i’ve rented here before and it was great. The second time I came with high hopes for it, and got attitude off the rip on the morning of the rental from the man in charge before I even got there. As soon as we came in he denied service and disrespected my mom and me in front of the entire store. I have never had such a poor customer service experience in my life. I didn’t have high expectations for U-Haul this experience alone somehow managed to single-handedly keep me from being a customer at this store, and any U-Haul store for the rest of my human existence. I have never been so humiliated for other staff and furious at a staff member in my entire life. If I can give zero stars, I would.

I recently visited this feed store and was impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. The staff was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my livestock-related questions. Additionally, the prices were reasonable, which made it an even better experience. I would highly recommend this feed store to anyone looking for quality feed and excellent customer service.

I went there to rent a u haul and I have to wait in line but when I finally got up there while he was helping me He stopped to help the other people behind me. I had to wait longer while he continued to help people that were behind me. I got the truck for two days and was told that they are closed on a Sunday, so if I want to return it when someone’s there, I can do it Monday, but Sunday I can also leave it there and leave the keys in the dropbox. So for peace of mind, I decided to bring it in Monday. I received a call asking when I was going to bring it back. I let him know when and he then told me there would be an extra fee for keeping it an extra day and I told him I was not told that when I picked up the U-Haul or I would’ve returned it Sunday, I will not rent a U-Haul from this place again I felt like waiting in line, and then when I got to the register, having to wait again while he helped other customers was very rude and unprofessional, and not telling me about the extra fee if I would have returned it Monday since they would not be open on a Sunday wasn’t very professional.

I rented a uhaul truck and was told I could return it after hrs just park it and put key in the drop box wich I did then I also called the 1 800 number and was told I would possibly be charged 20$ cuz I didn't take a photo of mileage and gas wich I was never told to do wich brings me to my next point I did take a photo of the inside of truck because it was dirty but also of the gas gauge so I put it back wher it was when I picked it up I looked at my bill and so I called them cuz the rental and 20 mile would have put me at 49$ per store so I called and was told I failed to put gas wich I did fill back to the same as the photo I took upon pick up bad business I knew owner Tim and family for years they would not appreciate this being done under there business name I didn't appreciate being lied to be careful take photos before and after at this business

I get my dogs vaccines and treats here. Owner is super nice and welcoming. The few other staff members I've worked with are very professional. Lots of variety for any of your animals needs. Great store!

Hidden Treasure. I've lived in the central valley for over twenty years but was never awarded an opportunity to step inside. Needed to return back to CA from WA and was pressed for time. My family managed to cover the cost of our u-haul but with the drive, several children I was still overwhelmed.Automatic stress relief when we arrived in the parking lot, thankfully the store owner calmly directed us to the entrance which was the Sanchez Feed and Seed. He made sure to give me a printed copy of the receipt which is very rare these days. Appreciate this high level of custom service.Very welcoming calming environment well stocked supply. Hidden treasure needs more than 5 stars

Bought victor dog food, not cheap. I got home & the bag ripped open, spilling the food out in our yard. I called them & they allowed me to bring spilled food back & replaced food at no cost to me...these guys will b my go to for any & all animal needs. They're awesome!

Me and my husband rented a U-Haul from here and we were charged extra for gas that we had already put in there. Mr. Sanchez did not seem to care at all and had a tone to his voice that seemed unbothered. It was really discouraging seeing as we recently moved and needed the money

Got some baby chicks and baby ducks from them. They don't have a big selection but it's a family owned business with great products and friendly service. The place is clean and they carry a little bit of everything you would expect from a feed and seed place.

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. Selection isn't huge but they've always had exactly what I was looking for or a suitable alternative. Been about 5 or 6 times now. Everything is great but the customer service is really the pinnacle of the place that keeps me coming back.
