I wanted to give this place another chance and once again reminds me on why I left in the first place. I believe Jennifer could've done a better job but left my dogs with pieces of hairs longer and patches. I paid and tipped her good, but will never come back. When I tipped her she noticed and felt bad. She said she was on break when I came back to pick up my dogs and could not do much to fix it because she would get in trouble. I was leaving on a trip and reserved time for my dogs to be taken care of. My poor dogs. I kept debating if i should write a review but I think people need to be aware and not go through a waste of time and end up very disappointed.

Excellent service. Ashley is a great groomer. The supporting staff were friendly, warm and personable. Five star service without a doubt.
