Great store with lots of unique items for dogs and dog lovers, however they do have a small selection of cat goodies too. You can take your dog in and they will be adored and fed a treat by the always friendly staff, while you shop.Be prepared to drop a chunk of change, as the prices are mostly geared more towards the tourists. But where else can you find a wine bottle squeaky toy?🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I love their selection and so does my Westie. Just got a dog bed and some treats. I always feel welcomed there, and really try to be helpful. The prices are what you would expect from a wine country pet store... Aside from that, I think it's a great shop in Healdsburg. The next time you're in town, you should check it out. They allow dogs in the store or course.

To bad their customer service is not good. I asked for a suggestion for a gift for a dog and they were speechless. No suggestions at all, we can not compare, but when you go to Nordstrom people that work there they go with you and show you all alternatives. I purchased a toy at Fideaux for the dog, but I guess I could use more help to purchase something better.

Fideaux instead of Fido? Suiting. I went in today to drop a 20 on a 12 oz bag of dog treats. Price---sure why not for a dog that's practically family. Cute store but service not so much. A suggestion to the young female with the bob cut, be more consistent with your customer service. I know I'm short but I'm not shorter than the counter. I was obviously waiting to be helped. It's disappointing and frustrating, especially when your back wasn't even facing me. To make it even less understandable, you had just finished with a customer in front of me. Zero acknowledgement. Maybe if I looked more like the typical Healdsburg you would have seen me?

Super-adorable pet store that my dog loves visiting! The owner is wonderful and they have a terrific selection of toys, treats and other fun pet stuff that you can't find in chain pet stores.
