First time here, I needed a power drill nothing too fancy, just good enough to do some minor work. Drill some holes and screw some things. Doing it with your barehands... Well is exhausting 😕. I was very excited to see the great selection of tools and items available. I think the best part I liked was that there was something in my budget $ 👍 which greatly guides my purchasing decisions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back again. Hopefully soon, there many items I've been thinking about buying but was worried about the price. 🙂👍 Definitely happy with my purchase.

Although it's very clean since it's newly opened, their new return policy really stinks! I received something as a gift some time ago and wanted to exchange it for the more expensive model and since I didn't have a receipt they wouldn't allow it. (It's not like I wanted money back) Also, whomever designed the place to face east was off their rocker. You can't enter the tiny parking lot from the other stores parking lot which is ridiculous! If you are in the large parking lot you have to cross 12th Ave and go into Home Depot parking lot to turn around and go back to be able to enter or just enter from 12th Ave. Lastly, having a "Parking Lot" sale, they definitely should have more than 2 registers opened especially when 6 other employees are just walking around and can clearly see the lines! Get it together HF!

Harbor Freight is the first stop I make when looking for "that one tool you need to finish this job." We have a hatchet, rock tumbler, screwdriver set, wrench set, flashlights, and so much more from Harbor Freight. The staff always greet you upon entry and are quick to help you track down what you are looking for. The store is clean, the bathrooms (which I didn't even know they had until my three year old need to use one) are clean and I would recommend this store.

Great service took the drive to find a specific item they didnt have it out but the worker found it in the back nice friendly staff helpful and the location is pretty big compared to others I have been too worth the long drive recommend

I rarely go to Harbor Freight, but my husband does! I went today looking for a cover for my elliptical stair stepper in the garage. Although they didn't have a cover, I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the store. The customer service was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company.

On their coupon deals they are hella cheap but, they don’t always have the item. So, I would double check before going out to get to purchase. I know I’ve bought quite a few things from there and I was completely happy with my purchases.

I love Harbor Freight. I remember coming here with my dad when I was a kid. Since he's passed away I have some of his tools that he had purchased back then and they're still working. I miss you dad. RIP old man.

Parking lot is cramped. The store on the other hand was very well organized and nice. Everything was easy to locate and the staff were helpful and inquiring on if I received my magazines and emails. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the parking alone they could have better designed the parking area.

They have some awesome tools there, & the employee's are very helpful. They have public restrooms,berry clean, i love clean restrooms, i usually won't go to a public restroom, but here i don't mind...also handy cap parking& wheelchair ramps....so much awesomeness in one place.. Thanks H.F

This is a great place to buy cheap tools and a lot of little things you might need around the shop. As long as you don't need something that's real heavy duty he'll do just fine. Otherwise you need to go to somewhere like Valley oxygen supply to get some really heavy-duty tools. It's a place to go where if you need some starter off type tools and accessories, the prices are very cheap to reasonable depending on what you need. Some of these items to me are like throw away type stuff depending on what you buy. Their Car Jack's are nice and get the job done. I recommend either the 3 or 4 ton floor jacks. If something get lost or broken it's not that big of a deal because the items are cheap and you can just go buy another one. Make sure you use their store coupons for those will surely save you even more money. Will definitely shop and buy here again. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Store to small. They're always out of some stuff especially sale items or most of the sale stuff is blue tagged(club). Visalia store for the most part has been a good supplied store. Hanford store is a clean store with nice employees.

Good prices, great selection, have own brand for cost effective reliable alternatives. Sometimes misleading external store advertising: "Liquidation Sale" generally does NOT refer to store or brand! Overall, a good go-to for all types of tools; professional, handyman, and/or hobbyist.

Did my research, and decided to purchase the Hercules 12" Sliding Compound Miter Saw with the Hercules Stand. I've read quite a few reviews, and decided that for my level of use, I should be satisfied for the price. I looked at the Dewalt...but was more that I wanted to pay. Besides, I'll be going back and purchase the protection plan. I know they have a good 90 day return policy, I want a little bit of extra protection. I'm going to purchase the Hercules 80 teeth blade for doing fine cutting in the future. Plan on getting more items later. By the way, Thanks to John the Manager. He was the one that helped me out and loaded up my truck. Great job Harbor Freight. I really enjoy shopping here...everything's in it's place.

I come into this store semi-regularly for supplies for my company. Every time is very pleasant. Every associate goes out of their way to make sure my needs are met. Definitely not a "big corporation" feel.

All you need is there,even surprises. Imagine my surprise when after a long conversation about air tools I find out the dude helping me is Herman or hermy the elf from Rudolf the red nose reindeer. Turns out the whole dentist gig didn't work out. Apparently he has to stay 500 yards away from the kids or something some kind of misunderstanding. But ya great tools.

If you are needing a tool of any kind but you are not a pro and need something that will do the job harbor freight is the place for you. Many different told, always stocked and this store is one of the cleanest I've seen. Coupon book is a must have in your mail delivery.

I'm so quick to complain and sometimes don't give kudos to those whom deserve them.Not long ago, I posted a negative post about Harbor Fright of Hanford. I've since visited the store countless times. It's a big toy store to me.I can't help myself, the prices are great! The coupons to save on an already on sale item. Super Savings. I am lame, I'll admit, again I couldn't find an item. I asked as Associate to assistance and he took me to every item on my list.The kind of service an associate wants to provide, loves the job so much that it to the Associate, seems effortless. I thank the Associate that helped me.The counter Associates are very patient, supper helpful and friendlyWe all have bad days. I regret the things said in an earlier post. Me having a bad day.
