I took my Yorkie Terrier mix on 08/10/2023 @ 8:30 I believe he was four months at the time and I asked for him to get groomed at a low cut and it was cold around that time my poor little Yorkie Terrier came out looking like a naked tree I will never refer anybody to let Ashley do they dog services you will be very disappointed and that was my first time taking my dog there he needs to go to training to work with dogs a little bit better And then I gave them a second chance 04/03/2024 to do better with a different associate that groom dogs her name was Liz and she was worse than him my dog has so many cuts and bruises on him it’s ridiculous and then they have the nerve to charge me a $15 fee for him to be in and out he was in and out all right with a bunch of bruises on him he got the right services I wanted it but then a couple days you seen the fleas come back on him so I don’t know what shampoo they’re using they need to stop using it because it’s not working but y’all overcharging people I will never in lifetime bring either one of my puppies here again the second time did it for me I hope this experience helps someone else and people was always telling me not to go there to PetSmart I should listen to their advice

Great customer service. Well stocked with food, treats, toys and other accessories for your pets. This store also has cats for adoption, in fact I took one home.

It’s okay. I wish they had a better selection of cat stuff that wasn’t so expensive . My cat loves the fuzz ball things they have for cat toys and they’re only around a dollar.

Ok, people. Visited this store because it's the closest to my house. The time was around1:00pm on a Sunday. Sooo, not a lot of people. Great !I found that there was little to NO space to pass others. YOU had to wait either until they were finished browsing or if they were Polite to step aside, & often, I was the Gental Woman to step aside. 🤔They did have everything I needed, But,These Prices are truly outrageous 😳And the " REWARDS CARD ON FILE "!!!Does Nothing but tell the Store what I buy(So they know the popular items ,! TooooJack up the price yet again !!! 🤔I Spend $100 on 1 bag of God food & a small bag of tastey treats !!! Uggg 😱 Can we at least get a bag of Treats FREE !!! EVEN 1/2 OFF WOULD BE SOMETHING.....IM NOT SAYIN!! - IM JUST SAYIN!!!

Ordered prescription food online for instore pickup, got the email that it was ready, drive all the way from North Hollywood for them to tell me it's not available and couldn't give any kind of explanation for why/how it could have happened. Completely unacceptable.

In Pet Smart, the location of what you are looking for is easy to find, just above each isle. They had everything I needed for my dog Cinnamon, and for my Beta Fish. My dog also gets her shots and check ups in Banfied Hospital, which is on the premises.

I’ve been to this PetSmart Grooming place before. I always love their work. I had my old dog go there a lot and he always enjoyed it. Unfortunately he passed away. So when I got my new puppy I knew that’s where I wanted to take her. It was her first time but she’s my wild child. They was able to do everything but trim her. Which I’m completely fine with. She looked so cute and fluffy. I’ve never seen her look like that before. I will definitely be back after some training so she can get the full experience.

I found exactly what I needed when I walked in. The store was fully stocked and the staff is always extremely nice. Everyone greets you when you walk in and they always ask if you're finding everything ok. :)

People in the back are helpful, cashiers in the front not so much. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor when you ask a question or a location of an item, the attitudes nowadays boy oh boy.

Very disappointed about this location, I walked in to buy a few things and was looking for an employee to help me but the only 2 that I found were attending the cash registers and no one else on the floor, I went to PetSmart instead and got the help I needed and purchased all my items there, I have a new cat so I spent close to 300 bucks. Petco needs at least one more employee on the floor.

I wouldn't bring my dog here to be groom. Very unprofessional, had my puppy in a cage for a hour and 30mins with big dogs barking all around him and DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. #Bear

So long story short i’ma broke college student with an expensive dog who eat 60 pound of food every 2 months, therefore i spend around $200 to maintain and advocate for his health and well-being. Well, Ty who works at the register/checkout was so helpful because i always worry about feeding my dog before i feed myself and he reassured me in every possible way that i can do it. Shout out to him because i was feeling really bad for having ran out of food and i felt better after leaving the store and acquiring amazing customer service from Ty

I was 15-18 minutes late taking my dog to the groomer.i was told to wait at the counter for the bather. The bather came to the counter minutes later (after leaving a dog in tub) and stated, because you're 20 minutes late, we have to cancel and reschedule your dogs appointment... i was saddened about the canceled appointment and disgusted about how I was treated.

The lines are always ridiculously long...which I'm not really sure why because once you get to the register they rudely rush you along. Asked for assistance with retrieving a product that was pushed far back on a top shelf that I couldn't reach, and the worker was rude. Overall...go somewhere else.

I always come here for my pups food. Great selection, anytime I needed something the employees were readily available and helpful. Knowledge wise I will say no every one is knowledgeable generally of dog care or products. But they will always get you the right person or guide u the best they can.

I had ordered a harness for my dog that was too small. I was able to exchange it for the correct size with no problems. Even though it was busy, and the store was crowded, the staff were professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful.
