This shop is so helpful and flexible! In September my car had an axle issue and they took initiative to locate a part not commonly sold. Now in March, my husband's car was towed due to transmission issue.we didn't know until Pep Boys staff ran a test. The manager graciously waived the test fee since the repair is outside their practice. Such friendly faces and punctual communication!

Was there during the Black Friday rush(my Thanksgiving came with a flat tire). Front desk gentlemen advised the wait was an hour and a half so I came back when things settled down. Staff was in good spirits even after a busy morning. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and easy to chat with. Customer service was great!

My car's A/C was not cooling so I went to Pepboys and made an appointment on 05/11/2023. Pepboys called to reschedule due to A/C technician called in sick. Rescheduled appointment to May 15. Again Pepboys called to reschedule appointment due to A/C technician called in sick again and the following two days. Was referred by Pepboys to Sandoval auto shop. Sandoval replaced the A/C compressor and condenser on 07/03/2023. On 01/29/2024 Pepboys removed and replaced the alternator and had to remove the AC compressor to gain access to the alternator. On 03/22/2024 the AC was not cooling. Was told when the AC compressor was reinstalled by Pepboys the wire to the AC compressor was pinched causing the AC not to cool or turn on. Returned to Pepboys for the repair and to my astonishment they denied it and they said they had nothing to do with the AC and would not repair the wire. I was shocked and disappointed with Pepboys because I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and to be told in a harsh, blaming, condescending way was very upsetting. I have never had any issues with Pepboys and now it saddens me to say I have lost trust in them to take my car to them for service.

I went up to pep boys to get my radiator replaced on my Yukon Denali. Unfortunately I had the wrong part and the Jason (the manager) gave me his PERSONAL number to send pictures so I can confirm the proper part. So when I tell you there level of costumer service is by far incomparable I mean INCOMPARABLE.

We’ve been here twice for last minute repairs and they’ve always been super helpful and knowledgeable! The prices are super reasonable, even cheap sometimes, for good quality work. The front staff are really nice and welcoming too!

We always take our Mercedes, F250 and other vehicles here. They always give it to us straight. This last week we had Toni and Jason who took great care of us. We were hearing a noise coming from the brakes and they replaced both the brakes and rotors as part of the warranty. To give us peace of mind.Most mechanics will loop you and drive you nuts taking you in circles. They addressed the issue and worked towards it. Thanks you guys! This was my first time with pep boys in let me just say this is one of the best shop I came across. I came in for a batteries installation. Toni was great in gave me a quote, which it was super affordable!! When I drove to the back to park. The employees approach me right away in knew why I was there. He was already expecting me. There was no lack of communication, it was mostly open conversation and understandable, which I thought it was great. It felt comfortable in the waiting room. The waiting period was no less then 30mins. So yes I will be coming back and I do recommend peps boys!!!

This place is amazing I felt bless when I left, the manager amazing they help me out even though the lights went out and I had a flat tire. Made me feel welcomed and such friendly helpful people. I'll forever be thankful for them. Will be coming for oil change etc.

I had a 10:30 appointment to change my oil, find the cause of an oil leak and take advantage of the buy 2 get 2 free tire promotion. Jason drove to the Fresno location to get the tires I needed. The oil leak ended up being a grease leak. They were able to have my car ready by 5. Then, when finding an Uber was impossible, Jason gave us a ride to pick up my car. Great Customer Service! I have had good customer service at Pepboys for years. Today, Jason really went above & beyond.

Great shop for tires and maintenance recommendations. Tried to get a transmission flush but found the machine was down. The alignments are also down. Corporate can you look into this for the Hanford, CA shop?

It took 2 hours to have my oil changed here today. I arrived 10 minutes early and there were no other cars in the bays when I arrived so it really didn't make sense why.

The receptionist, Toni, was incredible. My wife and I are on a road trip home, in Washington, and we saw that our tired had a huge hole in it. We put on a spare and headed to Pep Boys, and she got us a new one very quickly. On top of that, our tire pressure light was blinking after changing our tire, and I asked the mechanic, Ransom, if it would he ok for the drive. He kindly explained that the tires chip would reset after driving shortly and offered to check our tire preasure and gave is the A-ok!

These guys saved my butt. I called ahead after blowing out a tire. They towed me and stayed open late to get me in and out. I would have been stuck losing the rest of my trip. Really nice and fast service. Rose, Steven, and Victor were super nice.

I’ve been to autozone, Firestone, and worked on my car a little myself and could not find the culprit of why my car is shaking while driving. Pepboys was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour. They were friendly and got the job done.

Made an appointment for tire repair. Was told at Pep Boys that the tire tread was too thin to repair. They wanted to sell me tires, of course. I took the car to another very reputable shop nearby and they repaired the tire easily. They said the nail in the tire was in a very easy to repair location. And that the tread was getting down there but certainly not too thin to repair. Of course I will later replace the tires at the shop that didn't lie to me. Beware.
