It’s clean, well stock! I come here often just because they do have everything that I’m looking for. Fresh meat, fresh fruits and vegetables! Never had a problem with any mold.There employees are really kind in helpful!

This is a very large grocery store, and it's pretty safe to say you can find almost anything here.Among my favorite items to buy is an entire roasted chicken for $8.99 every day.There are many reasons why chicken should be incorporated into your diet, sometimes instead of red meats or pork. First of all, billions of people on the planet do not even eat pork, but almost everybody likes some good rotisserie chicken.Also for those of us who don't exercise enough, you want to keep a careful eye on how many carbs you consume. Pasta, bread, even rice is loaded with carbs. Once again, this is not a terrible thing if you are exercising regularly, but if not you want to stick to as much meat & vegetables as possible.That's not to say this grocery store is not filled with a bunch of amazing cookies, chips, ice cream, pies, candy, bread, etc.No matter what your dietary choices are, you will likely find the ingredients or the final product at this establishment.

Great produce, awesome variety and selection across the board, and I appreciate they have bulk options both for businesses and homes without having to make another trip to Costco. I’m not a fan of the people that hang out in the parking lot and around this strip of stores but Smart and Final is one of the best options for groceries in town

Still has friendly staff...stocking problems still exist due to inflation and other challenges we are all facing. Prices are still rising weekly on staples. Still a great place to shop.I really enjoy chatting with the staff. They are very knowledgeable.

This is my second horrible experience at Smart and Final within the last 2 months. After what happened previously, I should never have returned. Big mistake; HUGE.Let me state at the outset that I am a disabled senior. I live with Multiple Sclerosis and use a power wheelchair. I am quite handicapped, and have only partial use of one arm and hand. I need assistance with closed doors, items on shelves both higher and lower than my seating position, lifting items, and placing items into the backpack at the back of my chair.I shall try to be brief. Upon approaching the entrance to Smart and Final I found a young man moving carts into their designated area, blocking my entry. I clamly waited for his task to be completed when he informed me I should go around him...navigating around 20 plus carts in a row and quite close to the door was a near impossibility, but I managed. I went in the store, went to the meat department, and looked for help. I called for help. Several clerks walked right by me, but ignored my request for assistance. I left the area in tears.I maneuvered to another aisle attempting to locate ziploc bags. As I moved down the aisle I came along side of a product display which took up approximately 1/3 of the aisles width. As I passed by the display, barely clearing it, the same clerk who had earlier told me to go around him approached me BUT instead of allowing me to clear the display, he forced his body between my chair and the shelf. I was appalled and shocked. I determined then to contact Smart and Final's HQ.I had another unpleasant experience at check out which I relayed to Customer Relations, not that Customer Relations cared. After explaining every unpleasant event to the CSR (Customer Service Representative), the CSR told me she would pass along my concerns, and thanked me for calling. No concern, no caring, no empathy, no respect, and no apology. I could practically hear this person filing her nails as she smacked her gum. Smart and Final has zero respect for its disabled customers. I shall never cross their threshold again. A little compassion goes a long way. My bank account and I will remain a very long way from them from here on out. Worse customer service ever.On edit: Despite Smart and Finals request that I contact them as shown below, they have not contacted me in return, nor do I expect them too. Smart and Final does NOT care about their disabled and/or senior customers!

Tried to get my WIC but the register would not read my card. The lady called for the manager for help. The manager even said he didn't know how WIC works. I was just trying to get my juice and cereal. The lady was told to call front desk. She did but no one answered. She wasn't able to do anything. I told her thank you for trying. Won't go back again for WIC items

My go to place for my BBQ cook supplies, this time they out of first street buns, shredded lettuce, I love this place cause it is a one stop shop to get everything I need, I get bummed when they are out of stock, other places don't carry the same size and quality, 4 star for inventory, 5 star for everything else!

Great addition to the middle of our town. But lets not forget our local stores it would be horrible to see them go out of business. We dont need anymore empty buildings or unemployed people. Cost less is an asset to our community

Placed an online order. They picked out our items we ordered. When it was done and ready my ordered was canceled on me! I even offered to pick it up. Never got back to me at all.
