This is mostly for the printing services - the staff was SO kind and patient with me. They took the time to make sure I was getting the correct print that I needed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Judit was the one that was working with me but I really appreciated how nice the department was.

The last couple months I have needed to print mailing labels and mail some packages. Both times I felt very welcomed and comfortable with the service given to get the task completed. Both times they took the time with me as how to print the labels. I will continue to go to them for my mailing and label printing needs it is enjoyable to feel like I am an individual customer. Thank you for great customer service in a time where it is very hard to find.

Most ridiculous Staples ever. If you order a print online, do not expect them to start working on it until you physically show up to the store past the due date. No amount of phone calls or emails will get them to work on your order. I called three times and was left on hold and forgotten about. Another call they told me they would get back to me in 15 minutes to no avail. Ridiculous.Update:It is clear that the workers here do not give a flying fudge popsicle about what they do. Upon finally receiving my print, I get home to see that they cut it smaller than the requested size AND crookedly. What happened to pride in what you do and quality customer service?

Order online. Come in for pick and then go get your own stuff. Same day print. More like….when we get around to it. This place has horrible customer service, and should be avoided.

Went to ship a package, but they were not able to accept it. Despite all that, they did help me get my label printed and my box sealed properly. Five stars for not being able to get the main thing accomplished you ask? They went out of their way to ensure that I didn't have an issue with it, and even gave me directions to where I could complete the job I needed.

I went in the store today grabbed a memory chip and business invoices - walked up to pay for items ( only one cashier was open ) had one person I front of me - a lady -who had her phone out and was showing the cashier I guess some pictures - coupons or idk - a cashier next to me was there so I asked if she was open - she said what was your payment cash or card - I said cashier- she told me she could only do card transactions - I said ok - so I look back at the cashier with the lady and still were doing the phone thing - whatever that was - close to 10 mins had passed - in which at this time I noticed many employees in the front store area but no one on registers so needless to say I started to get frustrated to the point I was getting a little agitated - so finally an employee comes to open another register and asked could I help who was next - so I go over to newly opened register - put my two items on counter and he rung me up - total was around 42.00 so I had him a 50.00 in which he tales then I heard him call to get change at register from whom ever - a couple of minutes pass and nothing !!! At that particular time I am about to lose it - lose my patience which I rarely do but then he called for change again and I asked for my 50.00 back back bc I was absolutely done waiting to get rung up !!!Idk where the customer service went at that particr time but it definitely was not there - normally I'm in and out there but this time was one of those times where I can't understand what the problem was - I decided to go somewhere else that wanted my 50.00 and acted like it !!!VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!!!!

When we entered the store I asked the young man behind the cash register where the ink cartridges were located. He said something that I couldn't make out and I asked him again but he was too busy flirting with a young female so I asked him again. He condescendingly pointed in the direction I should travel.I then Had to search the store just to find someone to assist me in getting the correct ink cartridge. I told him the model number and he looked in the book, walked down the aisle, pointed at the package and walked off without so much as "is there anything else?" By this time though, had he asked, I had already made up my mind to say NO Thank You.I went to check out and the first young man I'd encountered and asked directions, was now engaged in a conversation on the store's telephone and was too busy to even say "I'll be right with you." I stood there waiting for a few moments, probably about 2 or 3 minutes, but it seemed like forever. By this time other people were standing in line too. I finally made a comment and a few seconds later he said good-bye and hung up. I paid for my purchase and was told to "have a nice day..."After I got home (which by the way is 50 miles from the store) and went to install my new cartridge(s) I found that even though the packaging says it's for the HP Deskjet 3520 it's not the correct cartridge. My printer/copier takes three (3) individual color cartridges and the contents are just one large cartridge.I will only go back to the Hanford store one more time.

I walked up to the counter and asked for the email to send my document for printing. They wouldn't give it to me. I stood in line for a half hour. I said I just need 2 pages printed. They tell me to email my document and stand aside. They start printing the documents for the guy behind me first. They told me to wait for the return email number to be printed and go print it on a self serve printer. Went to the self serve printer and it's out of order. They then yell over to me, "How many pages did you want printed?" Then after 40 minutes when they hand me my 2 pages they have to ask the guy who was behind me in line to step away from the card reader so I can pay. Manager if your reading this you need to hire more full time employees to work the printing area and a full time technician to fix your printers and keep your systems up. Every single time I have been here the system or printers are down.

The literal worst Staples in existence. Stay AWAY!The customer service is awful. So awful!! We went in to use their new promotional 'fix water damage to your phone' thing that they are heavily promoting (TL:DR - it did not work, and they tried to take MORE money from me, rather than giving us our money back!) - first of all, NO ONE was around. It took 10 minutes for us to find ANY associates in the store.Did I mention that there were no customers in the store? Not a single one, but me!What were they doing? In the back smoking weed? Who knows! Seriously. 10 minutes and no one. Eventually we got the thing going - they did not know how to work it. It has step by step directions, WRITTEN ON THE BOX. And they didn't know how to work it.Then, get this, my phone is still broken. After I paid the $69. They asked me then to pay another $50 to send it to their "lab" who the heck knows where... Yeah, right.Anyways, after politely refusing, they tell me, "sorry, too bad it didn't work, have a nice day" and start to walk away. Um, no. The promotion clearly states, if it doesn't work, I don't have to pay. I want my $69 back. The guy had to call his manager, because he said the promotion was wrong and I wasn't going to get my money. Then, he took down all the stuff that said you'd get your money back. After I made it clear I wasn't going to stand for that, they relented and gave me my money back, but they still took down the promotional material that was plastered all around saying you'd get your money back - clearly, they are trying to be shady!BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES! EVER! They will cheat you if they can, and they will not give you ANYTHING resembling good customer service!!

What a nice change of pace. It's been a while since I've been in my local Staples and mostly due to the poor customer service. It was nice to be welcomed and appreciated. Any questions I might have had were answered by very knowledgable and friendly staff. Well done

I went to staples looking for a legal document form. I asked one of the sales people where I could find it. The sales clerk walked me all the way to the section and tried her hardest to find the firm I was looking for. Unfortunately they do not have the exact form I needed but she was amazingI am sorry I did not get her name. She deserves a big pat on the back from management. Thank you.

Walked in and i was greeted by employee. I was looking for something specific. She was working the register so she sent me to the right isle & had a floor tech help me. They helped me out & were courtious. I like tge store & do all my printing & faxes thru them.

They were extremely helpful even though I couldn't figure out how to send one of my emails so they could print it off for me they tried and tried and tried and then the one email that I did managed to get to go through they gave me for free just because she could tell how frustrated I was very friendly very helpful staff

FedEx website states this location should accept ground packages. Person working counter said I could not drop off a pre-labeled ground package and sent me to Walgreens instead.

Price gouge. I got a price quote online and it didn't match what I was charged in person. I asked what they'd charge to cut my invitations in the printing section and they told me it'd be $2 per cut. No thank you

the times I went shopping at staples I always noticed a male who I thought was just a staples sales associate almost breaking his neck by looking down at his phone THE WHOLE TIME he was walking the store ,and even behind the tech counter ,turns out he's one of the staples MANAGER/SUPERVISOR. Now that isn't professional at all.

i brought a new motherboard to get put into my old pc which had a dead motherboard they didn't even get to it, its only a hour - hour and a half very disapointed
