Good results anytime i pick up my dog but the opening time is inconsistent. I have an appointment for 8 and they didnt come in until after 9. But their site says open 7-5 so either the site is wrong or someone who should be there isnt and is delaying peoples appointments.

The first appointment I had was scheduled for 7:35 so I could make it to work on time. She was closed. I called. 2 hours later she called and laughed that she didn’t remember my appointment. We rescheduled for 3 days later same time….once AGAIN, shop was closed. I couldn’t believe it. I wasted my gas, time, and was late to work to turn back and take my dog home. This is a very unprofessional business. She didn’t even offer me a call back this last time as I did call to complain on a second appointment. Funny thing is that she posted a sign there’s a $25 charge for a missed appointment…..does that mean she should pay me $50 for 2 missed appointments?

I had an appointment set for 1/5/22 @ 7:30 am drop off & the shop wasn't even open 😡. They didn't even call to cancel or reschedule appointment, very unprofessional of them. The website even has there hours 7-5 NOT TRUE!! This was going to be our first appointment there.

Great service and so friendly! Very affordable as well. Got an appointment within a few days and my dog has some anxiety with grooming and they handled him great! Would recommend.

Funny how their website doesn’t include the bad reviews. April was the the rude ladies name. Ma’am I hope you see this, you have the worst attitude for working with animals. So selfish and inconsiderate, I don’t know how someone like you is allowed to work with animals, treating people like such, imagine what she does to the animals???Oh and don’t forget they’re not BBB accredited
