i love this place, especially if you want to feed your dogs and cats a better diet, which is why i come here. they have such a wide variety of single ingredient treats for dogs, rawhide free chews (which i use for my dobermans) and great supplements for my senior cat. they even had cat grass, which she got excited about :)I appreciate that this store is on my way home from work and i tend to spend a lot of time here on payday. it makes my animals happy so it makes me happy.

Called to make sure they had the cat food I needed on the shelf before I took an Uber to get there. The worker said he looked and the food I was coming to get was actually there. When I got there, the food wasn't there, and the worker who helped me couldn't care less.

Great place for pet supplies. Only down side is that sometimes they do not stock many leashed and collars. I do love coming here since it carries various dog food and treats.

Great prices, on pet supplies I get my dogs holistic dog food once a month for a husky mix. Also have a mobile shot clinic Saturday and Sunday got all my cats and dogs shots through them. It does occasionally smell when the fish room is doing a water change.

The prices are better than the other larger pet stores in the area (a few cents can make a difference). I'm a regular there, and the employees I've come across are polite and well-informed with their products. They offer higher quality foods for all types of pets. VIP care comes every Saturday and Sunday as well if you need to have your needs to get deform or have their shots. The plaza does need a make over. Definitely recommend.

The sketchy location aside, pet club in Hayward offers an expansive selection of products for just about any pet.Their selection of food for cats and dogs and other animals is probably the best in the east bay.From low end to high end its all there.Their prices are great and they now accept credit cards. Before it was cash or check only.The store is no frills but who goes to a pet store for the ambience. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection and prices. Picked up training treats and toys for our newly rescued boy. Toys are his security blanket. The bag your own treat selection table is back.

I like this company, this store. Certain products are usually in stocks while other products such as the Friskies and others are getting hard to come by, I guess due to the "can shortage" they say? The staff are ok they all tend to be very busy coming and going so getting help can be hard.

This is a huge pet warehouse, and the prices are very good. They have tons of food, treats, toys and medications for dogs, and they have more for birds and guinea pigs than other pet stores in the area. Unfortunately, while they have a LOT of different food and treat options for cats, they stock very few medications formulated for use in cats, so you have to buy meds designed for dogs and cross your fingers ... or go somewhere else. Sadly, for us, that means we will be buying guinea pig supplies here but will be going elsewhere for all other pet needs since cats appear to be their very last priority.

After missing the community clinic yesterday,I spoke with a sales associate that told me the vet would be in for Easter Sunday. In light of the pet care site saying differently I took her word only to arrive to speak to anther associate who seemed more concerned with sweeping than offering any sort of help be it cordial or otherwise. Willing to go out my way just to avoid spending anymore of my time at this dump...

I have a dog and this place is like a pet paradise. Lots of brands and variety of foods available for animals.I took away 1 star because the employees are extremely rude. There was 1 person ringing people up. Other 2 were standing around talking, laughing, and not really doing anything. I went over to ask a question and they completely ignored me. Didn't even acknowledge me and continued to talk to each other. Also, forget about finding any help on the floor. There was no one walking around to see if customers are finding everything okay.So, better than Pet Smart when it comes to pet food and pet related supplies. Worse than Pet Smart when it comes to customer service.

We were on our way to another pet store and took an alternate route because of traffic. Thought we would stop in and see. Really nice selection of stuff, self serve treats and our regular dog food we get was about 7 dollars cheaper. Overall a nice selection of stuff. Gave 4 stars because it was kinda disorganized and a good bit of stuff we picked up wasn't priced but we will definitely be back for the dog food price.

Pet Club is probably my favorite pet store franchise. Locations are bare bones set ups of former grocery stores, which helps keep pricing down, and they always have a TON of merchandise. I used to live in walking distance to the San Jose store, but I moved last year and this has become my primary store now. A small drive, and always worth it.

Great store, warehouse style stock. Needed holistic medicine for nasal allergies and they had it in stocks! Great experience, from the young lady's friendly voice when I called, and the pleasant attitude when I got to the Great person on register #3! 😀

Been a customer of theirs for years. And since my move to South Florida a few years ago, I shop here only when I am in town to visit family. Still the same place as I remember it to be. Wish we had a pet store like this one in Florida. Always fully stocked with items I am looking for.

I love Pet Club. The only thing is is that after the coronavirus it's not really stock but that again is the competition but other than that they have a lot of variety. The other thing that I really miss is they don't have the sales on cat cat food dry food where you have Purina they just have high expense so if you want High expense you could go there but if you want to buy like Purina or anything else go to Walmart but other than that I don't have nothing bad to say about Pet Club.

I have been shopping here for my pets my entire life. These guys have alot of inventory/options at warehouse prices which make it appealing to shop there. Staff is friendly, helpful,, and knowledgeable.

They will try to overcharge you. Check your prices carefully and do not be afraid to speak up when you see a discrepancy between the shelf price and the register price.I have been in 3 times. Every time, I was charged more at the register than was listed on the shelves. They fixed it every time, hence 2 stars and not 1. But still, it is very annoying to have to do their job for them and every time I walk in. Just keep your registers consistent with your labels. It's not that hard.Honestly, I never go here unless I absolutely need to. I can only recommend it to others for emergencies as well.If you want low quality products, with a 15% overcharge, on top of prices that are already pretty high, then look no further.Very disappointed.

cheapest place to get pet food and supplies. workers and every one is always nice and respectful. very kind. always cool to look at the fish and the reptiles they have as well.Lately it has been hard to find dry cat food and or cat food in general. As well as other things.But the staff are awesome here never a problem.

The kids and I enjoy coming to this place to shop for our pet food or just to browse the fishies. Friendly cashiers and great prices is what keeps us coming. They were out of the filters we needed for our tank but other than that, we did leave with something for our doggie and bearded dragon.
