This was mine and my dog Roxy’s first time going to Pets R People 2 and it was the best experience. Amazing friendly staff with quick service, great prices and they did a fantastic job on grooming my golden retriever. I will definitely be coming back, it’s the best dog grooming service that my dog has received.

My experience was great. I have two dogs who are full of anxiety and energy but they did so well. Was welcomed in. I booked a VIP appointment which I was so happy they had. They were so helpful and kind. I'll definitely be returning

I didn't see a different in my dog for a bath. When he was picked up, his ears were dirty, aren't their ears suppose to be clean? And he came back with the same crusty line between his eyes and nose. He smelled like he was just sprayed with a scent spray. He smelled dirty but with the scent spray. Not very stoked about this.

Grace Smith took and transformed our pound puppy into an adorable lovable little guy. He was a mess having to share his lodgings with so many kennel mates. He went from an ugly duckling to a handsome pup. She did an excellent job of getting such a young pup to cooperate and showed an enormous amount of patience. Grace will be Rambo’s groomer from this day on. Thank you Grace

Had a very positive experience from day one. The staff including the owner are very friendly and reassuring. Their goal is to give you exactly what you want and they take time to listen. Very professional and obviously genuine dog lovers. They have mobile services also. The establishment itself is somewhat small and 'hidden' from the street. There is a banner advertising grooming services out front but they could probably put something up that's a bit more conspicuous. Their pricing is about average but they do a great job. You won't be disappointed.

Took our dog here again today and she had an appointment with Morgan. Very happy with the results. My dog is always afraid when we first get there and when I go back to pick her up she's the happiest lil thing. They definitely do an amazing job! Highly recommend!

I took my friend there for a nail trim today. The staff is friendly and professional. Best of all ( Sonic ) had a great experience. This is the only groomer I will use from now on. They treat your pet like their own.

My older German Shepherd was groomed for the first time in years. She looks beautiful. I know she wasn't easy because of arthritis, but they took their time.

Awesome ExperienceI'm a loyal patron. This is a place that have caring individuals. I have two mastiffs. Cane Corso 150+ # and her lil growing sister a Fila Mastiff 75 #. PRP2 make sure they are quickly, thoroughly and with less stress to the animal completely done. I was lucky to have found them. Thank you very much PRP2!

I took my doggy in today to be cut with Morgan and she was amazing!!! Extremely attentive to my dog, hope, and even took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. She went the extra mile and gently explained the importance of getting her groomed in the future, thank you so much!!! We are both happy we found a long term groomer that fits her so well! Highly recommend.

Very friendly, professional, and efficient. My little dog doesn't do well in a cage as she's older with cancer. I needed a nail clipping only and they were able to accommodate my needs and clip Daisy's nails in 7 minutes flat while I held her. Her nails were trimmed great too!

It was my puppy’s first time getting groomed today at this establishment. He came out looking like a new dog lol. He was super clean and smelled wonderful when I picked him up. I just don't think I can say enough POSITIVE things about my visit to Pets R People 2! My dog, Roger, is a beast when it comes to nail trimming. I don't have his nails trimmed often enough because his cries and screams are horrifying! I took him to Pets R People 2 expecting them to say he's to difficult to work with and I should take him to a vet for his trimming. I was happy to be proven wrong! These WONDERFUL, AMAZING groomers were so very GENTLE and SWEET with my little beast. The COMPASSION they had towards him through all his dramatics was ANGELIC. They never stressed him (he did that to himself). The ladies calmed him and soothed him after each clip. They took their time and let him rest after each clip also. They petted him and showed him affection when he would scream and yelp. They were firm to help keep him safe and very LOVING at the same time. They never showed one iota of frustration towards his disposition. They recommended to have him come back once a month till he starts to feel comfortable with the routine then every two weeks. I will defiantly be bringing him back plus my other dog who, I promise, is much more easy to work with. Thank you for all your help <3

Helped a neighbor bring his old kitty here for grooming. (After his wife died, he had no idea about how to take care of this long-haired baby.) She was a mess! The girls had to struggle with her because she hadn't been handled much and never been to a groomer. They did a great job and handled her gently. We were pleased with the price and the results. I would definitely use them again.They also have a mobile pet grooming service.

They are very nice staff. They really love the animals and they cut as you ask them to. You can take them (your babies) into their shop or they have a mobile service that comes to you. And their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their kids groomed.

Mobile groomer was great. I believe her name was Roxane. Very friendly service and my rescue dogs, a husky and German Shepard, are clean and happy :) I can see a big difference in that there is a reduction in their shedding and they smell great. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I just picked up my dog from there, he came home happy. They did a great job. I missed my appointment yesterday thinking it was today I showed up and they were very nice and took my dog in I appreciated that. Overall I had a good experience with them.

I have taken my pets several times here. I have given them chance after chance to make me a regular. The owner or responsable for store is always rude and non-welcoming. If you do not like your job please find another career.

These people are great! Took quite a while to find a groomer that does not only a fantastic job of grooming but also is the only place my pup comes home happy from. He’s a special case and can be a little handful at times. Glad I found these folks!
