Had the best customer service! I live in Los Banos and Aquatic collection worked with me and my work schedule. I was able to get exactly what I wanted without feeling guilty of being on a budget. I asked several questions and each one was answered. Definitely making this my go to shop. What made them even a greater shopping experience is they offer shipping! Great place to start your journey in the fish owning world. The prices are a little higher but totally reasonable as you get quality fish and other items. This place is my go to for fish related stuff. Hope they keep it up!

They have a lot of fresh water fishes and saltwater fishes. They make me switch from fresh water fish tank to saltwater aquarium. Very friendly staff, ready for help. Explaining me how to easily start new hobby with saltwater. Also I donated my fish there.

Was given false information in which made my tank be over run with pests. Was not compensated at all and I had to buy more to control the pest infestation that they caused.They have a beautiful store, but take their advice with a grain of salt.

This Fish Store is by far one of the best fish stores I’ve been to in California. What I find excellent about this store is they have the date the fish arrived on every tank along with the price. Having the date on the tank is essential it really tells me a lot about the condition of the fish and it’s chances of survival. Every time I leave this place I feel like it is money well spent. They have a huge selection of live corals & anemone’, saltwater fish, freshwater fish and even tank supplies. Everyone working here seems to be very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions you may have. They also have great selections of frozen fish food and they do sell RoDi water and mixed saltwater by the gallon. I was here for mostly saltwater fish and I am just amazed at the selection of fish they have, this is my now go to store. Thanks Aquatic Collection keep Killing it! Here is a few fish in my quarantine tank I purchased from them recently. A juvenile flame Angel, juvenile yellow boxfish and a cleaner wrasse. Also took a pic of their beautiful humu Trigger they have in store. Just flawless fishUpdate 2 weeks later: I am at 100 percent success rate all 4 fish purchased from this place lived through quarantine and successfully transferred to my DT with no issues. Only negative thing I can say about this place is that if you think you are going to call them to place an order over the phone or ask about something in stock… Good Luck you’d have better luck getting through to the IRS then this place. They should really start answering the phone. Other than that if going to the store you’ll love them.

Great aquarium store. How ever, I really wish they took the time to get to engage with their customers. Especially when you spend $200-$500 every week... Anyhoot. They have well cared for Marine specimens and a large variety of them as well. I've met Mike and Kayla, and by end of next month I am sure I will have learned every one else's names.. they know mine! Friendly staff and lots of species of marine animals. Nice selection of pico tanks. They also do a saltwater test here for $12 if you want a professional result on what state your tank is in. $10 for freshwater test

This is my new favorite spot what can I say besides it has everything the prices are on the high side but I like they sell fish in groups I bought 5 kuli loaches for 20 bucks went back the next day and bought some habrosus and emerald eyed Rasboras for a good price they have live brine shrimp bagged up ready to go for 5 bucks a oz the selection is crazy for salt and fresh if your into the hobby it's a must drive to the haystack to check ✔️ it out highly recommend

I love this place so much!! Friendly staff that takes excellent care of their fish and corals. They are well educated and know what they’re doing! Always advise you for what’s best to the fish and Corals and never try to oversell. I recently bought this tank with live rock, live sand and some fish and I’m so love with it!! Will be back to buy corals once my tank is ready. I highly recommend this place if it’s your first time or an advanced reefer as they got you covered with everything you need.

I love this Store, great selection of saltwater and freshwater species and everything else an Aquarium store should have, The service was great, a lot of friendly staff all ready to help you bag up whatever it is you decide to take home, (I was in the area, coming from San Jose, I'm glad I decided to "just check out the store", left with some Scarlet Badis and a few snails I would of definitely gotten more but I can only keep certain species in my current tank)

I would rate this place 5 stars for the great customer service and selection of aquatic livestock and coral but giving 4 stars cause of lack of knowledge of some of the staff. I purchased a feather star fish from the store a few days ago. I was there earlier in the week and had asked an employee if the feather starfish was easy to care for and will get along with fish. He said that it is not easy unless you have time because you have to feed it alot. That's not a problem so I decided I would think about it and hold off. I came back a week later and asked another employee if it was OK with fish. He asked what type of fish do I have and I told him triggers and tangs. He said they will leave it alone and it will be fine. Well I bought the feather starfish. Paid $65 and was excited. Went home and acclimated him and a half hour later he was in the tank . Looked ok and everything was fine. Hopped in the shower and when I came out his limbs were scattered everywhere. The fishes tore him up. So much for being ok with fishes. Now he's sleeping with the fishes permanently. Thanks!!

The staff is VERY well informed and helpful. The owner is simply terrific and has generously donated equipment to the high school biology classroom where I teach.Also, the displays are beautiful and my kid loves coming here to look at the fish while I ask the staff endless questions! The fish are very well cared for.

This place is a paradise for fish nerds, it's not a huge store but it's great for people who are into the salt water side of the hobby. They do have a good selection of fresh water fish but not near as impressive as the salt water stuff. Coral viewing setup, good amount of scaping supplies, and great supplies and stafff

This is the best aquatic store in the Bay Area hands down. This staff is incredible! All of them have fishtanks of their own and usually multiple set ups. They love their job!
