!!DONT BUY!!The store itself is always great, the staff and the selection. The 2 star rating is solely for the safeway "signature" brand. I love the idea of the "Mix+Match" program. But please don't serve us freezer burned products at a discounted price. No thanks. I've tried these 3 times. Always the same.

Carry mostly everything we need, never seem to have enough checkers open but at least there’s a guy at the self checkout if you have any problems. Love the weekly coupons.

Safeway is great for sale items.Fridays have lot's of $5.00 items!!! They did NOT have egg nog for Christmas that was a shock 😲. They still have some items that have not gone up like most stores

Awesome, and part of the Wilson family. Sadly, their main buildings burned down in the 2019 fire. But their barn stood strong, and tastings go on. And what great tastings they are! Definitely worth visiting, and we bought a couple of bottles.

I like this safeway, staff is always friendly, manager is always out doing something.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the disappointment I feel 10 out 10 when I go in for options in the sushi department/deli. Only very basic options are offered here. No dumplings, bowls, or spring rolls.

This used to be my go to store, but the store has changed. I find it messy, unstocked, registers go down or are really slow and most of the staff are not friendly or helpful. It's like an inconvenience to get service at the customer service desk. My last visit in on midmorning Monday was bagging my groceries and went to pay but the register was having issues and as the clerk was trying to talk to me a front end manager came up and started talking to the clerk about her taking a training. So unprofessional and lacks customer service. Make your managers do better.

I can never find anyone who works here. Less cashier's and bigger lines. They want you yo use thw self checkout but don't give you a discount for saving them money and labor cost.

Used to go here all the time as a kid when i lived here. As i grew up, i have explored many Safeways and Vons over California. Having visted this Safeway quite a few times again, it hasnt changed much in the sense it is still a top notch Safeway versus whats out there. Obviously, it has to be its Healdsburg. Great store.

It seems this store's layout is the exact opposite of every other Safeway I've been in. Even the doors are on the opposite side. Aside from that, it's a Safeway. The 15 item line is rarely open when you need it. They rely too heavily on self check-out, which sucks when you just want a six pack of beer. The employees are nice.

I love shopping at Safeway, I always find what I need and know where to find it. They constantly change the store but I enjoy it because it gives a refreshing look! However, I do miss this one cashier oscar who was always helpful! he was always an enthusiastic person and went above and beyond for me when I needed help! I hope he wasn't fired but I have to give a solid three.

The best run, most diversely stocked Safeway one can imagine. You can try many new-to-you flavors of old favorites and discover many new foods, things to eat. Gluten free? Paleo? Vegan? Bacon lover? Sustainably harvested seafood and local organic veggies only? They have it all, with good prices on weekly specials with Safeway club membership. Clean, beautiful flagship-quality supermarket.

The pharmacy hours stink! Closed for an hour at lunch, closed at 7 o'clock nightly, and closed on Sunday. Don't waste your time. Go to Rite Aid

Safeway's are pretty much the same everywhere you go. This one is no different. Lots of items to choose from plus a personal check out station if you like those. Always pretty busy and prices a bit high, take your club card or use phone number to get the best deal.

Simply, for a grocery chain, it's really good.This store is always clean, well stocked, easy to get in/out quickly.The bakery 'ladies' are always helpful...props to them!!!Plus, the bakery 'stuff' is really good!

Was most impressed with my checker, the receipt said his name was Clayton. The older man in front of me was short on funds under two bucks, Clayton said don't worry about it sir I got you covered and started to dig in his pocket, I handed him a bunch of change to cover. Clayton and I chatted about how hard the week has been, he missed days at work had little to give, but was willing to give what he had to help, you have a great employee.

This store was well stocked, minus one item I was looking for which was limited to 2 per customer and was O.O.S. Their customer service was prompt, and courteous when asking if they still had fresh fish for sale (it was 9:30pm and they did not, understandably), and the cashier was polite and professional. Great store!

I was hungry and as I walked in I could see plenty of hot foods choose from chicken soup clam chowder baked chicken breakfast burritos any sandwich the way you like it with a soda and chips and other fresh food to eat now. That was what I saw as I entered the store I didn't have time to see the rest of the store because I had to leave for my appointment.
