Went in to pick up something for my wife and asked if employee k ew where it was located. This person stopped what she was doing and walked me over to the item. She made sure that I got what my wife had sent me in for.

I had requested a prescription transfer, but unfortunately, it took longer than the promised time frame, which was quite inconvenient. On top of that, I encountered a pharmacist who was less than friendly. It's disappointing when the service doesn't meet expectations, especially when it comes to something as important as medication. I hope Walgreens takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.

Unfortunately I didn’t look at the store associates name, but on 02/02/2024 at 9:40 pm, lady who was helping me, didn’t accept my military ID as a proof of identity for FedEx package pick up.

Usually here in the late hours. The staff seem decent about their work environment as well just over hearing their conversations only because it's kind of dead by the time I'm there so it's all you hear. Never had a problem unless it's just cash register lagging up front but that's about it. The pharmacy hasn't given me any problem either. Thank you Walgreens.

Long waits at pharmacy but guy helping me was nice. Said I would get my scripts transferred over from Save Mart but they had to be resubmitted on a Friday to the doctor and told it would he ready same day, but no text or call. But I get their super busy from Save Mart transfers. Just wish it went smoother.

They took over Save Mart prescriptions and seriously have ONE 1 Employee working. 10 people in line. Customers playing music on their phones in line so loud you can't hear the staff. To top it off the don't take anthem blue cross so I had to pay cash. The store is filthy. Trash on the floor. Dirty floors literally afraid to touch anything. This place is disgusting. Spoke to manager and hi got a pathetic sorry. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!!

(READ IT AGAIN) I was here last night shopping no one was in the photo hut had to ask for help. One lady was visibly shaken I thought she was going to have a heart attack or pass out the way she looked.Another lady was just extremely annoyed with everything and everyone it just made her seem super rude. Then there was a third woman that seemed to be off in her own little world and acted like the costumer's didn't exist yet she didn't seem to really be doing anything.Then came check out the cashier was super friendly but not very professional and seemed more interested in chatting then anything. !All in all good place to stop and shop if you just need a few items but definitely not a go to shopping place for me and probably not most of you.

I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would. Josh was the most disrespectful customer service rep I've ever met. I hate to see how he talks to his mother. And Leon, the shift leader isn't any better. The foul language that is used in front of customers is ridiculous. I would say that they were intoxicated on the job by the way that they talk, but, that's giving them tooóooo much credit. What it really amounts to is that they just have horrible customer service skills.

The pharmacy is a joke. They don't know how to bill SCIF.CVS never had a problem with SCIF.The Sega continues. Cvs sent 3 request to transfer my prescription over to them, I went to Walgreens, and they tell me they haven't received anything. The pharmacist overheard me, he came over to the computer and presto! the requests were on the computer.....lack of knowledge or they were personally rude to me for my review..⁸

Absolutely the worst pharmacy we have ever had to deal with!Not only do they conveniently forgot to fill half your medications. They argue with you saying they never received them even after the Doctor talked to them personally about the missing medications needing to be filled!Good luck just relying on their posted hrs of operation or calling them to make sure they will be open at the times stated. I showed up at 6:30 pm only to get there and see a sign posted they closed at 4:30 mind you they also had a lunch break right only 2 hrs before that!!

After waiting in the express pick up line for 27 min I was told the shot I made an appointment for was unavailable, I had specifically asked before getting in line if this was the same spot for the vaccinations. I went to get easter cards and gifts.They were out of cards and the photo shop seemed to be to be unmanned. Two girls did try to help after i asked, but no one seemed to know hiw to order gifts. My dog just died 3 wks ago and i wanted to get a special mug for my husband.. i was Finally able to pay after asking a few people. Wow, i dont Expect the service to be as good as precovid or whatever but I do deserve to get the product that I buy and feel assured that I will get it in a timely manner. Do not ever wanna shop there again I probably will.. Just wish i knew how people that own or manage these stores think we're going to put up with this s***Annnd, already sopped using pharmacy three years ago. PS YOU G CASHIER WAS NICE AND HELPED DIFFUSE THE SITUATION.

I’ve been ordering photos from the store for several years now because it’s right down the street from my house. Recently I’ve ordered several more items only to go into the store to find out that I’ve been sent a confirmation and my photos are not actually ready. I choose a lot of the options because their same day pick up however, recently it’s been more like three days. I’m only frustrated because every time I go in they they tell me things will be ready in another hour or so or within the day and then I go back and it’s still not done.I went in this morning because I was sent a confirmation and I was told the album I ordered(which was same day pickup) was printed but has not been put together. According to my order confirmation it should have been done the night before. It’s really frustrating to get a notification, make the time to go there and find out it isn’t even done. Especially because it was a gift for tomorrow but I will be out of town so now I’ll have to send it after the fact. I’m really unhappy. Two days before this I ordered magnets that I was told were done but guess what? Nope.

The people that work there very nice! Unfortunately, the only two times I went to this location I ended up getting frustrated with the organization of service. After my first covid dose I was told to come back on a certain date. When I came back I was told I had to make an appointment. Why wouldn't I have been scheduled while I was there for my first dose?I want to prevent frustration for other people, so double check to see if they scheduled you for your second dose.

Just had to revise my opinion on this store.Though some Employees no matter were you are will never understand customer service or manners I have to say for the most part this store ranks high in my book.The manager is super when dealing with customers and problems, and will address any problems head on until resolved.Have to say really changed my total outlook....on this walgreens store.Thank you management for being straightforward and professional.

I love this particular store. It is very clean and organized. The employees are always great and i like the products.I took a friend to the drive thru pharmacy and i had never done that. I dont know why we waited so long but the Covid 19 vaccines perhaps. The man at the window was very polite and efficient. I still give this store 5 stars. 😀

Employees(pharmacist) were very kind. Dropped of a prescription for 120 Norcos 10-325's. Went in store had to use a Good RX coupon on my phone. My order was done in like 5 minutes blazing fast. Asked them if they physically counted them or used a machine. . I was told they physically count them "twice" the second time they circle the qty on the bottle to show that second count was done. Well who ever counted mine needs to watch some Sesame Street.My son and I counted twice I received "118" Not 120. If you count on these (plus pay for them) This is upsetting. COUNT your pills at pharmacy counter!! I think this might happen more than people think. As soon as you leave counter you loose all credibility when it comes to proving your actual amount received. Fast service but would rather have waited for a while to get proper amount of pills.

This pharmacy is not my number one choice because when I go and ask a question to the cashiers or any employee they "never know" or send me to another area and that person doesn't know either. It's also been really hard for me to get a at home covid test kit, I've had many friends throughout the day telling me they get a hold of those kits and when I go and ask right in that moment they look at each other and tell me there aren't any even though my friends get it minutes before me. I don't know what is they're problem but it's gotta get fixed.

The people in the pharmacy always act put out and annoyed when I ask them for help. The pharmacist wont even answer when you ask him something the pharm. Techs answer for him. So rude. The only reason I shop here is because its close to my house, and the sweet blonde lady who works in the front and wears all the silver is an angel.

The cashier's are always friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program and the beauty enthusiast. I've earned so many free items. Plus they send you tons of special coupons and ways to earn points if you download the app. Plus one of the best parts is if you save coupon thru the app, you can use it multiple times and it loads it automatically when you check out.

Horrible! Horrible! Don't use Walgreens pharmacy even if your life depends on it!!!! Tonight I was told I picked up my mom's prescription yesterday. They told me it was a medication she has never had!!! It was a chemotherapy medication for breast cancer!!!! I live with my mother. I take care of her medications. So WHO did get it and WHAT insurance paid for it? I had not even been to Walgreens the day before! Then at the same time they told me she had 3 to pick up. That's all well and good except they (3 employees) spent 25 minutes looking for one of the 3!!! They couldn't find it!!! The computer said it was ready and she had a text saying it was ready. While 7 people waited in line behind me at 8:30 P.M. they looked! I finally was embarrassed enough with the other customers I told them to find it and call me in the morning!!! The employees were rude as if it was my fault THEY lost it. The employee argued with me about the one that I had supposedly picked up! I asked a question and was rudely told to just wait! Just because they couldn't find the missing one didn't mean they needed to take it out on me!!! I had been to Rite Aid, CVS, and Wal-Mart with trouble at all three! (Rude employees, medications not ready when they said they would be, LONG lines, etc). I was at the end of my rope. I had horrible experiences with Walgreens in Fresno so bad avoided them here. As a last resort I went there. I don't know what to do now! If they can lose one she needed tonight and say she was given one she doesn't even take I'm very concerned! Not to mention the dude employees. Not just tonight but one man I dealt with this morning actually swore in front of me because he hit the wrong number on the phone even after I told him what to push!!! (This was also a pharmacy employee!) The employees in the store have been very nice and helpful, it's the pharmacy that is HORRIBLE!!!👎👎👎👎👎. If I could give them a zero I would!

I wasn't here too long but it was a nice experience. Was able to find a cold drink and the employees were great at answering my questions. It has a drive through pharmacy that that will be nice if I ever have to drop off or pick up a description.

I went to the pharmacy to ask a question. I was not greeted, the worker Richard, said he would be right with me. Didn't even look up to make eye contact. I waited for over 40 minutes to ask a question. The entire staff was giving rude answers to customers and were not friendly at all. I will NEVER go there again.

I had appointment and they made me wait while they helped other customers. I provided them with my insurance card and they said I needed a pharmacy insurance. I was not able to get my Covid-19 vaccine after waiting for over an hour. Horrible experience.
