We got there at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and it was pretty quiet compared to shopping here at noon. Picked up a Rubbermaid Fasttrack Rail 12 piece kit for $99 and 2 sets of the handle hooks for $12 each. They have about 4 different brands to pick from for your rail kits. The kit I purchased was a good value and comes with three 48 inch rails. Very nice.Just a note: I didn't care for the 2 inch screws that came with the kit. I struggled to get the screws into the studs and I did drill pilot holes. I purchased a different set of 2 inch screws from Lowes that penetrated the studs quickly. Sandra went above and beyond to helps us purchase are new refrigerator. I wish I asked for her last name. Sandra was friendly understanding and professional. She made sure we left happy. She deserves a raise. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she definitely stands out.

Has its good and bad. One day I asked a question to a group of three employees who were standing around chatting, and none of them could help me except to point me to a person that they said could help, but was busy at the moment. I don’t care what the reasoning was for not being able to assist me, but that kind of thing should never happen at a store. I never did get help that day.On other days when asking an employee a question they physically took me to the product, but then they read off the product label to answer my question. I am not sure if they understand that I can read also and need more information than I can get off the label. Unfortunately that happens at a lot of stores. I wish employees would learn a little a bit about the products they sell, or that the employer would require a small amount of training at the minimum. I dont like that most of the time they only have self check out and not a manned register.On the positive, they are very clean, prices are OK, and occasionally I get an employee that knows what they are talking about.

I used to be a Lowes only kind of person, but after several visits and being blown off and having to wait 30+ minutes when I asked for a palletized product to be lifted out of top shelf storage, or to get a magnetic lock opened to purchase the product, I don't think I'll be going back. Don't waste your time, shop local nurseries, or home depot for tools and hardware.

This location is great. The shelves were well stocked. I had multiple choices for the air purifiers I wanted. I was greeted when I walked in, and when I asked for assistance, I was helped with a smile and friendly customer service. As I walked through the building, several associates made eye contact and said hello. This will be the Lowe's location I will use. Thank you, Hanford Lowe's, for the fantastic customer service!

I may be a bit biased, but I believe that this Lowe's is the best home improvement store period. The staff is fantastic, the store is clean, the selection is great. I do all of my home improvement shopping here.

They’re either short staffed, not trained to ask customers if they need assistance or they don’t care about helping their customers! I’ve had the same experience the few times I went there. Home Depot has better customer service and definitely more friendly and approachable employees willing to help their customers! Only gave two stars because the store is clean.

Everybody at the store is awesome. They go above and beyond to help except for Rebecca at customer service. She has a bitter face. She doesn't smile. She makes you feel not wanted at the store just all around terrible customer service at the customer service counter. Would have gave 5 plus stars if it wasn't for her attitude

Lowe’s has been my go-to home improvement store for years now. I went in looking for an adjustable wrench and instead came out with a tool bag on clearance for 7 bucks! Great find that I’ll put to good use both at home and at work.

This place is garbage can and the workers are the fiery trash! They can't do anything right sadly. What kinda hardware store hires people who can't measure a door. Go some place else pay a little more and have it done right!!! Save your self the hassle of dealing with Lowe's especially the Hanford store! The management is useless and can't do there job at all!!!

One employee in the light bulb area was a huge help to us in finding what we needed. She has been the only one to help me. On my last 3 visits to Lowes, last week, the guys turn and act like they were busy or they were standing talking to other employees. I wish I would have gotten her name. It was last Tuesday the 3rd after 1pm. She was very nice, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and didn't get annoyed when I couldn't explain what I needed. Thank you so much.

Nice store.just wish there were more employees to help customers I don't like walking the isles looking for help locating an item, it would be nice to see a greeter at entrance so finding items would be easier I had knee surgery recently so for me not having to walk the entire store would be great 🤗
