I have trouble EVERYTIME they auto refill my prescriptions. They text to tell me my prescriptions are ready to pick up and the cost for both. When we get there, they have nothing for me. I asked them to check to see what they filled and they have no way to check the status. this has happened more than once. The clerk was rude and kept talking over me, wouldn't let me even finish a sentence. I find it unbelievable that they can't check their system for status. I am completely done with them. I only started using them because we are on Medicare now and they were the least expensive. Changing pharmacies tomorrow.

This pharmacy does not deserve even one star. The customer service is below adequate. They do not answer the phone in a timely fashion and rush to get off without providing necessary information. So you wait in the line for them to refer you to another line. Do not think the insurance information belongs with the pick up payment station. It is at the drop off station. With no written instruction the layout is chaotic and inefficient. I saw no signage instructing proper procedural steps. I will never go back there again.

Called today to get a price quote for a prescription for my pet. They gave me two quotes--one generic and one name brand. The generic was not in stock. Happy with how helpful and friendly the service was. The only thing that would have been more helpful was if they could have checked stock at other local WalMart pharmacy for generic Rx.

Consider calling before you go to pick up your prescription. Several times we've received the automated call that the prescription is ready to pick up.We've gone to pick them up and they weren't ready. The workers haven't been rude in my experience.

Gina helped me today... if you could call it that. She was very rude when I went to pick up my prescription, chastised me for not picking up my prescription within the 8 days, i apologized for that since I dont work in town its hard for me to get there. She then told me it will be a 30 minute wait(I told her I had no problem with that, trying to kill the girl with kindness trying to change her attitude... it didnt work) I then walked around walmart for that amount of time, the same girl saw me walk up, she walked away a left me there for a good 5 minutes that resulted in a nice long line by the time she helped me. Same attitude. Same rudness. Then after i had gotten a yrs worth of prescription the last time... she only gave me a month... she continued to show me this Walmart has done nothing to change their employees attitudes... the only one i respect is the wonderful little old lady in the garden section... she needs a raise this girl needs a new job.

Every single time I go to get medicine from here the workers are always rude! The two lady pharmacist are always nice when they give me a consultation. The male pharmacist wouldn’t even acknowledge me just standing waiting for someone to help me he just kept looking at me. I dread going to this pharmacy. I’m sorry if you don’t want to do your job find something else to do!

Hands down! The worst pharmacy ever... Their customer service, erase that, i dont even call it customer service there is no such thing as customer service at this pharmacy. No phone etiquette, time management is awful. Needs a complete make over! Deserves a negative zero rating wise.

Horrible customer service. Picked up wrong prescription, the one I needed they couldn't find so I asked for a refund the pharmacist oked the refund and I got to deal with the rude cashier like I was wasting her time. The only reason people come here because of the price.

One of the ladies that works there was extremely RUDE and short with me. Very unprofessional and quick to shove me off and call up the next customer. When I asked a question all her response was “yup.” Worst experience I’ve had there.

Don't waste your time going.. VERY VERY RUDE!!!! I called to get a refill (which took over 35 mins of calling time) and the lady hung up on me while I was talking to her. 0 stars!
