My mother's prescriptions are never ready even though she has called multiple times. She is constantly sent to another town at the last second to get her inhaler that she needs. Most of the pharmacy staff is rude and absolutely does not care about their customers. I am disgusted about the way she has been treated and plan to call cooperate and switch pharmacies. Do not go here for your medications.

I just transferred my prescriptions to Rite Aid on 10th Avenue. Never having been there before, I had some questions about the price I was being charged and asked if the girl helping me could check that she had my correct insurance because it was more than I have ever paid before. She was so rude and antagonistic that I started to cry. She walked off on me and the pharmacist rang me up. I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I regret having transferred my meds to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is terrible with communication . Went to pickup my mothers medication to be told it need a pre authorazation from her dr. They could of called me but didnt got on the phone with the drs office they said they would call it in. Which they did when they could finally get through to talk to someone. I went to a couple of stores I go to get it they tell me its not ready so I sit and wait a few mins later im getting a phone call from rite aid that its ready I tell them Ive been sitting right here. Its no wonder some of these stores have closed . They suck!

Poor service called for my daughters prescription at 1pm and they didnt have it ready till almost 8:00pm!!! They said they would send out a text and they never did. i had to call again and see if it was ready and was told it was ready but yet they never onces sent out a text about it being ready! my daughter really needed her prescription. Im definitely switching pharmacies. Its not only the first time they do this i dont understand how it would take all day long for it. They are just lazy and very unprofessional. Wont be back and definitely don't recommend this pharmacy if you need your prescription urgently especialy for small children .

This is the BEST place in Hanford to get your prescriptions! It is fast and accurate, I get notices by text and product is ready! I have tried at least 2 different pharmacies and they were too crowded and understaffed. Here- I get the needed service without waiting or feeling push through. --- Hope my positive review doesn't make this SO crowded that the service is lost. (said in jest!)

Hats off to this Rite Aid Pharmacy!! I haven't been to this pharmacy in a long while because I had moved and went to a different location. The staff working today (10/22/19) is incredible! They were on top of my insurance questions and gave me great information that nobody else was able to figure out and give to me. The pharmacist, Everette (I hope I spelled your name right) is such a friendly person, so helpful and just a joy to be around! It really does make me so incredibly happy that such amazing people run this pharmacy. I highly recommend coming to this Rite Aid and using them as your pharmacy. You will NOT be let down. By far the best in town and they all have wonderful personalities.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for over 2 years now, know most of the people that work there and they are very friendly..."people person" oriented and it is always a pleasure to go there! They have a wide variety of items for a drug store from clothes to Coca Cola to CD's so I usually always end up picking up something extra...a positive experience in all respects--- the Pharmacy, is very timely too and answers all questions well. And I am a doctor!!👍👍
