These reasons can be stress, poor diet, water parameters and temperature. It can even be a mix of these. This photo was taken near the end of June. There should never be over 20 goldfish in a small tank. Goldfish in general are extremely hard to take care of. In this store you can see Beta fish in a little cup. These cups aren’t anywhere NEAR the amount needed for a Beta fish. Not to mention I counted a total of over 5 fish TODAY DEAD. I have seen sick cats, and extremely unhealthy looking animals. In general you should always do research before buying from petsmart. Do not claim I am being dramatic or lying I am very well educated in goldfish and betas. Don’t try to save these animals from petsmart that is why they are still being sold. Do not buy a bowl for your fish ESPECIALLY GOLDFISH DO RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING A PET FISH, LEARN WHAT TO FEED THEM AND HOW MUCH GALLONS OF WATER IS NEEDED. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR 30 FISH.

Very nice grooming service. They took my fur baby on a walk-in basis which is rare anymore and he was ready for pickup about an hour and a half later. They did an excellent job of hand trimming down by 7lb Papillon mix. Only thing I’d say is keep the shop gossip to a minimum when you have clients in your presence. Other than that, this was a top notch location and I’d highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for care.

UPDATED AS SEEN ON THE NEWS CONFIRMED OVERCHARGING; SEE BELOW FOR LINK*WARNING*PRICE CHECK EVERYTHING ON PETSMART WEBSITE BEFORE CHECK OUTI have been working hand and hand with PetSmart Company now for over 8yrs. This location is the only location that up sales and treats customers like liars, as well as, thieves. I'm not from this area and have come to find it is known for high theft and more. I have been working with this location prior to it moving to the new location and sadly it's been brought down by unprofessionalism. For someone to come full hearted to bring up information to be question by new associates,not knowing the system, to aggressive managers talking down about you to the worker as you stand in front of them. End of the day I was correct and everything was fixed, but not after being put into an awkward situation by the Managers and their team. I really wish the other Managers who were at this location would come back because it's sadly becoming more toxic. I do have to say the dark long haired male cashier is amazing. There are a handful of other good workers too that should not be associated with this post, but this unfortunately was over due. What is even worse some of the managers I knew as a worker prior to promotions and they are not the same smiling helpful individual that I grew to enjoy working with. I highly recommend Andy the Dog Trainer if you’re in need of obedience classes for your dog. Andy was very professional and taught my dog the essentials to live her life educated and friendly. Andy was such an experienced trainer that we took our dog from puppy all the way to advanced training with him. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
