Grooming department has been very disrespectful and Useless when it comes to grooming my dog, first the shaved her completely when I didn’t ask for it and the person who did it didn’t even have the guts to bring me my dog, she made someone else do it.Second time I called ahead to let them know what I needed to which they agreed, only for them to say they couldn’t do it after I had driven 30 MINUTES to bring my dog in.One word to describe them is just USELESS! Don’t do business with them they hate their job

Very friendly staff. In the few times I've visited so far, they were laughing and joking with eachother while also paying attention to customers needs. They showed excitement about guest's pets, offered helpful tips (in my case re: trimming kitty nails) and specifically engaged with children in the shop.When I was a kid, hitting up the petstore was so fun. I'm happy to observe that such magic continues.

My dog has really bad anxiety but there is a groomer here that does a fantastic job with her! She also loves the toys!

They have just about everything for any pet that you may have? Every food product you can imagine... The only thing I didn't like was, they didn't have any or very minimal amount of first aide for my dog. She was attacked by a bigger dog and was wounded. And I didn't find anything there that I could use for her. I wasn't about to spend thousands of $ on just flesh wounds. I went to Walmart and found human first aid e products for her. Today she is good as new. Love my dog....

Only choice in town for our dog food. Oftentimes, 6-10 people are in line with 1 checker. There is no one on the floor to assist. Corporate greed over customer service/support.The staff are courteous and helpful.

The groomers at PetSmart are phenomenal!. Our Husky loves going. She knows she's going to get pampered and loved every visit. The staff throughout the store are incredible and extremely friendly. I highly recommend checking out the Hanford, Ca store.

1 first time in my life that I experience this of a dog having puppies at 56 years old and I don't know why but I feel mad towards the mother cuz I feel she ate my baby no more that's terrible but I still love her and six babies

I cannot believe the QUALITY of their fish.. Not only were ALL of their Bettas in HORRIBLE condition 2 or 3 with ICK - Almost all of them had MAJOR fin rot & they were all close to death. NOW.. Onto their regular fish tanks.. I found that at least half of their tanks had ICK & they were still willing to sell me one that had ick, was in the same tank as the ones with ick (if it wasn't showing any signs of it & also ones that shared the same sump water filter so basically any of the other infected tanks. That's so irresponsible & unexceptable. DONT buy fish from here or ANY othe r petsmart really.. They are always horrible but never this bad. Petco usually has way better bettas and if they find ick they don't sell any that use the same sump filter until its treated cleared and time has gone by to make sure they don't have it. I get that they have shipments of fish already infected but that's what quarentine is for & also they shouldn't be selling these OBVIOUSLY INFECTED sick fish. After complaining she took out the really sick ones so I didn't get pictures of them but she didn't get them all not nearly.

Terrible service in the grooming department. I have tried 3 separate times and have been disappointed with service and the cut is never right and a service is always missing like nails or teeth. This last appointment I asked for just a little off and even showed her the length. I picked my dog up and she was nearly bald you could see the pink on her skin. And groomers never ever chat with you about the dogs needs or how the visit went. Will be driving further out to Visalia petco from now on because I don’t feel this department cares about you or your pet

Although I have purchased items from the store several times with no concerns, the pet grooming is terrific.The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. Even when the HVAC went out for weeks in the summer. They were hot, sweaty, pet hair sticking to every part of their bodies, they still managed to keep their great outlook and professionalism.They never fail to care for the pets with the care they deserve.The grooming is always done as asked. The pets always look purrdy.

Pictures added to this post are the cute ones my son took. Petsmart is always clean and seems to treat their animals well. We recently purchased a bearded dragon from here and he passed away not two weeks later. He didn’t seem well or vibrant from the start. Petsmart did the right thing and replaced him with another little guy who seems to be doing well and thriving. I’m not sure about the factual knowledge the employees have or the training they get but that’s what Google 😉 is for, right? Friendly cashiers and clean restrooms are also a plus!

We only come here for grooming. Be aware if your pet has allergies they don't keep a record of this and should be told about it everytime. We didn't know and our per ended up with a gnarly hot spot. We won't be going back.

There's alot of good things here for pets. They have all kinds of toys, clothes, treats. A training area for classes so you can train you dog. And of course the section I needed. Aquariums. They had the fancy goldfish I wanted which were vibrant in color. They had live water plants which is what I also needed at a reasonable price.

7/30 1125am ish to 1140am ish.It's 2023. With that being said I'm pretty sure racism is unacceptable and I'm pretty sure the days of denying someone the service of CHECKING OUT is well past us. But the woman on lane 1 would disagree as she denied us (me my spouse and my two boys) service stating she wasn't open. She took the person immediately behind me and proceeded to check them out. I'll be back in the store because hatred doesn't stop me from shopping somewhere. But do better.
