Erika helped us check-out and with our balloons. She was fun and extremely helpful. Had a great experience there today because of her! We need more Erika's. Going to rate on receipt for her too because, yeah, we need more people, esp in customer service like her! "Welcome to the Party!" 😉 Loved her vibe and energy! Makes such a difference in the world we live in today! Thanks Erika and thanks Party City! Looking forward to celebrating my father's 80th all with the help from this store and its employees. C. Weed was there too and he was helpful, friendly and funny too, so shout out to him as well. They seemed to have good banter between them.

If you order 24 huge balloons keep in mind you'll have to figure a way to get them where your going... We succeeded at this. Great team and very helpful.

Party City has everything you need for any type of party you’re planning. Also, they have seasonal items of decorations and costumes and accessories. Price for these items are fair and they offer curbside pickup and deliveries. Don’t forget about the balloons too. They have many different selections of balloons. For kids adults and all ages shapes and sizes. All that is fun in one store! One stop shop for parties!

Prices were great for getting the Harry Potter stuff needed for my daughter's birthday party. The service at the register wasn't all that great. Plus their candy section had open candies and leftover wrappers in the bins. I'd go back for decor for sure though.

Went in to look for Halloween costumes, and all they really had were packaged outfits.Granted they had accessories, but not really outfit components like Spirit of Halloween did.Granted, they have a great candy section, but that's really the only purpose I'll be using this store for in the future. They're costuming abilities are just clearly and disappointingly lacking.

Great prices on all their balloons I got my super bowl ones here cause at Save Mart they were over priced for the same one's! One at the super market was $13 and at party city theyhad it for $9!

Great experience today! Awesome customer service! Went in wanting to fill a balloon with money in it for my sons birthday. They really worked and took their time with me to figure out exactly what I wanted!

I just left party city & I am highly upset with their customer service, I asked for help in finding something and both girls there answered in a rude manner. No greeting when we walked in & as soon as she checked us out she turned away and took off. Just shop online.

I'm sure it's an awesome store but when we got there the place was trashed, no store employee seemed to care what the disrespectful public was doing to their store. Probably not their job to confront a customer with unruly kids. lol, yikes!

I always forget about this place, but when I needed specific themed gift/party items they have always come through, and their customer service was excellent. A T-Rex hat for a dinosaur party, yeah they have those.

They are over priced for the items that you are able to purchace at there retailers. The last hellium balloon purchace I made the ballons didn't even stay up 12 hours.
