Rehomed a fish that was too big for his tank. Really cute homey store. Feels more personal than the name brand stores! Prices were very good and everyone was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend

This store has been around forever, in Hemet. They're knowledgeable about their pets, but their store needs work. It is dirty, cluttered and smells. They are the only ones in town that will buy pets, aquariums and cages, when needed.

Really cool hidden gem in the city, great staff extremly clean and definitely the place for reptiles, fish and bird Keepers *the birds go extremly fast* the owner Joe gave me an excellent deal on a boa constrictor hypo morph and has tons of cool lookong snakes. If you haven't been to this pet shop yet I suggest you give it a try, great place!

Always a great friendly place to shop even when calling by phone... Back in the day when it was Karla Kritters her service was always top notch and it still continues 💯 Thank you for that! Lots of parking space... Shop is very nice and well maintain... Animal Enclosures are nice to look at... Today I went in for the Black Widow Frontosas & all 3 have joined our Familia 💞

My husband and i love it here they aren't expensive we got a savanna monitor and got my daughter a small pet of her own. Customer service is great and the staff is very knowledgable on how to care for them. We just moved here from oc and are happy we found this place near our home.

I've always loved this little pet store. Has exotic animals and everything you might need! I never knew they had pet grooming until a few days ago. As someone who has never had they're dog groomed and know my dog has never been groomed before I brought her into the loving hands of Shana and she took such good care of her! Great service for a great price and my dog was so happy afterwards. I'll definitely be coming back here for more grooming and services.

Not a fan of the gigantic python but that's taboo for me. But love to see all the animals including the cat that just napping around. Staff is very helpful.

While things have changed over the years, one thing always had remained the same. Quality of customer service. Decent selection of fish. Great reptile information as well as selection. Grooming for cats is hard to find and the lady here does great work and takes care of your cat nicely.

I've actually been here quite a couple of times its where I got my 3rd guinea pig sadly he's no longer with us :( I also got my bearded dragon here she's a bit of a pain but I love her all the same overall is an incredible store sometimes I go there just to look at the animals the staff is really nice and if you don't find what you need there sometimes they have stuff posted on a board up front that's how I got my kitty the animals there also live a lot longer then Petco or Petsmart 100 out of 5 stars

This is THE best pet store in town. Super friendly staff greets you right away and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend to any reptile lovers! My 55 gallon fish tank spring a leak and we needed to surrender our fish asap. Kritters pet srtore took all 20+ fish no problem and the only place in town that would may I add. Very nice people.

I can not say enough about this business. They are phenomenal, especially Jeff. That guy right there is a blessing. Our Chamillionaire was down and I thought out but with the help of local love he is on track to a full recovery. Best spot in town.

Groomer is qualified, friendly, and professional. She does careful examination of dog prior to grooming, and communicate with customer. Our first experience with her, with an 18 week old labradoodle, and she did a great job. The shop is a mess, but the groomer works in clean area.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The worst pet store I’ve ever been to! The owner is super rude! They never have anything in stock! When you call to see if something is in stock and it's not they give you the day it will be in, so you call the day it is “presumed” to be in and then they give you a new day! Smh what a joke! Don't waste your time or money!

We Prefer going to kritters instead of any of the other pet stores, just because they have live pinkies/mice mealworms, hornworms, crickets of all sizes and much much more they're very helpful to any questions we have regarding breeding our geckos or it being our ball python or three turtles it's the place to go highly recommend💙 my husband loves taking our little ones in just to look around before purchasing 😂 always trying to come home with something new lol
